Driver stopped for gas on the way and made us almost late to concert. We had to give him directions almost the entire time. He charged us $10 for using the carpool lane (what service does that?!). Best part? They left two women stranded in the middle of nowhere after our concert - they called to say they were there but also picking up another couple and were going to drop them off first. We argued this wasn't part of the deal and we wanted to go home. He yelled at us to take an Uber and hung up. Then we called back and told him we had no other ride and Uber was not available and he said he was there, and couldn't find us. Then the driver and the guy who owns the service both stopped answering our calls. We had to take a bus to find a spot to get an Uber - it took us three hours to get home from a concert that ended at 10:15pm. I cannot imagine if something had happened to us - it would have been 100% on this service. Do NOT use this service - absolutely awful on so many accounts. Especially if you are a woman - NOT safe and you will most likely be stranded.

WARNING: PS Limo Service is a Scam and a Danger to Your Events…read more I booked PS Limo Service in July 2025 for my daughter's Sweet 16 on October 4th, and after holding the reservation for nearly three months, they canceled less than a week before the event September 28, 2025 claiming their limo "broke down." They tried to force me into accepting two standard SUVs (not stretch, not comparable) or an overpriced limo through their "affiliate." This is bait-and-switch fraud, plain and simple. From the beginning, they refused a deposit, only taking a credit card number clearly designed to avoid issuing refunds when they cancel. When I demanded that they honor the contract or provide a comparable replacement, they became hostile, insulting, and tried to justify their actions by claiming a "right to refuse service." Let me be clear: that supposed "right" only exists before a contract is breached. By canceling on me days before the event, they were in material breach of a legally binding agreement no claim of "refusal" can absolve them of liability. PS Limo didn't just cancel; they insulted, belittled, and threatened me for insisting they fulfill their legal obligations. This is a company that preys on families, double-books vehicles, cancels last minute, and relies on aggression and intimidation to get away with it. I am filing complaints with the Washington State Consumer Affairs Commission, the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General's Office, and will pursue small claims court for all damages. The Seattle area is served by King County transit, and by using the prepaid Orca card, can get necessary transfers. The transit center has outdoor covered bays, where the buses come in for pickup. Google maps does a good job of telling which bays to take, though I don't think it has real-time tracking of the buses.
