I picked them because of their yelp rating, and it was spot on! We booked 3 different rides with them in September for our Alaska cruise out of Seattle. Communication was prompt and clear, all done through yelp message. Booking confirmations were sent immediately via email, and I had requested to add 20% tip. My friend and I were traveling from different part of the country, they tracked our flights and luckily we arrived pretty much around the same time. Roman, who ended up being our driver for all 3 rides, was in touch via text while we waited for luggage. Pick up was prompt, car was clean, everything is so smooth. On the last day at Port, pick up was just as easy and painless as the other two rides. So glad we have picked STS to handle all our transportation needs for this trip. I will definitely use STS service again whenever I find myself traveling to Seattle!

Their drivers were professional and their vehicles were spotless, they even had little waters for us. Our tour group of almost 50 used them for motor coach service and we liked them so much we even booked a private day tour out to Mt. Rainier. My mother-in-law, has mobility issues, so the driver would pull as close as possible and even arranged wheelchair service for her when we arrived at Crystal Mountain! Although his quoted price was not the lowest among the three, I hired him to pick up my brother-in-law from SeaTac Airport because of his professional and polite response. Aaron was responsive from day one. He followed up with me by phone in less than 3 hours after I placed my reservation on his website. He confirmed the details of my reservation and readily agreed to text both my brother-in-law and me. On the day of the pickup, he arrived at the airport ten minutes early. My brother-in-law's plane was still taxiing down the runway! When they connected, my brother-in-law raved about how clean and luxurious the town car was. We texted each other throughout his ride; I received nothing but positive comments about the car and Aaron. The ride from SeaTac to Silverdale was smooth despite the typical gnarly I-5 traffic. When Aaron learned that my brother-in-law's visit was a surprise gift for my husband, he quietly and slowly rolled down our driveway (so my husband couldn't hear the town car, lol). What a trouper! It was really nice to meet Aaron in person. His appearance was sharp, clean, and business-like. The suit he wore was pressed and crisp, his shoes polished. His demeanor was friendly and kind. Thanks for a wonderful first experience, Aaron. This definitely will not be my last.
