5/5 Stars -- Outstanding service for our bachelorette party!…read more We booked Seattle Elite Towncars for a bachelorette wine tasting trip out to Woodinville, and they exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Communication leading up to and throughout the day was seamless, and our driver arrived right on time. The van was spotless and super comfortable for our group. Our driver was friendly, drove safely, and was incredibly flexible when we had a last-minute change of plans at the end of the night. Having a reliable, stress-free ride made the entire day so much fun. Highly recommend them for group events or wine tours!

After speaking with Alex on the phone he was knowledgeable, firm and very professional. We booked a SEATAC to hotel for our family of 14. The yoing man who picked us up was texting us from 1 hour our of appointment all the way till he picked us up. It was like having family. The Mercedes Sprinter was clean and roomy. And it looked so Limo-ish. Then we had 2 Sprinters take us to the dock. They were on time. The 2nd van needed a few more minutes but the driver was hilariously fun for my kids. We had 16 of us! After the cruise we were contacted 1 hour from pickup all the way through to "I see you!" They were like family again. Loved this service and will use them as they are family owned and operated! From my family to yours Alex!

I picked them because of their yelp rating, and it was spot on! We booked 3 different rides with them in September for our Alaska cruise out of Seattle. Communication was prompt and clear, all done through yelp message. Booking confirmations were sent immediately via email, and I had requested to add 20% tip. My friend and I were traveling from different part of the country, they tracked our flights and luckily we arrived pretty much around the same time. Roman, who ended up being our driver for all 3 rides, was in touch via text while we waited for luggage. Pick up was prompt, car was clean, everything is so smooth. On the last day at Port, pick up was just as easy and painless as the other two rides. So glad we have picked STS to handle all our transportation needs for this trip. I will definitely use STS service again whenever I find myself traveling to Seattle!

What a great experience being picked up at our north Seattle home, and driven to a restaurant in West Seattle during the busy World Cup time. As an added bonus, Abe planned ahead by bringing a step stool, making it a snap for me to get in and out of his comfy Chevy Suburban. Thanks Abe! We look forward to using this in-town service again!

Their drivers were professional and their vehicles were spotless, they even had little waters for us. Our tour group of almost 50 used them for motor coach service and we liked them so much we even booked a private day tour out to Mt. Rainier. My mother-in-law, has mobility issues, so the driver would pull as close as possible and even arranged wheelchair service for her when we arrived at Crystal Mountain! They had full knowledge of all the local Seattle neighborhoods, history and the flora and fauna. It was super interesting and the driver was friendly and so nice. One of the best parts was knowing that Quality Town Car can arrange our ground transportation around the world through their affiliate program. One phone call, email or website visit sets you up in style. Plus, it turns out it is a female veteran owned business! We had such an overall fantastic experience with QTC that we wanted to share it with our online friends and community.

Instead, a green flag appears at certain locations, and the destination options keep popping up unexpectedly. The app also tells you that your ride is Queue #1 with one stop, but suddenly it changes to four stops, which is very confusing and frustrating. Overall, the service is very poor. You need a lot of patience and extra time when using Circuit Ride.

BellHop is here! I love BellHop and am so glad that it's where I live! BellHop is a free transit…read moreservice for riders in downtown Bellevue that extends to central Bellevue and the Spring District...for now! BellHop is on a trial run until December as this free shuttle service is run by the City of Bellevue and paid by lodging taxes, so thank you, visitors to Bellevue! The shuttle service provides a transit option around downtown and central Bellevue neighborhoods through the Circuit app. Like with Uber and Lyft, you request a driver/shuttle through the Circuit app and are able to set a drop off location within the border of the BellHop service. I would not recommend this shuttle service if you're on a time crunch and need to get somewhere right there and then, as BellHop is a shared riding experience. Therefore, you'll ride with other passengers along your route, which also means you may pick up and drop off passengers along the way. I've used BellHop a few times, and it really just depends on the time of day and route to assess the wait times. I had an appointment around Lake Bellevue and waited 18 minutes for my BellHop to arrive and there was an instance where I was at the downtown Bellevue Park and only waited five minutes for a BellHop shuttle. You can't really complain though since it's a FREE service! You have the option of tipping your driver through Venmo or cash. I love this service for my city! It's already exceeding expectations, providing up to 300 rides a week. So, I'm hoping that with its success, the borders will eventually expand to other neighborhoods in Bellevue and will go beyond the December deadline. I'll continue to use BellHop to get around my neighborhood.
