It runs every 10 minutes during daylight hours, and is one way to go to Microsoft's main campus. The cost is $2.75 each way with free transfers, most easily accessible via an Orca card (rechargable on-line, but not yet replaceable with a smartphone). We used the NE 24th St & Bellevue Redmon Rd stop, which was covered and had a display showing when to expect the next bus. It's a busy route, serviced by an articulated bus for both routes...definitely too long for streets (and corners) not equipped for it.

I like this RapidRide route. It is the only one servicing the Eastside. B Line travels between…read moreBellevue Transit Center and Redmond Transit Center. The bus services downtown Bellevue, Crossroads, Overlake, Microsoft and downtown Redmond neighborhoods. The route replaced two King County Metro routes, 230 and 253. Basically combining these services to offer more frequent service that were faster as they skipped bus stops that used to be serviced by the old routes. The RapidRide buses are new and have free Wi-Fi. You can also swipe your ORCA card to pay for your fare at the bus stop card reader before the bus arrives. This allows you to board the bus at one of the exit doors rather than having to pay at the driver side door upon entering. In general, buses run every 15 minutes for most of the day. During weekday rush hours, there is service every 10 minutes. While in the late evenings, there is a 30 minute wait. I don't use the bus often, but do when I am headed to the airport as I can take this bus to connect with the Sound Transit route 560 at Bellevue Transit Center. Though it takes longer to get to the airport, it saves me a bundle over parking at or taking a taxi/Uber to the airport. More often than not, it takes longer to get where you need to on public transportation. But I think this RapidRide line is great since it is convenient and is helping to minimize the delay. Particularly useful when I need to get to downtown Bellevue in a timely manner.

I was lucky to be at the right one, but I was 2 minutes from walking to the next address when I did not see the bus. 2. We left at 415pm from Crystal. We waited for other passengers. I don't mind waiting, but I thought it was unfair for those who returned to the bus on time. I recommend just changing the departure time to 430pm. Crystal closes at 415pm. Not to mention that we had to sit in traffic for an additional hour in the morning, so that was a total of 75 minutes that I missed on the snow. The bus is still very convenient if you don't have a car and it is only you for the day.

None of the outlets nor USB ports worked, nor did the fan controls overhead. The slight draft through the vent and the broken seal around the windows sufficed. Our bus carried only five passengers, we spaced ourselves apart, and fortunately nobody nuked a big one. Most of the window gaskets squeaked, annoyingly, and one showed a visible gap. I did think, a window could fall out, and thus would not reach Vancouver on schedule. They couldn't even properly adjust the large LED clock, still set on Standard Time and a few minutes late. Litter left and scattered from the previous trip tells me either nobody cleaned the bus in Seattle, where we originated, or they were given so little time or otherwise cleaned it poorly. I wouldn't have known about MTRWestern had Flixbus not contracted them for the codeshare to Vancouver. Nor would i have otherwise chosen them. They ran the worst, dirtiest, and least maintained bus i've ever ridden.

Hello there, my name is Nic, I just recently sailed with princess cruises who utilized your services as a form of transportation from the cruise dock to Seattle/Tacoma airport this morning around 8-9AM. It was me, my girlfriend, and her mother who is elderly. Let me start by saying wow, what an absolute disappointment, from someone who works at a resort and understands all aspects from safety to hospitality, this was a massive safety violation on all ends and very unprofessional. This was also my first time sailing ever. Our bus loaded and was blowing HOT AIR the entire trip BACK to the airport with ZERO ventilation, I want you to keep in mind there is A YOUNG BABY IN A CAR SEAT ON THIS BUS, AND A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF ELDERLY ON THIS BUS. At first we thought maybe the air conditioning was warming up or that it would get cold eventually, about 10 minutes into the drive NUMEROUS people started vocally complaining to our driver, in which she did absolutely nothing about. She did NOT TURN OFF CONSTANT HOT AIR IN A BUS WITH NO VENTILATION. There was no safety announcements of any kind departing on this bus as well, nothing. This bus should NOT have been in service to begin with, you're telling me you can't tell when the air conditioning is broken on a bus when driving it back from the airport to the dock? She finally decided to listen to us AS WE ARE PULLING INTO THE AIRPORT PARKING LOT, and then after what did she do? SHE TURNED IT ON AGAIN! Every single patron in this bus went off on her and the lady with a baby in a car seat ran off the bus for the safety of her own child, who can NOT willingly stick up for themselves. The bus driver was SCREAMING back at us stating that we could not unload until everything on the bottom of the bus was unloaded, which I completely understand, however. HER TONE WAS AWFUL AND RUDE AND SHE WAS ACTING LIKE IT WASNT HER FAULT THAT SHE KEPT THE HOT AIR COMING THE WHOLE RIDE. And at this point, I felt like many peoples safety were at risk, and this was the complete opposite of hospitality. I did not catch the drivers name as she ran off the bus as quick as she could and just threw up her hands in a rude manner walking away from the bus. I did take pictures of the bus number and the back of the bus that has the license plate # and other information. I will never ever ride on a bus from this company again, it's very clear to me your drivers lack self awareness for their patrons' safety and it's not in their best interest. Thanks for ruining my travel day, now I will always remember my Alaskan cruise by something as small as this. I am VERY sure I will not be the only person sending emails regarding this issue that happened this morning.
