I have used Seattle VIP transport 2 times now. These guys are as good as it can get. They picked up my family of 4 and transported them from Renton to downtown Seattle with a return pick up at a vary reasonable rate. The drivers are awesome and very nice. The vehicles are clean too. What is nice about using these guys is that it is very personable and you can schedule way in advance unlike the other taxi like companies: U...r and L..t So today I had a scheduled time for them to pick my grandma up for our Christmas party and I needed the driver to help grandma grab some gifts. No problem, Ericka picks up the phone and gets it handled. Ericka is the gal that has answered the phone every time I called. She knows my name and my past pick ups. She is extremely helpful and professional. These guys rock: On time, safe, clean, curtious, classy, reasonably priced and reliable. I highly recommend this company! It was so nice to finally experience Seattle VIP Transportation's amazing service for myself after making business travel arrangements for a number of years!!!!! We will NEVER take our own car again. Superb! After a terrible experience with another company, I looked online and called the first towncar service that popped up. Oh my goodness. So polite, friendly and so accommodating. The driver was stuck in traffic and was going to be late and they messaged me and called me very 5 minutes to up date me. I was so impressed. This was the first time using Seattle VIP and it was amazing. Since when I first spoke to them to them dropping off my mom. My mom is very limited in speaking English but at no point did she feel uncomfortable or them not understanding her.
