I was coming in for my Alaskan cruise and I was referred to this company by my Facebook NCL group. After browsing the website to figure out how to get the process on booking, (which was very easy navigation) I decided to call and speak with someone to just confirm and ask questions since I was coming from out of town . Customer service was stellar. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed at all. I was even informed to save monies to return to the website and book online. Absolutely amazing. Before my flight I had received a follow up call of confirmation which I was very grateful for to just let me know I was not forgotten. My group got the pick up from the airport to our hotel , then pick up from the NCL ship to the airport. Both pick ups were handled with professionalism. From airport to the hotel Michael Z. Sent a text to us informing us his whereabouts and stayed in communication with us until he found us despite all the detour chaos of the airport. This was greatly appreciated. He was friendly, welcoming and socially gifted. :) they switched our driver on the last day pick up from the ship, I'm sorry because I would love to give his name as well but customer service did communicate the change and informed us they were still on schedule which was great as well. I know there is alot of shuttles to choose in this area but if you're looking for stress free, budget friendly, great customer service support, this is your company ! I could understand if I was the one to cancel but they canceled and I'm out almost $800 with absolutely no services rendered. That's a lot of money to a guy like me! This is a terrible business policy and I can only imagine which other anti-customer policies they have. I'd rather be stranded on a desert island with my proctologist than ever consider doing business with them again. At least he's polite when he violates me. MY RESPONSE TO OLYMPIC LIMOUSINE'S COMMENT: I live in Denver and will not be at the next show. I'd love to take a poll and see who believes that it's a fair business practice to perform no service and get paid $800. I guess we'll leave that up to the people.

Drivers are punctual, professional and really nice. I'm glad I use them for their skills because 2 weeks ago there was a major accident on the 5 freeway (tons of chicken feathers spilled) and Jon knew when to exit and take me to SeaTac another way which was only about 20 minutes longer. I would have missed my plane otherwise. I live 60 miles south of SeaTac and the cost is well worth it but it is reasonable considering the superb service.
