I was a looking for a company to help me obtain a tourist visa for China. Reading the other reviews on Yelp, I wasn't sure about this place but decided to give it a try. I'm very glad I went with Travel Visa Pro! I called the company to ask more details and they were very helpful with determining which services fit my needs. I placed an order and then scheduled an in office visit. We reviewed my application together (I opted for the $29 document check service) and we found some errors that I would have missed. They then sent my passport out to the appropriate embassy on my behalf. There's an option to have them mail your passport back directly to you instead of you going to pick up in their office, which I opted for since it was the same price. I received a notifications from the company throughout the process about the status of my application and actually received my passport back ahead of the projected return date! The process was very smooth and I felt very supported by Travel Visa Pro. Speedy visa processing, easy process but don't expect a full office. Located on the 14th floor of the Smith tower .The office has the bare minimum of a receptionist and one main person, Alexandra, who handles all the visa and passport doings. I was applying for a China visa to visit a friend - I believe they have an office in SF which made the process super easy and they are well acquainted with the application process. I decided to drop off and pick up the passport on my own- this sped up the process a lot! Alexandra called me the moment it arrived which was exactly 6 days as promised! Their support team answered all my questions promptly and only charged $80 to submit an e-visa. I couldn't recommenced this service more, especially after trying to go through the government website way. Absolutely horrible. The one good thing about this service is that I (eventually) got my passport. On May 24th I paid for 5 day expedited service. The 2 gentlemen I spoke to on the phone both told me that 5 days included weekends and excluded federal holidays. Following their information I spent $999 on their service which was also supposed to be delivered to my front door. 13 days later! (Excluding Memorial Day) I received word from them that my passport was available for pickup... in San Francisco... I live in Seattle. Over the course of my wait I spoke to many different representatives which told me multiples different stories. I even spoke to a supposed manager and another representative that told me on 2 separate occasion that my passport was ready for delivery to my house the next morning. Both times I was lied to and told that they never said those things. Upon getting a 3rd phone call of completion from the same supposed manager on now day 7 of my wait, I asked her to verify that my passport was indeed picked up by their courier and on its way to me. She confirmed 3 times over the phone that my passport was on its way. But of course the next day rolls by and still no passport. 6 more days of calls and long conversations come a call from their "contact in the CEO's office" who says that my passport will be available in San Francisco the morning of the 8th. To have it sent to Seattle would now cost me extra. I was told they would only directly release it to me. I let them know I would be on my way to San Francisco that day to pick up my passport. After an entire day of travel and now being late for my trip, I arrived at their hole in the wall "office building" in San Francisco. No one greeted me at the door as said to me in my phone call that morning, no one apologized or talked to me about what went wrong. The only lovely person during this whole chaotic event was one lovely Asian lady at the office that finally handed me my passport and wished me a good rest of my day. Later that day I attempted to call back and talk to management and was unable to get ahold of anyone. The next day I finally got through to someone and explained my distaste and naturally asked for a portion of my $999 to be deducted to cover my cost of having to fly to San Francisco and make my way downtown to their office. I was put on hold and never called back. I have since filled for a full refund and received a letter in the mail calling my request "absurd" and said their "hard earned money" would not be charged back to me. They continued to say that I paid for 2 BUSINESS DAY service which still means May 26th or May 31st at the latest per my phone call with on of their many representatives. I don't see how in any way my money was "hard earned" for them. read more

Aside from the crazy high cost of getting a Russian visa (we had ours expedited too so total cost was approximately $1000), this company provides wonderful service. We were very reluctant and worried about having to give them our actual passports, as many third party Visa businesses have awful reviews and horror stories, but Travel Visa Pro put us at ease with their professionalism and round the clock customer service. If you call their number, you get a call center but the representative is committed to helping you in whatever way they can, even when it's after hours or on the weekend. They'll even schedule you an appointment for your in-office visit, which is what we had to do to initiate the process. Located in the Smith building downtown where there's no surrounding free parking, the office is fairly easy to find. We worked specifically with Alexandra on our Visas, but Natalia helped as well. Both were friendly and helpful, double checking that we had all pertinent paperwork. We ordered the shortest turnaround time: 7-10 business days, and received our Visas and passports on the very last day. Travel Visa Pro is the best! :) After freaking out on whether or not I would get my visa in time for my upcoming China trip, I was reassured by Alexandra (Travel Visa Pro agent) that I would get it with no problem. I ended up paying a bit extra to get my visa back in 5 days and guess what? Today, I received it right on time with no worries :) As mentioned by others, this place is located in the cool Smith Tower on the 14th floor, where elevators are so old, that there are still operators working them. The process is super easyyy. If you are applying for a China visa, maximize your time & effort by contacting the office or website and have everything prepared prior to dropping your passport & papers off! What is needed will be listed on the website and once you have everything completed, schedule an appointment and meet with the agent. I've used Travel Visa Pro for at least 5 years now for various different needs. Most recently, I arrived at the airport on Saturday and realized that my passport is due to expire in two weeks. Rookie mistake, but can happen to anyone. On Monday AM I dropped off the paperwork for passport renewal at the Seattle office, and it was ready by 4 PM the same day, just in time for my 7 PM departure. Got my Brazil visa through this company. I turned in my paperwork in October with travel in late December. Was told I did not need to expedite it. Left things alone until Mid Dec when I started asking about when it might be done. I got my visa the Friday before I had to fly out. My appointment with the consulate office was the week before my travel date. Sending paperwork to the consulate office the week of travel is not really the best plan. Horrible business model in my opinion. I had submitted my paperwork 60+ days and was told there was plenty of time for it to be processed. Disappointed because the lady stopped answering my phone calls when I started to panic and sent my calls to the national number. She did somehow rush the passport at the last minute so I got it before my flight left... If you have to get a visa I would try to set the completion date earlier than whatever it is that they typically set it for or honestly, just go to the consulate office on your own! read more

I will always return to these folks for helping me with travel documents. They are awesome! Fell free to contact other to compare, but I'm pretty sure you'd be hard pressed to find another organization with the attention to detail, customer service, and alacrity that they have when processing your travel documentation. I've seen a couple of reviews complaining about people who have made last minute plans and then had issue when everything did work out for them. Remember folks, lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on their part. My husband and I sent our passports in and initiated our application with Travel Visa Pro on Dec 12 for Brazilian visas. Apparently, the San Fransisco Brazilian Embassy is really bogged down, and the earliest appointment Travel Visa Pro could secure was on Jan 26. We are departing on Feb 4, and this would put our visas arriving at our house on Feb 3! However, I checked around with other Seattle and San Fran visa services, and not only did Travel Visa Pro have the most competitive prices, but they also had the earliest appointment time available for Brazilian visas. We just resigned ourselves to sweating things out until right before the start of our trip. WELL! Travel Visa Pro was able to expedite our visas (presumably new appointment times opened up at the Embassy), and we received them more than three weeks early! They never solicited additional payment from us for this, they just did it unprompted, and we always received excellent communication and support from their team. I can't recommend them highly enough. It was well worth the cost, as I have no idea how we would have been able to do this on our own. read more

I couldn't believe how easy it was to apply for an Indian tourist visa with Travel Visa Pro in Seattle - thanks to Andrey and his outstanding assistance! I wanted to apply Canada visa for my mom, connected to this company live chat, the person said no, we can't help, very rude and the reason given was my mom was in her travel visa in US, will only able to get the Canada visa if you were student, employee or green card holder! What was that!! Obviously it was not true, so many friends of us with traveling visa successfully got the Canada visa, besides GC holder doesn't even need a visa to go Canada Ok?!! I discovered that my passport had expired 6 days before my flight. That 6 days included the weekend and Martin Luther King day! Effectively there were 3 business days available. Weather made it impossible for my application to be picked up by Fed Ex. One day gone. The government passport agency computers crashed on the day my passport was supposed to be picked up by Travel Pro to send back to me. 2 days gone. Travel Pro still got the passport to me in time!!!!!! They put it on a cargo plane so that I would get it on time. They were in communication with me every day, sometimes more than once. They were patient with my concerns, and everyone I talked to was totally accommodating. The owner of the company even called me at home at 9 p.m. to discuss possible solutions/options. I know it is expensive, but, for me, it was so worth it. I was able to go on my trip. This company rocks. read more

Even though the postal system failed on the Seattle, Wa side, Travel visa pro didn't, and made up the time lost, and got my passport back in my hands. They knew when I called the first time, which office to send my update to, to expedite it. Second time I called, they could see the post office said it was delivered Tuesday 9:46 am and it wasn't delivered until Wednesday Morning. Scary to have your passport lost temporary. They finally got it, turned it around and I was very happy to see the fed ex man delivering my passport!
