Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. The second driver contacted us curbside as scheduled and that's when the problem began. He mediately began driving at excessive speed, weaving in and out of traffic and tail gating in the HOV lane.
