I found this company based on the online reviews, and I must say I'm very happy about it. The booking is easy, but before I made the reservation, I contacted the company through Yelp's messaging to verify the rate, and I got the response immediately. The follow up communication was super easy and pleasant. The drivers (both to and from) were excellent. The first driver arrived 15 minutes earlier just in case, and helped with the luggage. The pickup from the airport took a bit longer wait (10 minutes or so) after we got our luggage as instructed, but nothing to complain at all. Great experience. The only thing I should mention is that you will need to give credit card to book the reservation, but I suppose that is reasonable to avoid people cancelling the reservation at will (not sure about the cancellation policy though). Efficient, courteous, and affordable. Great family ride. This company had a modest advert in the Laurelhurst newsletter, and turned out to be one of our best finds in Seattle! Making a reservation was a breeze, and they became our go-to ride. I am mostly alone with the children and we commute frequently, so we've been traveling to and from the airport at all hours for the past three years. Our drivers have always been friendly, helpful, and courteous, and always showed up on time. They were careful with the luggage and kind with the children. The cars are clean and safe, and the rides were always smooth. Can't emphasize enough the kindness and courtesy of the drivers. Not all service providers are happy to interact with young families. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with any company! Made my day! Oscar was my driver deserves 5 stars! I realized I had left my wallet in my vehicle at my pickup location once already walking into the airport destination at checkin, and called to ask if i had left it in the towncar and he went above and beyond to get me back to my car in time and then transferred my luggage into the Vehicle I was using to get to the airport and even checked later on to make sure I had made my flight. I felt so valued as a customer and have never had such great customer service with any company as this. Used them for airport service on an early morning from downtown Bellevue. The driver arrived about 10 minutes early, and helped with our luggages. Clean car, and nice service. We have a young child, so I'd say the driving was good, safe and fast, not like some other crazy cab drivers. I would certainly recommend them to friends and use their service again. The reservation process was smooth and easy, with the reps being very helpful and polite. But the email confirmation they sent to me was always blank with only a subject line. Though I called and they kindly tried to re send it a few times. I also found that it might be more helpful and safer to provide their customers the contact of the driver and the vehicle plate number before the pickup. read more

I tried them for the first time to remotely get a friend to the airport. Rates were reasonable and straightforward with no hidden costs. It was 5 AM Sunday morning - overslept the alarm - was not answering the phone at the time of the scheduled departure. The driver called me and was absolutely perfect. I asked him to knock on the door - which he normally would not do - but he agreed. This set off the dog alarm and the passenger arrived at the airport on time! I'm a businessman and used most of the car services in the greater Seattle area over the years. It's hit or miss at best with most of them. I would not hesitate to recommend Bellevue Limo. read more

I've used Bellevue Limo during my recent business trip to Seattle. I usually use Uber but had to use private limo service for certain more influential meetings. I've called few private limo companies around and after explaining my trip details, I felt Bellevuew Limo was the best one to offer me flexible transportation schedule that I needed at a very reasonable prices. I would have meetings as early as 7am and as late as 11pm. One headache checked off my list, trip was successful, mission accomplished. Wow! This service was excellent. I wish Oscar and his company were everywhere I travel: I'd never use any other service. He texted us and called us when we got to the airport, pulled up right to our door looking professional in his suit, put everything and everyone into the sparkling clean, beautiful black Chrysler Imperial with water bottles at every seat, and was friendly and professional in every way. Used Bellevue Limo to get to SeaTac from downtown Seattle mid-morning Monday. Oscar was wonderful! He was early to the hotel, helpful with the bags and installing the children's car seats. The car was clean and comfortable. Smooth ride to the airport, and poor Oscar had to endure many rounds of "I Spy..." and "I am thinking of a number..." thanks to my 5 year old and 7 year old. I rented a town car from Bellevue while I had some family visiting me in Seattle. The rates they provided where good. The gentlemen who took care of me was named Oscar. He was currently courteous to my family and I. We had the towncar with driver for three days, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We traveled to Buckley, Brier, and Tacoma. The whole time I felt safe with the driver. On the last day I was billed the full amount with no issues with billing. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience! read more

I ordered a pick up from the airport and the driver was on time, drove very professionally, the car was very nice, clean and comfortable.
