The yoing man who picked us up was texting us from 1 hour our of appointment all the way till he picked us up. It was like having family. The Mercedes Sprinter was clean and roomy. And it looked so Limo-ish. Then we had 2 Sprinters take us to the dock. They were on time. The 2nd van needed a few more minutes but the driver was hilariously fun for my kids. We had 16 of us! After the cruise we were contacted 1 hour from pickup all the way through to "I see you!" They were like family again. Loved this service and will use them as they are family owned and operated! Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I will be advising others to avoid them as well.

Given $25 cash, he more-or-less dumped our luggage from the back of the taxi, then told us he wanted a tip as well (no!) -- and when I asked him for a receipt, he said he'd get one. He sat down in the driver's seat, started the taxi, backed into our luggage -- nearly running us over -- and left. Unfortunately, my cellphone was in my carry-on and I couldn't get to it to photograph him or his cab ID number before he began backing up. Little driver, huge ego, terrifying driving.
