We first contacted Walking Platinum over Yelp - Jason was very responsive, and scheduled a Strider van to shuttle our extended family from SeaTac to Kirkland. The day before, Howard contacted us with contact info and instructions. When we landed and picked up our luggage, we texted Howard and he was at the door within minutes. While we helped the elder members aboard, he loaded all our luggage quickly. The van was clean, comfortable and had wifi on board and we had a great ride. Returning was the same - we heard from our assigned driver (Howard again) the day before, and he was punctual even though the flight was very early. Another plus - although it's not guaranteed, we were able to ask Platinum to make an intermediate stop both ways since we had family staying across different AirBnbs. . They also offer charter services - we had spoken with them about booking the van to explore various nature spots. Jason gave detailed options over email and although we ended up not booking with them due to schedule, they weren't pushy at all. We appreciated their flexibility in meeting our needs, and recommend them as a friendly, safe and reliable option for transport in the Seattle area. read more

Our group of 16 was flying into Seattle for a cruise to Alaska. I reached out to get pricing and connected with Jason. He was informative and helpful and helped me book 2 round trips--from airport to residence we were staying at and from residence to cruise terminal. The first two trips were handled by Howard. He was funny, helpful and kept us updated when some construction delayed him about 5 minutes. Howard loaded all the seniors in the group into the sprinter van and loaded our mountain of luggage. Jackie was our driver for the last two trip and he was also fantastic! He loaded us all up and drove us to our residence and then came back 6 hours later to take us to the airport. I highly recommend this company. They were so professional and kind and the cost to transport us was the same as four of us taking an Uber/Lyft! Give them a try. read more

10/10! Cannot recommend Howard and Walking Platinum enough. They are a new company with not many reviews so I was a bit nervous to book, but I am so glad I did! We traveled to Seattle from Texas to visit Leavenworth, WA and from what I had seen online I was worried about snow conditions and they were were able to reassure me that we would have a very safe, comfortable drive, and we did. They messaged me the night before to check in and update me on road conditions and ask if I had any requests. Upon pickup I found that Howard had gone above and beyond to exceed my requests. The car was very nice and clean, he had thought through all of the details for making our ride enjoyable. If I return to Seattle I will 100% use Howard and Walking Platinum. Great experience with Howard and Walking Platform! I needed to get to SeaTac Airport and was nervous to hire a Lyft or Uber driver because it had been snowing and you never know who you are going to get when you call to book a ride. I decided to look at shuttle services on Yelp because I figured they would be more skilled at navigating snow and icy conditions driving to the airport. I went on Yelp and found Walking Platinum and their very positive reviews and so I called to inquire about their experience in driving in the snow. I am from Southern California so do not have a lot of experience in driving in snowy conditions and was nervous about it. Howard picked up right away. I expressed my concerns and he assured me of his experience with the weather and not to worry. He took a lot of time to answer all my questions and to set my mind at ease. So I booked my ride to and from the airport at that time. He contacted me the day before I was to travel to confirm. He arrived in a beautiful and very comfortable clean Cadillac SUV. He provided water and snacks as well. It was such a comfortable ride! Howard is a professional and careful driver. He also played soothing music. When it came time for me to return home - he contacted me the day before and the day of to confirm. He kept in constant communication with me as to the gate he was picking me up at and timing. My flight arrived early and he was already on top of that and had left early to pick me up. I can't recommend Howard and Walking Platform enough! I would definitely use this company again! read more

I had some family visiting from out of town who had a 6AM departure from SeaTac and needed to leave our place at 3:30AM. I didn't want to do an airport run myself at that hour, so I ended up booking Walking Platinum for them! I travel a fair bit for work and have been burned by Uber early in the morning before. Because of the difficulty I've had getting early airport rides in the past, and the lack of reviews for Walking Platinum I was a little hesitant to book. I am SO GLAD I did because it saved me waking up at 3AM and it went off without a hitch! Got a text when I woke up that everything went perfectly and I'm so grateful to know I've got a reliable, reasonably priced option for future airport rides! read more

They responded to my request in seconds, their price is unbelievable after their promotional discount, almost cheaper than before the Covid hit. Reached out to confirm the day before.
