My ride was scheduled for 4:30AM and we were told to be outside by 4:15AM. The driver never showed or called. I had to wake my 60 year old mother up at 5AM to catch a ride to Seattle. Then 5 hours after they were supposed to pick us up the people at Patty Wagon call to inform the us that they never showed. The woman gave the most apathetic apology and told us that reason her driver never showed was because he "confused AM with PM" and that going forward she would "make sure the drivers know the difference between AM and PM". This was the west experience I've ever had with a medical ride company BAR NONE.

There was one hang up...the time quoted was supposed to be from the time they left their place until arrival back to their place. It's because we were in Ocean Shores (30 minutes), so the rates work a little different than if you're local. That said, it was brought to my attention during the event, I explained the conversations I had when booking and the driver did the right thing and stayed through our event. It could have been a catastrophe, but they absolutely did the right thing and made it a memorable experience. This experience is why I joined Yelp! I would use them again and again.

I picked them because of their yelp rating, and it was spot on! We booked 3 different rides with them in September for our Alaska cruise out of Seattle. Communication was prompt and clear, all done through yelp message. Booking confirmations were sent immediately via email, and I had requested to add 20% tip. My friend and I were traveling from different part of the country, they tracked our flights and luckily we arrived pretty much around the same time. Roman, who ended up being our driver for all 3 rides, was in touch via text while we waited for luggage. Pick up was prompt, car was clean, everything is so smooth. On the last day at Port, pick up was just as easy and painless as the other two rides. So glad we have picked STS to handle all our transportation needs for this trip. I will definitely use STS service again whenever I find myself traveling to Seattle!
