Great experience! Amy's Limo Service is one of the only Limo services in the Seattle area that doesn't require a 4 hour minimum when booking a Limo! We got a stretch Hummer for an hour and half, at a very reasonable price. I was nervous about them not showing up, because of other reviews. So I kept in contact throughout the week and day of. Our driver T was super sweet, personable and professional. This was a very positive experience for my daughter's 15th birthday. I might have to do this every year now! Tips for booking a reservation: It seems that their website reservation request form and email is not a good way to get in touch with them. I recommend calling, you might have to call a few times to get through, but be persistent. Once a reservation is made, you should get an email confirmation right away. Great service. Very easy to schedule, they have nice limos! He was right on time and very professional, called me when he was close, told me exactly where he was, and drove my girlfriend (now fiancé) to a park that I was waiting for her. I called a couple of other services to book a stretch LIMO - not a bus for up to 20 people. One guy answered and a baby was crying in the background. Then I remembered, they were the company that no-showed on us last Christmas. Then I called another service but 3 days later I still had not received an email confirmation. And BOTH of these companies, the guys argued with me after I wanted to make sure they have the correct insurance and their drivers are licensed with a CDL, I referenced what just happened in New York where 22 people died. BOTH of these guys told me, that stuff only happens in the movies! Really? Because it just happened in REAL life. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE REVIEWS!! Called Amy's Limousine Service, spoke with Kelly on the phone and she booked it and immediately sent me the confirmation! And she's having their insurance sent over to us as well for further proof. I only rent limos for the kid's birthdays who are 9 and 12. It was great to be able to dump 18 kids in a stretch escalade and have the service take them to their party and back. It saved on the parents having to coordinate. they provide free glasses and ice so you can bring your own drinks etc.. no food. I really don't have much else to compare with but the cars are relatively new and the drivers have been very accommodating. I rented a Limo for a group of 18 friends for a bachelorette party. It was great and they were able to do this for the 2 hrs we needed! I booked the Escalade because I really did NOT want a Hummer. The day of the rental they called me and said they had to switch to the Hummer because of mechanical issues. I was bummed about this but it turned out alright. All in all, it was a great first limo experience for me. My girlfriends and I had a great time. I was expecting a driver with a hat and suit but the guy came super casual. Which is totally fine! The driver was on time and drove us around to some great Seattle stops. The limo was clean visually but the limo smelled REALLY strong of cat pee. We rolled with it though and laughed about it. We weren't able to communicate with the driver during the ride because the phone didn't work? So we had to bang on the window! Beforehand, I had a really hard time communicating with the office. They were super delayed with getting back to me on everything and I had to be really persistent (and probably annoying). I'd call and they'd say they'd call me back on something and I had to call them back a week later to get the answer I needed. I bought a deal voucher on yelp and read all the fine print. At first they weren't sure they were going to honor it, but eventually did (phew!). In the end we all had a great time and it was a memorable experience! We just requested a standard town car for our ride from the church to our reception hall and they arrived with a Rolls Royce Spyder! Look elsewhere!!!!! Horrible customer service. My debit was charged 2,000 for a deposit to reserve a service, when it was suppose to be 200. They are impossible to get a hold of. They said it was refunded but 5 days later it is not. I have to deal with the fraud department with BECU for a service I never received. My wife scheduled Amys limo to pick us up for our wedding night to take us from the venue to our hotel. We made and paid for our reservation, and Amy said our limo would be there 20 minutes before our send off. I became a little nervous when Amy texted my wife 2 days before our wedding asking us what day it was again, but based on the positive yelp reviews I decided to keep the reservation. My wife planned a send off for us with everyone holding sparklers as we made our way to the limo and she had been really excited for it, and bought special sparklers for our guests. The limo never showed up, but the worst part was no one even bothered to call us to say they couldn't make it. We had to call Amys limo to see what was going on and there answer was "oh something happened." They offered to send another one that would have arrived 45 minutes after everything was broken down and everyone was gone. We didn't feel like waiting by ourselves in an empty parking so we told Amy not to bother, and we ended up just getting a ride from one of the bridesmaid's. My wife was so excited for the big finale of our sparkler send off to a limo and that was ruined. Weddings are incredibly important and special to the people involved and if a company takes on the responsibility to be a part of that experience they should make it more of a priority. read more

Wow - I was so disappointed especially given the 4.5 rating with 35+ reviews. I should have known from the mediocre interaction on the phone when I reserved. The driver arrived early - that was good. But other than that he was not good with knowing directions, the best way to get places, etc. He took routes that were just not smart given our planned stops. And the car was not in great shape - just okay. I guess I expected more - we wouldn't rent from these guys again. read more

We got married in the Space Needle and were staying in a hotel less than a mile away. Our reception was also at the Space Needle, so it was just the two of us who needed a ride. We didn't want to rent a stretch limo for the five minute ride, so we just used a Town Car. It was exactly what we wanted. Amy picked us up herself. She was professional but pleasant. Made conversation, but wasn't overbearing. She was reliable, and the price was very reasonable. I have nothing but good things to say about the company. read more

I used Amy's airport limo service and received a quote for $125 each way from Mukilteo to SeaTac for an 8 passenger stretch limo. I was picked up in Mukilteo a nicer sedan but sub Uber X level. I was picked up from SeaTac in a filthy which Chrysler 300 with trash in the door and on the floor. Based on the good reviews I was very surprised. From start to finish Amy was awesome to deal with. She was very helpful and friendly through emails to help my wife and I figure out what we would need, and just giving us information in general. We were picked up from the Holland America cruise terminal on 5/20/12 for limo service to just cruise about the Seattle area ultimately being dropped off at the airport to come home in Southern California. Being that it was our first time in Seattle, my wife and I really didn't know much about where we should go, or what we should see. There was nothing to worry about in the hands of Amy. She helped make our experience a good one. The one thing on our agenda was to stop by Bruce Lee's final resting place and pay respects as well as take a picture or two. It was no easy task maneuvering through the small paved roads in the cemetery, however Amy did so with ease. She took us to see some nice sites, and even chatted with us about what we were seeing and just kept it very friendly which we liked. We did not want it to be all business like, yet she was still very professional, she seemed to be very adaptive to her clients. We have been using Amy's for years and had recommended them to several friends. That said, the last two times we attempted to use them, they forgot to pick us up. The first time they wound up sending an Uber driver even though they said that "one of their drivers was in the area" and then never apologized. I hired Amy's Party bus for my daughter and her friends for Prom. They picked the group up all the way in Black Diamond and drove them to downtown Seattle. Although he said he couldn't pick them up at the agreed time the kids said it was fine as they were ready to go earlier anyway. So he picked them back up at 10:30(Instead of the agreed upon midnight.) and drove them back to Black Diamond. The driver was super nice and the kids had an awesome time! The delayed responses were a tad annoying but I can be like a bad rash that doesn't go away. I would think that this company would have someone manning the phones, or an answering service 24-7. I called to ask what was up and I got a very rude person telling me she was only an answering service and that she would take my number and someone would call me within 4 hours. Hired for my wedding day, and it was terrible. Despite having spoken with Amy a few times the day before to confirm all arrangements, driver was 20 minutes late because he couldn't "find" our place, we were standing outside waiting for him. My sister flagged him down, but the driver disregarded her instructions to find us and got stuck down a long driveway he had to back out of. He then complained to us about how the limo cannot make turns--what are we supposed to do with that information?? NO apologies for being late. Amy called me to tell me traffic was bad, and that we needed to have one of my bridesmaids sit up front and give the driver directions to the wedding location...Am I paying you $170 to give directions? Should have anyway because the driver went a crazy way within Seattle to go pick up my friends from a nearby location, and made us another 10 minutes late. Radio didn't work in the limo--are you kidding me? Got to wedding location 40 minutes later than planned-- already super stressed out and received a nasty text on my cell phone from Amy "In the future our limos will not go down a dirt road" Sorry, but I'm getting married on a farm--should we have gotten out of the car and walked the last half mile?? Was that text really necessary on my wedding day? Looked up rates online, http://amyslimo.com/prices/ looks like i got overcharged. I paid $170 + $20 for an extra stop, all told was under 40 minutes in the limo. Website says $85-$100 per hour on the weekends for the size limo we were in. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I reserved a limousine from Amy's on December 8. They suggested we reserve the white limo with wing doors. We needed it for wedding dress shopping on December 27 from 10:00-5:00. I was quoted $700 including the tip. The morning of the 27th I called at 9:00 to confirm they would be at my house at 10:00. I got a recording. When no one called back to confirm we called 3 more times. No one answered. We finally left my house in my vehicle at 10:15 as we had an appointment in Seattle at 11:00. Amy's finally called at 10:30 saying the limo broke down and could they meet us in Seattle. No they could not. What would we do with my car? I haven't heard from them since. Worst night ever. I get that most where drunk, but still not everyone was. We got charged for things we had no need to get charged for. They arrived late, because they where arguing with us because they couldn't give us the limo they promised. At that point, it should have been a red flag, but we where all looking forward for this night. When we tried calling them about the extra money they took out of our account they ignored our calls. During a trip that turned disastrous, Amy was there to assist at every step of the way. I rented a 9 person white stretch limo for my daughter and her group of friends for prom. I must have called Zach (manager ) about a thousand times just to make sure everything was ok he was incredibly patient with me and very pleasant. Delia was the driver and she was amazing. She arrived 10 minutes early. The group arrived on time to dinner and she even did a pit stop for them. She never made them wait on picking them from each venue and the group arrived back home safe and on time. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. You guys rock!!! read more

We used Amy's Limousine Service for a group of 18 kids to go to Prom. We were not concerned about drinking at all, but thought putting 18 kids in a limo was safer than 18 kids on the road. They had a fantastic time driving all around the east side and into Seattle for their festivities. Working with Amy was simply fantastic. She was SOOOOO easy to work with, easy to talk to, easy to set up the plan of where to go. She was concerned about all details, if the limos could make it into particular driveways. What a freaking nightmare - I wish I'd never called Amy's Limo. My son had his 4th Birthday recently; and I decided to take him to Disneyland for 10 days. This obviously included getting to and from the SeaTac Airport. Online research came across the Website; which I found to be fairly impressive. My 1st phone call also left a positive impression; establishing Amy's Limo was willing to "split" their Minimum Charge for our 2 Trips - over 2 different days - to/from the Airport ($350 + tax). This is when things all went downhill. As requested, I sent an e-mail with all of our specific itineraries (airline, flight numbers, departure times, our desired airport arrival, and the corresponding pickup times). With no response for days, I tried calling for confirmation. These calls were answered whereupon the female promptly asked if she could call me back - and then did not. This led me to send another email asking to confirm our arrangements in a timely manner, otherwise I would respectfully have to go elsewhere. I did promptly get a call, where our arrangements were verbally confirmed (at the above price), but I needed me to supply my card # to proceed. There never was a written Bid nor Contract presented to me by Amy's Limo. Like an idiot, I released my card #. On the scheduled pickup day our family was all set to go; prior to the scheduled 12:00 p.m. time. At 12:45 p.m. (and with no arrival) I started calling for the driver's ETA - only reaching a voicemail box / leaving messages. Several minutes later I got a call back telling me our pickup was scheduled for the following day (some 24-Hrs after our plane left the ground in Seattle). I did press for an explanation, especially having supplied all our specific flight information; asking whom ever sought a limo pickup the day after leaving town on vacation. The best response was that their Chrysler 300 we desired would be sent (after completing another job scheduled for the same day); with the belief that it would be another 45 to 60 minutes. At this point we didn't have the luxury of waiting further; so I verbally cancelled all services, verbally advised Amy's Limo that all prior card authorizations were revoked, and memorialized the conversation with a follow up e-mail. Luckily we were able to scramble rides to/from the Airport with friends - making all flights. Following our return home (almost a month later), I was reconciling my account with all vacation receipts - to find Amy's Limo took it upon itself to charge my account $798.00 two days AFTER we had returned home. I called Amy's Limo about this; whereupon the same woman immediately began to deflect, claiming their company had never charged my card, and then began to avoid further communications. This led to involving my own Bank, whom initiated a Fraud Investigation that lasted some 90-Days (freezing my existing card, transferring funds to a new account number, etc). Throughout this process, my Bank reached out to Amy's Limo by phone - being told they were speaking with the above female. Yet when I called the same woman shortly thereafter, she claimed to have never spoken with my Bank. Thank god this 90-Day Period just recently concluded; with the $798.00 stolen from me by Amy's Limo returned to my account. Bottom Line - be VERY cautious when dealing with this company. read more
