Extremely unprofessional and unreliable I had a terrible experience trying to book transportation with this company. Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. What went well? Well, everything! I had read many reviews of car services offering transportation from Sea-Tac to hotels--horror stories of being left, being overcharged, being picked up with too small a vehicle. On the other hand, Seattle Town Car had very hood reviews, and all well-deserved. From having my questions fully answered prior to making the reservation, to reserving the car, to getting confirmation, to having the driver text exactly like promised, to having him lug ALL our suitcases into the boot, and helping us into the car. To a smooth and safe drive to the hotel, to payment....I could go on and on. The SUV was spotless, with no overpowering fragrance trying to mask tobacco or other 'things'. We had bottled water to quench our thirst. The driver had a little step stool to help us get into and out of the SUV--no small feat for seniors! Plus he was right there to lend a hand. This trip was the best part of our travel to Seattle! As we left the airport we went past the l-o-n-g line of those waiting for an Uber... So, if you are looking for a reliable, safe, helpful way to get from Sea-Tac to your hotel, look no further. We recently hired Quality Town Car for a cross-country trip from Seattle to Vancouver, BC, and back. We were so impressed by the service that we felt compelled to write this long review. Here are four specific reasons: 1. Predictability: From the moment I emailed them for a quote, the response was almost immediate, unlike other companies that take days. They provided detailed information addressing all my questions. We received multiple reminder emails and texts at various stages. This makes us aware that they have everything in order, and we can expect to see them appear at the right time and location. 2. Professional Driving: The ride was smooth with no surprises or sudden moves. After chatting with Dave and Dawn, I learned they had been trained on advanced competitive driving, including skills for handling aggressive drivers, low visibility and slippery roads. 3. Outstanding Service: On our return trip, we accidentally left a baby toy in the vehicle. I was prepared to pay for shipping it back, but Dave delivered it to our home the next morning. This gesture was above and beyond my expectations. 4. Reasonable Pricing: Compared to other companies offering similar services, their prices are very reasonable. Overall, I was really impressed by the quality of car service, especially the predictability. That's the most important factor. I wanted to book a car in advance as I was travelling solo with a baby and I didn't want to gamble on a taxi. This was the only company I found that offered a complimentary car seat for the first child and their quotes were much more reasonable than other businesses I had researched. Overall it was a solid experience - I received quotes for my booking super quickly and confirmations once I booked through their online system came just as quickly. My flight and luggage arrived late in Seattle but I was able to text back and forth with driver and he arrived promptly once I was able to confirm a pick-up door. Despite insane double-parking and traffic on a Friday night, my driver - Henok got me out of SeaTac quickly - allowing me to bypass many others who had been waiting for much longer than I. He also had the "Baby Shark" ready on his media player just in case my little one freaked out. Henok also personally made sure I was safe inside the hotel with my belongings and child as part of completing my ride. The level of service provided was top-notch and incredibly appreciated! The next day we had a different driver - Dave who took us and some friends to the cruise ship terminal from downtown. Traffic was a bit wacky but he got us there quickly. Again, awesome service including loading and unloading my bags. Our group felt like very important guests. Cars were well-maintained and driven safely. Car seats provided were for the correct size for my child and super clean. Service was friendly and top-notch - the reservation was super easy to book and the drivers were genuinely kind and customer service-oriented. I felt safe as I had received text messages with their names and cars they were driving. I was also given great details by e-mail including instructions on how to confirm the pick-up was correct. They also have you self-install the car seat so you can make sure it's done correctly. I will definitely be choosing Quality Town Car for my future travels in Seattle. I had a bad experience when trying to work with this company for transportation to Seatac Airport and back. Gave them all my travel and personal info and then never heard back from them. When i got in touch with Dawn the owner, she gave me some lame excuses and them rudely blew me off. Good communication, reasonable price, and friendly drivers. We booked 2 SUVs to get our wedding party to the venue and one sedan to pick us up at the end of the night. We made it clear in the reservation that we wanted a sedan and not any other car for the pickup. Unfortunately, they sent an SUV anyway. It's not the look we wanted for our wedding exit, which is disappointing. Not a huge deal but taking stars off because we specifically requested that this not happen. Edit: 3 stars may seem harsh but we booked a sedan, mentioned in the reservation that it must be a sedan (not SUV), and then it wasn't. Seems like bad business to insist customers should make multiple requests to get the service booked. QTC drivers were great, just make sure to remind them 2+ times to send the car you booked for your big day! read more

This review is way past due. But better late than never. Wanted to visit Seattle for the 1st time for a couple days before dropping off my daughter to college in Spokane. I used Quality Town Car for airport pick up and drop off because of it's reviews. I was not disappointed. Once we landed, I was contacted by the driver saying he was waiting for us. Gotta give him credit. Because of no traffic control at Seattle Airport, he tried his best to pick us up. The SUV was clean and his driving was smooth. Our trip back to the airport was shared information of sites we could've seen in Seattle with our driver, and owner, Dawn. We didn't know that a lot of sites were in Seattle. I was on the fence- do we book a town car for our Seattle to Anacortes trip (a bit over 2 hours) or just attempt our usual app service (I think we know who I mean). This is the best service I have ever had. I was traveling alone to Seattle to surprise a friend for her birthday and didn't feel safe taking an Uber or taxi by myself late at night in a city I was not familiar with. I could even request a female driver! Even though they did not have one they promptly responded to confirm my reservation and gave assurance as to the quality of their driver and the background checks they do (more than required!). Matt my driver was exceptional and understanding when I had some delays. It was raining outside and he made sure I stayed in the car while he checked to make sure the house he was dropping me off at was the correct one since it was so dark outside.
