We have been longtime customers of Century Car Service and on our last trip coming back from a sporting event in Seattle. Our grandson fell and struck his head on the cement sidewalk. Our driver Sam was so caring and attentive to assist us in taking him to a hospital the drivers first words were do you want do we need to go to the hospital, we said yes he looked on his phone for the closest hospital to us And then proceeded to get get us to a medical facility he was compassionate, genuinely caring, and concerned. Luckily, our grandson had no injuries, but gave us one heck of a scare fast-forward to the next day. Not only did Sam text us asking how our grandson was and how he was doing. The owners of Century Car Service reached out as well, Century Car Service nor Sam needed to do this as the incident had nothing to do with their company. It happened on a sidewalk in front of climate pledge after a hockey game but they genuinely care. theydid not need the text. He did not need to call and honestly any other company, probably would've just written the incident off and moved along. I was completely impressed by the service I received from this company. From the quick response with a quote, to updating any requests I needed without a problem. As a single mother of 2 children, traveling to Seattle for the first time, these guys kept my anxieties a bay. My son still needs a booster and to find transportation that offers this, it's not easy unless you have your own seat. I didn't bring a booster knowing we would spend a great deal walking places. The handful of times we needed timely transportation; to/from airport and to/from a whale watching tour, we also needed a booster. I received a text the moment we landed at the airport from Melis. He greeted us at curbside and was very professional and friendly. He gave me a lot of info on Seattle which was greatly appreciated. When I couldn't find any other reliable and safe transportation options to get to our whale watching tour, I booked Century again. This time we got Michael who was professional and polite. On our way back to the airport we got AJ and he was very polite, friendly, talkative and pleasant. Overall they were all very reliable and professional. Each pick up the driver was at least 10-15 minutes early before the scheduled time so we were never late. Traveled to Seattle via air on October 6 and departed October 9. I was going to use a shared car service such as Uber, however, I searched for executive car Seattle and found Century Car Service. I read the Yelp reviews and gave them a try. One evening, on the Century Car Service website I requested a contact. The next morning Victor called me. I booked a round-trip from the airport to the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Seattle. Upon landing in Seattle and turning on my phone, I had a text message from the driver, Konstantin, requesting me to text back the door number where I was waiting. Within two minutes of texting back that I was at door 16, the driver arrived. A very clean black Chevy Suburban. The driver was great and provided a bottle of water. On my return from the airport, the driver, Kamo, texted at 12:31 that he was at the hotel. My pick-up time was 1:00, it was nice to know the ride was ready. I got in the car at 12:45 and off we went to the airport. This time a black Lincoln Town car and again clean plus a bottle of water. I was very impressed with both drivers, with Victor during the reservation process, and the friendliness of all three. The price was only about $11.00 each way more than an Uber or Lyft. I can not say enough good things about Art, Edgar, and Century Car Service as a whole. We've traditionally gone with another vendor and decided to source another service for price, etc. We have a very high maintenance group of Directors and they were so gracious about waiting and accommodating last minute changes. This was my first time coordinating for our Board meetings and I was so nervous. Century didn't seem annoyed at my constant e-mailing and phone calls. One of our Directors is a little old and doesn't carry a cell phone. He blew past the rendezvous point and was wandering around the parking garage at SeaTac. I received a call from dispatch informing me about 15 minutes past the arrival time that they hadn't made contact yet. I was super impressed because they told me that Alaska has a history of getting people from the gate to baggage usually within 20 minutes so they were nervous he'd missed the driver. Sure enough... I got another call just a few minutes later notifying me that they found him and everything was good. +100 for being proactive! Cars were clean, drivers were courteous. Overall, I'm impressed. We had a 7 hour stopover in Seattle on our flight from Fairbanks to Vancouver and as we hadn't been to Seattle before decided we would like to see some of the city. We wanted to see as much as we could in the time so decided hiring a car would be the best option rather than trying our luck on public transport. I contacted Century Car Service and they advised they could provide this service and they certainly lived up to their other reviews. Our driver Albert was great, very professional, courteous and friendly, he was waiting for us in the airport when we arrived and showed us to the car helping with our hand luggage. He took us to our suggested points of interest and also suggested some which were great including some vantage points of the city only a local would know. The car was spotless and we really appreciated the bottled water which was provided. All my dealings with the company were by email and Edgar was great to deal with, always replying to my emails promptly. My wife and I were going to Seattle for an Alaskan cruise and decided to use a car service. It was a pleasure to do business with them, from the immediate response to my request for a quote, to the confirming emails for all interactions they were extremely professional. When our arrival date changed, my call to change our pickup started with them calling me by name and asking what they could do for me...confirmation of my change came via email in less than 5 minutes. Zara, our driver for both pick-ups, was a joy...professional but also very friendly. Her car was immaculate, inside and out, with bottled water. Their rates were cheaper than the cruise line transfers and so much more convenient and comfortable. Thank you Albert and Edgar for making the first few hours in Seattle easier for us. From the moment we contacted Century Cars, we received a very professional, prompt and honest service. Albert picked up my wife, 3 young children and I from the airport after 18 hours of flying. He was waiting for us inside the terminal before coming to pick us up at the door to avoid moving around our luggage. Upon finding out that our check in to our apartment had been delayed significantly, Century Cars reorganised their schedule to work around the delay, otherwise we would have been stranded with all our luggage and three tired kids. Albert drove us around town, commenting on Seattle highlights, dropping into shops as we thought of things we needed for our new lives here. We recently selected Century Car Service to pick up a group of 5 flying into Seattle for a few days before an Alaskan cruise. They provided us with a nice van that could accommodate our group and all the luggage. With one call we booked the initial pickup, a second pickup a few days later to take us to the cruise port and then a pickup 7 days later to take us to Sea-Tac. From that first phone call everything was taken care of and their service was excellent and prompt! We received a phone call each time prior to the pickup time letting us know the driver was already there waiting! We had an extremely critical time frame to be able to get off the cruise ship and make it to our morning flight and I received a call from the driver letting us know he was there and waiting before we got through customs. Flew in to Seattle this last weekend and reserved transportation from the airport to downtown. Everything went VERY smoothly from my first call to make a reservation to being dropped off back at the airport after our trip. As soon as our plane landed, I received a text from our driver Shawnie. She was very east to communicate with and there waiting for us (this was so nice). She picked up curbside next to the luggage claim area. Excellent driver and very easy to have conversations with. She confirmed our pick up time for the end of our trip and even sent a text to us a few hours prior to confirm the time still worked for us. I have used these guys for a few years now and can't say enough good things. Service begins with booking (Thank you Victor for making this pleasantly and surprisingly easy). I use the town car option but they have a few larger vehicles for larger parties. Drivers arrive a bit early, polite, efficient, pleasant to chat with if you are so inclined. Cars are immaculate. Used to use taxis to get to and from the airport but you just never knew if they would show up on time or at all and if they did there were times the cars or drivers were a little sketchy (texting while driving on the freeway in the rainy darkness of an early morning trip for example). I made the switch and could not be happier. Very accommodating all around - clearly a company that values customers and shows it. read more

We've used Century Car Service for several trips to/from Bothell and Sea-Tac Airport, based on a recommendation from a close friend. They've been excellent every time! We highly recommend them! They text us upon their arrival, help us w/our bags, and they are ALWAYS on time! Our vacation begins the moment they arrive! On our last trip, George picked us up, and we weren't sure we had locked a door. We were a couple miles away from home and asked George to turn around so we could go back and check and he did just that without complaint! And he got us to the airport w/plenty of time! On our return trip, Andrei picked us up - he was super friendly and we had a great conversation w/plenty of laughs, which made for a great ending to our trip. read more
