Communication was great from the beginning. The picked our party of 6 up at the airport just as agreed and took us to our hotel. Our 2nd trip was a pickup at the cruise port and they were punctual again. I highly recommend them for your transportation needs in Seattle. Thanks for being dependable. read more

I have traveled only once with this company, but I will do it anytime I am in Seattle again. They are honest, kind, and dependable. I won't tell the entire story of my trip with them because it might allow less honest folks to take advantage of their trust in human nature, but just believe: it might seem expensive--it's in line with every other service in Seattle--but they are also just amazing to connect with. read more

I recently booked with Airman transportation for my cousin's funeral. We needed 2 cars, one for his parents and 1 for his wife and kids. Leela was able to book us fast because we planned a funeral in less than a week! Her customer service was impeccable! The day with their services set the tune for us all. Both drive's including Leela were absolutely incredible with more compassion than we could of expected! They drove us to the funeral service, to the cemetery, the pass over and then dropped us off. Their patience were unmatched due to the circumstances! I for sure will be booking with them again and highly recommend using Airman Tranportation for your next travel experience! Airman (Leela) - my family and I, thank you so much for the amazing service you gave us! You will forever be someone we are extremely grateful for! Book your next service!! read more

Thank you Airman Transportation! From my first phone call Leela provided excellent professional customer service helping arrange our family transportation needs. We needed transportation for our family of 10 from SeaTac airport to the Westin, then from Westin to Pier 66 for our Alaskan cruise. Then again from Pier 66 to SeaTac when returning home. The service was timely, the cars were clean, the drivers were friendly and courteous! The bottled waters provided were an extra special treat. Thank you again Leela for your outstanding service! We used them twice and both times went flawlessly! Umar, our first driver was on time, polite, safe and worked efficiently fast in loading our luggages! Our second driver Alex was the same, hard working, very well dressed and very courteous! There were 10 of us with lots of luggages, and we were all very happy with the service we received! Also, as the person who coordinated our transfers, I was in contact with Leela who arranged and coordinated everything with me. She was very professional, prompt in returning calls and emails at all hours of the day and night...and came through 110 percent! I wish that I would have known of this company sooner because our whole group of 20, which got separated, could've been better served by Leela and Airmen Transportation during the start of our trip. Thank you Leela, Umar and Alex!!! See you again soon! Rey A. read more

We had a wonderful experience today with our commute to SeaTac airport! The car was super clean, commute was safe and customer service was excellent! They even texted me 1 hour before which was very nice and driver arrived a few minutes earlier. We definitely will be using their service again in the future. read more

My husband and I had to travel for a move and choose Airman to transport us to the airport and had a fantastic experience! First of all, we are both extremely cautious due to COVID-19 and would have avoided travel until the world was safer but had no choice. Airman is a safe choice - the driver will stay in the car if you choose (if you can handle the bags yourself) and they sent us a larger car (massive van) so we could have distance and sit in the back. We also noticed sanitizer and the driver wore a mask the whole time. All in all, from a coronavirus perspective, it was a safe and comfortable choice. Bookings are easy - Leela is very sweet and professional and confirms all details. Our driver, Jerrell, was fun to chat with, professional and a fantastic driver. If I need to book a driver in Seattle again, I will hands down use Airman again! read more

Wonderful service. We were very impressed with their service, professionalism and rapid communications. We booked 4 transfers from airport to hotel to cruise terminal and reverse for our May-June 2023 Seattle-Alaska cruise trip. Leela you are wonderful--Thank you for co-coordinating our stop over, last minute change in schedule and giving detail instructions in email and text for each transfers. It was fantastic to meet you in person as well. Jerell and Hassan we appreciate you both and enjoyed our trips! We will certainly use your service again. Thank you. Eva & Ed read more

new owners. do not use this company. my mom was a long time client and had a pick up scheduled. they never showed up and will not answer the their phones. I ended up having to call her an uber to make it to the airport in time. the old owners would have NEVER allowed this to happen. This used to be the best service in town and now I will be looking for a new company or find out if the old owner will still take clients. such a shame to see the new ownership destroy such a great company. read more

Extremely happy with our service we were provided! We didn't have to worry about a thing going to and from the airport. Family of 5 traveling, professional service provided, nice clean vehicles, car seat provided, and great communication! We couldn't be happier! Thanks for everything! read more

I would like to review Airman Transportation, Leela and her staff on our stay in Seattle from May 17th to June 1st during out visit to Seattle. I cannot say enough about this service and their professional drivers. they rate @1 with me and my group. read more

I love this service. Getting to and from the airport and around town by people I know and trust is important to me and my family. I can't recommend Airman Transportation Systems highly enough! Why can't I give them TEN stars?! My family uses them regularly for airport transportation to and from, and also for nights out on the town. Impeccable service, with kind, courteous and helpful drivers :-) read more

Excellent communication and on time service. Clean and nice cars. Will use them again.

Outstanding service, we will absolutely be using for all of our shuttle needs. We have used Airman Transportation a few times to get back and forth to the airport and we have had such a great experience. The car is always on time and extremely comfortable. Jerell drove us each time and remembered us and our stories which made the experience even better. Using this service takes all of the stress out of starting and ending a trip. I will be referring them to all of my friends and family! read more

I can't say enough about how perfectly satisfied I have been with Airman Transportation. I had heard about them through a local Facebook group where people were seeking a reliable ride service to get to the airport. I saved that post for later just in case. When the time came, I tried to look into the shuttle services, and was immediately turned off by their complicated reservation forms, and the whole being picked up at 3am and driving around to load up other riders was not what I wanted to deal with. Uber and Lyft seemed dodgy, you can reserve a future ride, but there is no guarantee that someone will be available at that time. That's too risky if you are traveling to the airport. I don't know anyone well enough locally to ask for a ride either. Then I remembered, the Facebook post! I emailed them with a quote request, and Leela was there with a near immediate response. She made it easy and seamless. We set up a pick up time, and the day of, I got a text letting me know that my driver is on the way then another to let me know when they have arrived. We got picked up in a slick black, comfy, and clean town car. No worries, I got my ride on time and was going where I needed to be! Leela and Jerell are some of the most amazing people I have ever met. They are so kindhearted and such beautiful people to chat with along the way, there is no anxiety or awkward silence. They treat you like a VIP all the way! So much so, that I have chosen to use Airman Transportation each time to and from the airport, I even set up a ride for my mom when she came to visit and she was very impressed with them as well. The best thing is that I don't have to worry about whether my ride will be there or not! They have been reliable each time and that really takes much stress off my shoulders. I will tell you that after traveling and getting out of the airport, seeing them there waiting to pick you up and take you home is the absolute best feeling ever! You will not be disappointed!! read more

Excellent and reliable service. I used for airport transfer and never worried strongly recommend!

We really enjoyed this company! They were to be there at 6 AM and gave us a text they were on their way and were 15 minutes early! The car was absolutely beautiful! Our driver was professional and we all had wonderful conversation on the way to the airport! We will definitely use them again! read more

I have used Airman for my Seattle transportation several times. They are very professional and a small business that takes their responsibility for your safe transport very seriously. Delightfully friendly and welcoming with on time beautiful clean vehicles. You just can't ask for anything more. You will not be disappointed. read more

There Guy , VERY Professional . I would Recoment to everyone inclue My Familly member . I will do it againt soon .

I can absolutely say from the point of inquiring a quote to the drop off to my home, the service was impeccable! The response time from my inquiry was quick, leaving no room to wonder if I need to inquire for another pick up, and the quote was reasonable. The driver was very punctual and got us to the airport safely and on time even though their was traffic. Before he took another route he asked if it was ok. I have two daughters that needed a booster and Airman provided both a booster. upon pick up one was blue and one was pink. When we returned he remembered to provide two pink boosters, because the girls were arguing over who was going to get the pink one. All in all I wish I can give 100 stars, because not only was the service great, my family and I were safe through both rides to and from the airport! read more

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Airman Transportation. I had Jerell as a driver who was down to earth and easy to talk to. 5 star service.. give that man a raise! read more

Airman Transportation - Airport Shuttles Near Me

I left my car keys with my wife, which I realized as I was flying home solo with my 2yr old son. My car was parked at Doug Fox, I had no car seat, no keys, no car. I messaged Leela with only 3 hours notice on a Sunday afternoon. She made a personal trip to pick me up, with a car seat fully loaded - Nightmare situation solved thanks to Airman! read more

Being responsible adults, my friend and I decided it would not be wise to drive ourselves home from a wine tasting event yesterday so we arranged to have Airman pick us up. We had a great time at the event and were safely driven home by Leela who met us right at the exit of the event. I plan on hiring them to take me to all my events now so my friends and I can relax and enjoy our summer and stay safely off the roads. And very affordable as well! Oh, and they open the door for you when they arrive which I thought was an extra special touch. Thank you Airman! read more

Leela provided exceptional service, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better driver. She picked me up from the Seattle airport and did her very best to help me through and ensure I made it to my destination safely, she went to some serious lengths, and I'm so grateful for that! Thanks again Leela, you're awesome! read more

I cannot recommend Airman Transportation highly enough for their transportation services. My very last-minute reservation was handled smoothly and pleasantly (at 9pm, no less!) and my ride to SEA was relaxing and stress-free. This family-owned business shows they care at every turn; everyone was friendly, professional and safety-minded while the vehicle was in tip-top shape and immaculate, inside and out. From beginning to end, my experience with Airman was amazing. I will definitely use them again! Thanks Leela and family. 10/10 read more

We were looking for airport transportation from Redmond to Sea-Tac and were so happy we found Airman Transportation via Yelp. Leela was great to work with during the booking process. She confirmed our reservation quickly and was able to accommodate a last minute change in our booking date after we had to delay our trip by a few days. We were lucky to have Jerell as our driver. Super nice guy! A total professional, fun to talk to and very down to earth. Jerell arrived a few minutes ahead of our scheduled pick up time, which we appreciated, and provided us with a smooth and comfortable ride to Sea-Tac. I highly recommend Airman Transportation and will definitely book with them again. Mahalo Leela and Jerell! read more

My family of seven went to vacation to Seattle a few weeks ago. Transportation was tricky because we were bookending our Alaskan cruise by spending a few days in Seattle. So we needed several rides: from the airport to our hotel, our hotel to the port, port pick-up and back to the hotel a week later, and then a ride back to the hotel. With the number of us and our luggage, uber would not have been the most fiscally responsible option so upon doing research for various options, I found Airman. Upon the first contact, Leela was was AWESOME in the early correspondence. She gave us VERY competitive quotes and even helped out with the proper timing as we had no idea what traffic/travel was like in Seattle. Susan was our driver 3 out of 4 times (didn't get our last driver's name) and she was amazing! Extremely prompt (actually, she was early every time!) and communication was easy. Getting picked up from cruise ports is always tricky but she always had her phone on her and was always checking in on us to make sure we had the right meeting place. My family was so impressed with Susan's professionalism, kindness and helpfulness. It was definitely a great way to start and end our trip to Seattle! read more

Airman Transportation is such a wonderful alternative to using the airport shuttle, taxi service or even Uber for that matter. Since we had discovered Airman a few months back, we have been using them quite regularly for trips to / from the airport, cruise ships, and even date night to / from downtown Seattle. Rates are very competitive, and the drivers are all super professional. We've gotten to know all three of them; Susan, Leela and Jason. Cars are extremely well kept, clean and are easily mistaken for new even though a couple years old. Hands down without a doubt, please contact them for your future transportation needs. You will be glad you did! read more

Airman Transportation - The 300... Super nice & clean ride! - Airport Shuttles Near Me

We went on an Alaska Cruise last week and booked Airman. They were extremely fast to respond to all inquiries and readily available via all forms of contact (yelp, email, phone). We have 3 kids with varying car seat needs and Leela made it extremely easy to make sure the car met our family's specific safety needs. The price was by far the cheapest of the 3 Seattle based companies that we reached out to for a quote. I would HIGHLY recommend them and would definitely use them again next time I fly into Sea-Tac! read more

I scheduled a 4:30 am pickup for the airport. Not only did they arrive a few minutes early, they called, texted and emailed me to let me know they were there. We live in an area where GPS often sends deliveries to the wrong location so I really appreciated the extra communication to make sure they were at the correct location. The car was very clean and luxurious and less stressful than dealing with Uber or Lyft especially at that time of the morning. Thank you Airman Transportation! read more
