I called to ask what process they have in place in case we run out of time. At which point, the person on the other end just became upset and scold me that she doesn't know and its not her problem. That is, she's done all she can. That is not how you offer customer service. You don't (a) get upset at customer for asking for contingency plans (b) you don't say it's all you can do and (3) you don't hang up on the customer multiple times. I'm sure that in most cases there isn't anything you can do, but you run a business, there's so many ways you can answer that question.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by a lady that was able to answer some questions. The reason why I am giving a 2 star is lack of knowledge or response to some questions asked. I asked if we needed a Cambodia visa (in which you don't you can get it on arrival) and they answered that we did and that it had to go through the embassy. Another gentlemen also grumbled and said "you need advance notice a month and a half might not be enough". The pricing was also significantly higher than many other places that we decided to go to. We ended up going to Holiday China and we liked the experience there much more. Holiday China was honest with us and quoted us with great prices, was able to get our visa in a week, and was able to provide us detail about our trip. Meh, not that impressed mostly because of inaccurate information and pricing.

The…read morepeople I interacted with in the Seattle office were not up to speed on what the actual requirements were for renewing my passport, and cut off the transaction before completion, and they suggested I go directly to the state department. Which I did, and it took all of 20 minutes to get my passport renewed. They were stating I needed to get additional proof of identity before they could process my renewal (I of course didn't need this; the state department was very helpful and the list of things they said to bring in the confirmation email, was exactly what they needed to renew my passport.) The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars, is that they refunded my money so all I did was waste an hour. But, poor customer service in my opinion. Just go directly to the state department (all these guys do is help you fill out the application and send along to the state department anyway). If they are going to sell this service, they should at least be able to accurately tell you what to bring when you come in.
