Would Not Recommend…read more I was relieved to locate this taxi service when my daughter's flight to SeaTac was delayed two hours and the weather service was predicting a lot of snow. The man who answered said he could pick her up in an all-wheel drive vehicle and that he'd be monitoring her flight arrival time. I gave him her cell number and texted her his information so they could connect when she landed. After she got her bag, she texted him and then called him twice and left a message - with the same phone number I used to book the ride, 206.883.0666. No answer or reply to her message. And no record of a call or message from him on her phone. She spent the night at the airport. I called him the next day to inquire, and he said he'd waited an hour at the airport and tried to call her multiple times but that his calls went to voicemail. He said he didn't leave her a message. She has no record of a call from that number or any other number at that time. I'm assuming he still had my cell number on his caller ID from earlier in the evening but he didn't call me. Also, the website gives two different Redmond, WA addresses as a business location. Neither is a legitimate Redmond address. Despite the two good reviews, I'd steer clear of Redmond Taxi. https://www.redmondtaxi.com/#

Their drivers were professional and their vehicles were spotless, they even had little waters for us. Our tour group of almost 50 used them for motor coach service and we liked them so much we even booked a private day tour out to Mt. Rainier. My mother-in-law, has mobility issues, so the driver would pull as close as possible and even arranged wheelchair service for her when we arrived at Crystal Mountain! They had full knowledge of all the local Seattle neighborhoods, history and the flora and fauna. It was super interesting and the driver was friendly and so nice. One of the best parts was knowing that Quality Town Car can arrange our ground transportation around the world through their affiliate program. One phone call, email or website visit sets you up in style. Plus, it turns out it is a female veteran owned business! We had such an overall fantastic experience with QTC that we wanted to share it with our online friends and community.

I was so impressed with this Eagle Shuttle Service (Bellevue Airport Shuttle)…read more I was planning a trip to Bellevue and the fare to take an Uber from the airport to the Hilton Bellevue was over $100! That was more than my airfare to get from Orange County! So the bargain shopper in me decided to look for a Shuttle and I immediately found Eagle Shuttle Service! $30 Flat Rate! No luggage restriction (I only had a carry on) and so with tip ($6) and tax I saved over $70 and You should too!!! I called them prior to my flight to ask which one they one they thought I should get on, 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM, according to my flight schedule. And the lady that answered, Helen, was so nice she even offered to call me back with an answer after speaking with a driver. She was so helpful that I did not hesitate to book the shuttle! They give you Very detailed instructions on how to find the pick up area and I found that very easy to do. I had never been to the SEA-TAC airport and I found my way quite easily. I then called just to make sure that I was in the right spot. The man was very nice. My shuttle arrived, the driver, Ahmad, hopped right out, put bag my bag in the back, opened the door to a very clean van and off we went! It was just me and him! Just like being in an over sized Uber or Lyft! (that would have cost a lot more!) And fortunately for me they go to 5 Hotels in Bellevue and the first one is the Hilton Bellevue, where I was staying! SCORE!!! The ride was pleasant, my driver friendly and informative! I HIGHLY recommend Eagle Shuttle Service, if you are staying in the Bellevue area at any of the 5 hotels they service! Book your reservation without hesitation and save yourself lots of money to spend on your trip instead! Thank you Eagle Shuttle Service for a wonderful start to my trip to Bellevue!

I picked them because of their yelp rating, and it was spot on! We booked 3 different rides with them in September for our Alaska cruise out of Seattle. Communication was prompt and clear, all done through yelp message. Booking confirmations were sent immediately via email, and I had requested to add 20% tip. My friend and I were traveling from different part of the country, they tracked our flights and luckily we arrived pretty much around the same time. Roman, who ended up being our driver for all 3 rides, was in touch via text while we waited for luggage. Pick up was prompt, car was clean, everything is so smooth. On the last day at Port, pick up was just as easy and painless as the other two rides. So glad we have picked STS to handle all our transportation needs for this trip. I will definitely use STS service again whenever I find myself traveling to Seattle!
