We got to the airport slightly earlier than my desired arrival (guess we had less traffic than usual), so I had plenty of time to make my flight. The driver (sorry, forgot his name) was nice and attempted some light small talk. If I was interested in talking more I'm sure he would have obliged, but as I didn't encourage it, he took the hint and did his job... exactly what you'd want from a driver. The ride itself was smooth with the radio playing pop music in the background (not great, not bad) and all the customers essentially minding their own business. All-in-all, just what you'd want from a shuttle. I've read / heard that it used to be cheaper, and I would say in my head, this service should be closer to $80 than $120, but inflation has taken a toll on lots of things. So, good service, but not necessarily the greatest value. I'd like to give it 4.5 stars, so given the low ratings by others, I'll round up.

I'm glad I use them for their skills because 2 weeks ago there was a major accident on the 5 freeway (tons of chicken feathers spilled) and Jon knew when to exit and take me to SeaTac another way which was only about 20 minutes longer. I would have missed my plane otherwise. I live 60 miles south of SeaTac and the cost is well worth it but it is reasonable considering the superb service.
