Price quoted was very reasonable -- significantly less than Uber and the mediocre local taxi service I've used. Brent showed up promptly in a clean and comfortable Cadillac, helped me with my luggage, and was altogether super professional. We recently used their service for airport pick up & drop off and cannot recommend them enough! Very prompt, courteous, reliable and reasonable. Brent is very pleasant to work with. Keeping our luggage in mind, as we were going on an international trip, he sent a large limo all to ourselves and helped load the luggage. On our return, Brent accommodated our last minute request though he was completely booked. He was waiting with a trolley at the baggage claim area, loaded all our bags and escorted us to his limo. Definitely the best option for getting to/from the airport. Anytime beats being in a shared shuttle, taking forever to get one assigned to us and then the long drive while we wait for everyone to be dropped off. Oh, and the limo itself was very cool! From the first day I touched down into Seatac I was met with professionalism and personalised care - as I have limited mobility Brent made sure I need not struggle to get to the vehicle. Their cars are an absolute pleasure (and luxury) to travel in, and if you're feeling like a conversation you are in great, affable, intelligent company. I engaged Semper Fi for a total of 5 transfers within as many days for myself and others I was travelling with. My own plans had begun unravelling but Brent was always responsive and adaptive to help get me to where I needed to be, moving mountains for me and being gracious about last second (!) changes. During our week long visit to the Seattle area, Semper Fi provided us with transportion 3 times. Each time Brent (onwer/driver) was on time, professional and helpful. Nice touches like having the seat warmers on when we got in, and showing us how to turn them off made the ride very comfortable. The car was spotless. While based near the SEATAC airport, Semper Fi provided us a ride as far north as Everett and the price was comparable to the hotel shuttle.
