It was a group of us of seven women for a 50th birthday party to say we had minor issues is putting it mildly. It started with originally booking our seats weren't confirmed through aeromexico. We had several emails back-and-forth. Never got any resolve on our connection out of LA back to Seattle . The agent at delta when we checked in for flight home told us whoever booked this did it wrong and we were not confirmed . Check in at hotel we had issues he had us all in single rooms king beds not doubles as we requested the manager at the hotel said whoever booked it did it incorrectly!! When they got to our destination, our transfers for some of our team were missing they weren't done even though we when we booked it we told them we need a transfer to and from two of our girls had to pay out of pocket to get transfers back-and-forth. Every time I emailed him to ask questions and advise of issues I was always met with I've been doing this for 40 years. It was never his fault somehow it always made it seem like it was our fault. I have traveled for multiple years. This is the third time I've used a travel agent, and I will never ever again use a travel agent , easier to just book on your own and confirm everything yourself!!!!!! We didn't know anything about going on safari, and Phil build a custom trip that catered to exactly our personal travel style of going to some of the more off-the-beaten-path places with fewer tourists, but still lots of amazing experiences (we watched a family of elephants chase off a pair of male lions!). Everyone we met was on their 4th or 10th safari and when they found out we'd never been before, they'd always ask, "So how did you even find this place?" Also I had no idea you could have a vacation with this much adventure and yet zero stress.
