I picked them because of their yelp rating, and it was spot on! We booked 3 different rides with them in September for our Alaska cruise out of Seattle. Communication was prompt and clear, all done through yelp message. Booking confirmations were sent immediately via email, and I had requested to add 20% tip. My friend and I were traveling from different part of the country, they tracked our flights and luckily we arrived pretty much around the same time. Roman, who ended up being our driver for all 3 rides, was in touch via text while we waited for luggage. Pick up was prompt, car was clean, everything is so smooth. On the last day at Port, pick up was just as easy and painless as the other two rides. So glad we have picked STS to handle all our transportation needs for this trip. I will definitely use STS service again whenever I find myself traveling to Seattle!

So I asked him to go back to the departure lane. It was jammed at the airport. Also he couldn't help for my suitcase. He is a big tall guy, but he said he has a bad back. I am 5'4 skinny Asian.. Wish he could have helped me a little. And he finally charged me $85 total. I feel really ripped off, and was taken advantage because of my broken English? I will definitely never use it again.

He just kept saying it over and over He mumbled $79 for our ride to Renton we are just 25 minutes from Airport and have never paid over $40 Not understanding we loaded up. He was not comfortable driving in the light snow it as February the temp was 35 so not sticking and not icy just at 1AM the snow was on the road but clear with every tire pass. This Orange Taxi I feel really doesn't meet the standards that have been in the AirPort Taxi service before. To end our ride he stopped and would not go us our small hill and said we would need to walk. We carried our bags and waked up the hill and no problem not icy. Very unhappy about the Taxi service leaving the Air Port Urber and Lyft would be a better choice and is convenient at SeaTac Wish I had a Name or Taxi number but nothing showing in the Car and no electronics turned on - Should of changed and gone with Urber

SeaTac Airport Taxi saved the day! A flight was scheduled for our son, who is in Parkland…read more(Tacoma), for early in the morning, necessitating airport arrival in the wee hours. Of course, the snowstorm hit with icy roads, etc, so his original plan for airport transport didn't work out. We called Seatac Airport Taxi the evening before, and they gave us the price up front, which was reasonable for a dependable professional driver. I asked about what vehicle would be used if there was ice on the road at 3 am (yes, I'm a MOM!!), and so they reviewed the expected conditions and called me back saying they would likely use a 4WD vehicle. The price was higher, but I appreciated them being up front about it. They took my Credit Card number at the time of the reservation, and charged at the time of pickup, including the tip, so there was no delay at the time of dropoff. The driver arrived right on time, the was friendly and conversant, and let our son know that the tip had already been paid when he offered it. He said it was a great experience! We are so thankful for folks who know their job and do it well - definitely worth it to pay a pro to do the driving, especially during inclement weather in the middle of the night! Thank you so much!

On our outbound trip, our driver Rob arrived at our house early and was very helpful loading bags and ensured that our carseat was installed correctly for our 4 year old. The Sprinter van was clean and comfortable for our party of 6. On our return trip, our driver Tom texted me before we were even off the plane, to ensure I knew where to meet him in the parking garage. Again, the Sprinter van was very clean and comfortable for us after getting off a 4.5 hour flight. The rates we paid for this private shuttle service were at least 30% below the other quotes I obtained from other shuttle companies. I'll absolutely use Capital next time I need shuttle service!

The drivers are downright rude (had to deal with two of them today) and the communication language barrier is a struggle. My friend had just had surgery at a medical facility in Seattle. The second driver (I guess the facility is contracted with them?) yelled at the nurse who went to retrieve the correct voucher(s). It took less than five minutes. There are always other options.
