UPDATED: Despite the limo being claimed to have been detailed, the interior wreaked of vomit. The back wheel was missing a hub cover which left the bolts exposed. This coupled with the overall condition of the vehicle made it feel old. The driver wore a knit winter cap and would open the door and walk away. This didn't mirror my experience with drivers in the past. I had no problems with the price but I wouldn't use this service again. read more

They are very easy to work with, the pricing is reasonable, and we have had zero issues with the rides (no late pickups, driver complaints, etc.). I've called poor Greg so many times in the past few weeks to arrange for trips, he greets me by name when he picks up the phone. We're able to keep a credit card on file to pay for our visitors' rides and gratuity which makes the process easier. They have a variety of vehicles to choose from which is great for when we need an SUV to transport several people and their luggage rather than the standard towncar. I've used Liberty Towncar and Limousine nearly a dozen times so far to get to and from the airport, and it's always been a great experience. The driver who picks me up from my house will call me 10-15 minutes in advance to let me know where he is and what time he'll arrive. The ride is always pleasant and the drivers are extremely friendly. They provide free water too, which is nice. When I fly back into Seattle with a reservation to be picked up, I just give Liberty a call when I'm waiting outside the terminal and they're picking me up within 5-10 minutes of the call (let's be realistic, Seattle has a lot of traffic, especially at the airport). Overall, Liberty deserves a great review from me because they've always been on time to pick me up and have gotten me to my destination on time, which are the most important factors for a towncar service. 11/01/13 Update to Liberty Towncar and Limousine Service. In addition to using this service exclusively for business and personal transportation in the Seattle/Bellevue areas, I used their service to make a car service reservation for me for a pick up in Chicago taking me into downtown and then a return pick up to O'Hare airport. Greg was able to have a driver waiting for me in baggage claim in Chicago and get me to my appointment without all the hassle of taking a cab or finding another car service to use while in Chicago. The service provided was excellent and far more efficient than using a cab. The billing including the tip went straight to my account, nothing could have been more convenient. I will definitely will be making more of these types of arrangements in addition to the service in the Seattle area in the future. read more
