My family of 4 took a trip out to Tacoma WA to visit with relatives, and at the recommendation of close family, we made reservations with All City Airport Car Service. We needed a car seat and a booster seat for our children ages 4 and 7, and were told those would be available and ready when the car arrived. When the car did arrive, we watched our driver, Chris, opened the trunk, fetched a car seat and booster seat, tossed both onto the backseat, then stood by the opened trunk and watched as my husband loaded the luggage. Then as I wrangled my children and kept them away from airport traffic, I witnessed Chris circle back to the front seat, get in, close the door, buckle up, and then simply sit and watch as my husband again struggle for a good 10-15 minutes to attach and secure both the car seat and booster. If there were any legality that may have prevented Chris from setting up the car seat and booster seat beforehand, we were not informed. He said nothing. He did nothing. He just watched. The final straw was the state of the car seat: visibly grimy with dark stains. It looked like it was picked up on the side of the road or fished out of the dumpster somewhere. Our 4-year old became so frightened, he fought us and cried as we bit our tongue and strapped him in. The booster seat was in no better shape, but our 7-year old handled it better--kudos to him. The car itself, at least, was clean. The driving was safe, thank goodness, but the ride reflected its driver's bitter and sour mood. Our conclusion? Never again. If you are a family traveling with young children, take note. read more

I didn't catch my driver's name because of my early morning brain, but my driver was five minutes early for my EARLY morning pickup. I was worried that if i used a rideshare service a driver might not be available and prompt so early in the morning. Excellent service - clean car, plenty of luggage space, friendly and competent driver, and I called to book less than 24 hours the day before. Great peace of mind to not miss my flight. The person on the phone was competent and prompt to answer questions / give me a quote as well. These folks had the most competitive price leaving from a residential neighborhood in seattle (1/2 the cost of me paying to park at seatac). I will definitely book with them again for an early morning or late night airport ride. read more

Cam from All City Airport Car Service picked us up at SEATAC and drove us to Mulkiteo about 1 1/2 hours from the airport. He also drove us from downtown Seattle to SEATAC a week later. He was very prompt and courteous. The car was in immaculate condition and very comfortable. I will always use them when traveling in the Seattle area. Their prices are reasonable and they provide topnotch service. Their communication is great and they arrive right on time. We enjoyed our trip with Cam who is very fun to talk to. The reservation process was quick and easy. I emailed to get a quote and asked to be texted. I received a text within 20 minutes. It was the best price of the two quotes I received. I got a confirmation text message the day before my reservation. He let me know that he will also track my flight for any delays. Also received a text when I landed with instructions for where to meet, which I appreciated very much. After a long flight with crying babies, the car was a luxury. It was clean and Cam was so pleasant and easy-going. He had water, which was awesome, since I forgot mine on the plane. The seats were like butter-- soft and comfy. The ride was smooth and I enjoyed the light music was relaxing. While in the city, I took a few short taxi cabs rides. There is simply no comparison. DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE!!! When I called, the lady on the phone was very nice and accommodating and the price was reasonable, so even though they didn't have many Yelp reviews, I thought I would give them a chance. We'd never used a car service to the airport before, but we were going to Hawaii for 2 weeks over the holidays and didn't want to pay for our car to sit in a parking lot the whole time. We were only coming from Federal Way, so it wouldn't have been a long trip. I got a call and text the day before confirming the time. That was the LAST good thing that happened. The driver was supposed to show up at 3:30pm. He NEVER SHOWED! I started calling at 3:45 and got NO answer. I left a message asking if someone was going to show up, and didn't get a call back. I started texting too, and got no answer. It was too late at that point for us to arrange anything else (there were 4 of us going to the airport), so we started packing up our car to drive ourselves. At 4:00 I get a call from a driver saying could I wait til 4:22, cause that's when he would be there. I told him how ridiculous that was, and that no, we weren't going to wait, we had to GO! I told him to have the owner call me ASAP because I was really upset and now we were going to have to pay for parking for 2 weeks. He told me he didn't know which company he was working for, and the original driver was stuck in traffic and had called him to fill in. I told him that wasn't my problem, and he better figure it out. Then, he tried to tell me where I should park by the airport--I told him he was pretty much the last person I was going to take advice from at this point. As we were driving away, he called me again, and told me he was sending us an Uber. I was basically LIVID at this point, and all the holiday/airport stress that I was trying to avoid by using the stupid car service was in full effect. It was 4:15. I told him forget it, I don't have time to keep talking to you, and I hung up. As I'm madly trying to get on my phone in the car and buy some Groupons for airport parking while my husband is driving, another idiot driver (the one who apparently was supposed to be there originally) calls and says he's at our house, and don't we need a ride?? Well, he was on speaker on the bluetooth in the car, so I think we ALL yelled at him and hung up. What a freaking joke!!!! By then it was basically a Full Hour past the time they were supposed to be there. You think anyone called me during the two weeks we were gone to apologize or anything?? NO!! Two days before we were returning, I got a call from the same lady I talked to originally to confirm our PICK-UP from the airport. I said, are you kidding??? Did you not get the story or my phone messages?? She said no, so I explained the whole thing. She was very apologetic and said she would have the owner call me the next day to remedy the situation. I said, tell him not to call me until Monday, cause I don't need this to ruin the rest of my vacation. Cam (the owner) finally called A WEEK LATER. I couldn't talk at that moment (and why the hell should I have to drop everything I'M doing), so I asked him to call me back in about an hour. A WEEK AND A HALF LATER, he called back. I then told him the whole story, and he said, yeah, blah blah blah, that driver was late and should have done this or that and the other thing, and gosh, how can I make it up to you?? I told him the airport parking cost us $200. Of course he scoffed at that, and offered instead to give us free transport to the airport next time. At first I said, well you're asking me to trust you again, and I'm not sure I should. He launched into a bunch of, I guarantee this and that, and we'll be early, and I'LL drive if I have to, blah blah blah. I was like, okay, we have a trip in like 5 weeks, but I need to discuss this with my husband first and call you back. He says, okay, great, we'll be expecting your call, make sure you ask for me, blah blah blah. So, we decide to try again, but have a back up parking reservation in case they don't show up on time, so we can just leave. I call the owner back 1-2 days later, I'm told he's out on a run, and yes absolutely she will give him the message and he will call me back cause they know the situation. That was 2 weeks ago. Our trip is next weekend. Needless to say we have a parking reservation and will be driving ourselves. I gave this company MORE than ample opportunity to come through for me, and they failed at every turn. DO NOT USE THEM. I even told them I would crucify them on Yelp if they didn't make this right! Well, I'm following through on my promise cause I don't want them to screw over anyone else!! I ordered a car to go to the Sea tac Airport from issaquah. The ride was smooth very nice car. Service was prompt , reliable very professional. I had to book them at the last minute. Customer service from the start to finish was awesome. I booked this ride 2 hours before pick up very reasonably priced. I was very comfortable with my ride.
