He called Shuttle Express, explaining his mistake and our predicament to the dispatcher. The dispatcher checked, had a driver nearby, and in 20 minutes, we were on our way to the airport, easily making our flight. We feel so grateful to Shuttle Express for going the extra mile to help. We've used their service for years, and will continue to do so.
