WARNING: PS Limo Service is a Scam and a Danger to Your Events I booked PS Limo Service in July 2025 for my daughter's Sweet 16 on October 4th, and after holding the reservation for nearly three months, they canceled less than a week before the event September 28, 2025 claiming their limo "broke down." They tried to force me into accepting two standard SUVs (not stretch, not comparable) or an overpriced limo through their "affiliate." This is bait-and-switch fraud, plain and simple. From the beginning, they refused a deposit, only taking a credit card number clearly designed to avoid issuing refunds when they cancel. When I demanded that they honor the contract or provide a comparable replacement, they became hostile, insulting, and tried to justify their actions by claiming a "right to refuse service." Let me be clear: that supposed "right" only exists before a contract is breached. By canceling on me days before the event, they were in material breach of a legally binding agreement no claim of "refusal" can absolve them of liability. PS Limo didn't just cancel; they insulted, belittled, and threatened me for insisting they fulfill their legal obligations. This is a company that preys on families, double-books vehicles, cancels last minute, and relies on aggression and intimidation to get away with it. I am filing complaints with the Washington State Consumer Affairs Commission, the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General's Office, and will pursue small claims court for all damages. Had an amazing experience using the party limo for my daughter's 13th birthday. The driver was sooo nice and took great care of us. We drove all around downtown. The price was good for 4 hours and it was perfect for our small party. I recommend and will, definitely, be using them again.... read more

We've used Emil's services twice in the past month and a half. Once for our son's birthday when we rented a Hummer Limo and the second time for airport services. Emil went above and beyond in both circumstances. It was an incredible experience for my son and his friends and the airport service was timely and so convenient. My work company hired PS Limo Service for our celebration night out. Our driver Emile was awesome! We were kind of a wild group of 12 girls and Emile took care of us like a BOSS! We felt so well taken care of and was very accommodating to our requests. Not to mention, a co-worker and I left our wallets in the limo and he was in constant communication with me the next day to help me retrieve it. Emil, Was amazing, we were celebrating our son's 21st birthday and were in Ballard at a Mexican restaurant , when we went to leave I had my purse and wallet stole from where we were sitting, long story short had to cancel my credit cards that I would be using to pay for the limo service it took forever to get it all straightened out and Emil worked with us.. He was very patience and understanding with everything. Would highly recommend this limo service to every one and anyone. I've been using PS Limo for 3 years for work travel and they are the best. Emil has a well appointed fleet of cars and is always on time. One of my favorite things is how they track my flights so I don't have to worry if the plane is late. Awesome company, and Emil rocks! read more

Our other regular driver canceled the limo we had ordered weeks before my sons senior prom and literally less than a week before the big day. PS Limo Service of Seattle is NOT a service to use if you want quality customer service. They did the bait and switch on which car was to arrive and what was actually used and showed up. We used them for a larger party service and they got lost in downtown Seattle, we missed the entertainment at our party due to driver pulling over because they didn't know where they were?! We did not feel safe. They did not provide professional customer service at all plus the driver showed up in t-shirt and jeans! After voicing my concerns to Emil, I was brushed off and told I was wrong. Funny because there were several of us on this trip and all had the same experience. I would not give this company any stars and would not use their services ever again or recommend them. They misrepresented everything that was agreed to in the contract. The party bus for my son's Homecoming was a black painted school bus not a decked out party bus as agreed to. The kids said it was like a prison bus,The driver got lost going to Seattle so they didn't have time for pictures at the park as planned.Then the driver got lost leaving Seattle . How do you get lost when you are a driver located in Seattle??. The kids missed most of their dance and the crew was lewd and unprofessional. I would never trust them again with my son's life. It was an awful experience for all. The owner promised a refund to the 16 families and now is saying they did nothing wrong. How are you still in business?? read more

Avoid PS Limo at all costs! Everything from customer service to condition of the fleet was truly awful. We were given a initial price quote only to have PS Limo attempt to tack on an additional $100 for 'taxes and fees'. This should have been our first clue to stay away! The limo was over 30 minutes late picking us up (causing us to miss our dinner reservation and leave part of the party hanging) and left us on the street for a hour waiting for him to pick us up at the end of the evening. As if the waiting wasn't bad enough, we were greeted with a bad attitude from the driver and a truly filthy limo. There were dirty napkins, trash, beer bottles, champagne bottles and a heavy aroma of Axe body spray in the back. The driver offered no explanation or apology, he wouldn't even remove the trash! Upon discussing these issues with management they were hostile and angry. It is clear that PS Limo is not an honest company. Please take your business elsewhere! read more

I used PS Limo service for a night out for one of my good friend's birthdays. It is typically difficult to get anyone on time in Seattle on a weekend, however, the car came on time and the driver was very professional. I ended up leaving my keys to my car, apartment and work in the car and noticed I had done so late at night. I was able to call and speak directly to the owner who quickly called all of his guys to track down my keys. He called me back within 5 minutes to let me know they had the keys and that they would bring them to me the next day. As promised, he delivered his keys directly to my apartment. I have left a number of personal items in cabs or town cars in the past and I never get any help to track down my lost items. I will now use them as a go to for any special occasions or nights out. I will never use this company in the future and go out of my way to ensure none of my friends and family do either. The limo service was fine and accomplished what we wanted for our wedding day. That is not the issue. The issue is that we were charged extra after the fact. Now, there was a was a way to go about this extra charge that would have been okay, but instead Emil was ruder to me than any customer service representative has ever been. He called me cheap for challenging this extra charge of $100, because their clients "don't care about the cost", which is insulting on multiple levels. I requested this limo to drive my bride and I, and our wedding party to our hotel after our wedding (which was only 5 miles away). We asked if the limo could arrive early to our wedding reception so my bride, myself and the wedding party would not have to wait. To which we were told that was "not a problem at all". After the fact I've been informed that was "a favor to us", despite no mention of it being out of the norm. Well, as you might imagine, my wedding party was slow to get out and we were about half an hour after the agreed departure time. Seeing as we had paid for "two hour minimum point to point" and were well within the 2 hours (even with the early arrival), a reasonable person might assume no extra charges were warranted. At no point was it explained to me beforehand, nor did Emil explain this to me. All he explained was that for $100 more than the 2 hour minimum, the limo could drive us around , as opposed to just dropping us off. He did not take the opportunity at that time to tell me that if we were late boarding, then we would be charged the same, anyways. So, if you've ever been married, you'll know how expensive weddings are (even when you are so "cheap" like me). Especially with the honeymoon coming around, money was tight, so this extra charge was notable to me. So being the incredibly "cheap" man I am, I called to inquire why I was charged more than I believed I owed. Had Emil shown any respect or understanding in explaining the situation, that would have been fine, and I wouldn't be here lambasting his terrible customer service. The details of the extra charge are arguably covered in their terms of service. Seeing as I was getting married, I didn't have time to read this in its entirety, and foolishly trusted Emil to explain what I needed to know. So, fine, my bad. Where I was absolutely floored, was in the severe disrespect and rudeness of Emil's reaction. His first move was to repeatedly tell me to read the terms of service, all the while talking over me and using an aggressive tone. When the terms of service were not clear, he continued to talk over me to tell me this was a industry standard - how would I know this? Lastly he began to make me feel cheap, and unworthy of this service for arguing my case. He told me "this was not a motel 6", but more of a Marriott (funny enough, the limo dropped us off at a Marriott). He said a Marriott would not let you check out late for free (funny enough, the next day we checked out late for free). He concluded by calling me cheap, as I've mentioned, and telling me he would "see me in court" (???). Anyways, maybe this is entirely my fault (it's not) and I'm a cheap man (I'm not), but I expect much better service and will never use, nor recommend this service. If you are on any kind of budget, be prepared to be belittled for having the audacity to book a limo and question any unexpected charges. read more

Owner came to my house at 3am to try and collect payment after my card was declined due to my fraud protection plan!!!!!!!! He called 9 times!!!! Once our trip was over and was so rude and offensive toward me. I had to ask him to change his tone and to listen to me and he hung up on me! This company is a complete mess!!! They don't take a deposit because "people don't like it" says owner. (Sorry but its a good business model to do so and then the final transaction will go through. But what do I know I only own my own business as well.) So when they try and run your card at 3am it gets declined... obviously!! He recorded every single conversation we had, witch was 9 calls, 4 text messages and 4 emails just between 3am and 4am and while at my home used it as if it needed to be shown to me to prov a point. I was actively trying to help fix the problem. Any other person would not answer or care at this hour and not take the way he was talking to me. Continuously made me feel as if I had just stolen something and was trying to not pay for the service. Asking for a picture of my ID to prov who I am.... um no way! Once I refused he got even ruder. I was actively trying to work with him and was treated like crap and spoken to even worse!!!!! Unprofessional and very rude. Would NEVER use them again nor would I recommend them! read more

We used PS for a bachelorette party this weekend based on a recommendation. I can say, without question, it was the worst service I have ever experienced from a transportation company. The first red flag was when they gave us a price for $300 and then tried to charge us $400 saying it was for fees and gratuity. That is certainly something that should be disclosed. We refused to pay more than the original quote of $300 and they agreed. On the day of, they were 30 minutes late, which caused us to miss our dinner reservation. They even had to call us to confirm the address...you ARE a transportation service right?! After discussing where we would be at the end of the night and confirming times (which was a battle of its own) we thought we had things settled. Well, they were late picking us up, and when we called to tell them the street had closed they were extremely rude and told us to just wait. Then we were told we would have to walk somewhere else to be picked up. Fine. We were tired and wanted to get home. The real kicker was the inside of the limo when we got in. Empty beer bottles, napkins, champagne bottles, water bottles, and a horrid smell. The next day when we called to discuss the situation we were yelled at, cut off, and they denied any wrong doing.
