Great service! They picked me up right on time at 4:30 AM in South Everett to take me to Seatac. Service was friendly and the car was nice and clean. I chose them because they had the best rate for my area and I wanted to save the company a couple of bucks. I plan to use them every time I go on an extended trip. Updated: I have used A Plus Town Car three times now and they are great. I did some shopping around and they are by far the best deal around. Other companies wanted to add a surcharge for gas and other stuff just to bump the fee but A Plus remains the flat rate with no upcharges. Updated: Again they provided great service. I've used them twice since my last update and on the one, my flight was delayed in Chicago by three hours. They tracked my flight and were ready take me home when I landed. I started flying every week and after a connecting flight and practically 10 hours in transit (from 4PM EST to 11PM PST), it's easy to feel frustrated if you spend MORE time waiting to get picked up from the airport (something that my family would never understand...). I've used their services for the past two months and they have been no less than professional, and plain awesome. I give them a call ("Door 12") when I get off the plane and I've never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes. There were a couple of times when they actually told me they were waiting outside and I just had to push and shove passengers to get out to the curb so that the driver wouldn't get a ticket :) Their online reservation is super easy to use. Do them a favor and enter it in ahead of time because then they can check your flight status and adjust their pick-up times accordingly if you land early or get delayed. read more

I've used this car service twice from Kirkland to get to Seatac and then back again. They've always been nice, on time, and can accommodate a group of six in a nice SUV. This last time we had Paul as our driver, and he was so helpful with picking us up from the airport and dealing with a late flight. Had to leave for the airport at 4:00am. Driver arrived and phoned us at 3:55am. On our return trip, we had a friend lined up to drive us home and when that fell through we gave A Plus a call and they were able to get us a driver last minute. Price is not much more than taking a cab at $45 before tip. We will definitely use them again. read more

I had to look back at the first time I used A Plus Town Car since I feel like I've been using them for years. The first time was in 2010, and I have always called on them when I need a car service to or from the airport. I really appreciate that they have all their pricing on their web site, and their rates are usually better than other car services. Each time has been nothing but a pleasant experience. The drivers are friendly, courteous, and always on time. When I need an airport pick up, they call ahead to confirm the appointment and are amazingly quick to get to the curbside pickup once I have picked up my baggage. There are more and more options to get to and from the airport these days, but I'll happily spend a little bit more on A Plus to get a stress-free transport before or after my travels. read more

Well, the driver was on time and got me home from the airport quickly. But it wasn't a first-class experience. 1. The vehicle was an SUV, not the Town Car I'd ordered. 2. It was stinky in there from the food the driver was eating 3. (my main complaint) During the 15 mile trip, he answered SEVEN phone calls on the two cellphones he had. No hands-free. Reaching either for the one in his pocket or on the console. I'm not normally a nervous passenger, but he was distracted and I definitely felt unsafe on this trip. 4. He had my destination address entered on his cellphone GPS, which was apparently interrupted by all the phone calls, so I had to give him turn-by-turn directions instead of enjoying a carefree ride home. I might use them again in a pinch, but I doubt it. read more

I got out of bed at 4:30 a.m. this morning, not because I wanted to but because A Plus Town Car did not show up for my house guest. I found them online, read great reviews, and encouraged my friend to go on their web site and reserve a pick up for this morning at 4:30 a.m. for a 7:05 a.m. flight to San Francisco. I felt that driving I-5 for an hour to and from the airport at 4:30 a.m. would wreck my day. She had an email confirmation with 4:30 a.m. on it, but when she called them at 4:35 a.m. because they had not shown up, she was told they had put down 7:30 a.m. and therefore they would not be picking her up. They later called her and offered to send her a check for $45, which would hardly compensate me for losing a night's sleep. I would not trust them with another reservation. read more

After several near flight misses using airport shuttle services, my husband and I decided to try a different approach. We used A Plus Town Car to get us to the airport on a Friday night during rush hour and to pick us up in the middle of the night when we returned. In both instances the driver was on time, very courteous, and got us to our destination on time. We both appreciated the very comfortable ride, the like new condition of the cars, and not having to worry about whether or not we would make our flight. We have already given their name to several of our friends and plan to call them the next time we need transportation. read more

We used them this last week for our transportation from airport to hotel, and also from cruise pier to airport. They were right on time! Great cars very clean, and helpful. I wish I had gotten the name of the Middle-Eastern gentleman who picked me up because he was great. He was on time and didn't drive like a maniac as all taxi drivers do. Anyway it really is cheaper than a taxi so I don't know why anybody in Seattle would take a taxi to the airport. My only complaint is that he was texting or emailing while he was driving but it was only for a couple brief moments. read more

Great service to the airport from downtown. I called them at the last minute to make the pickup time 30 minutes earlier, and they hustled and still picked us up exactly when I requested. Limo was very clean, the driver very courteous. Plus the driver saved our bacon when some nutso driver pulled into our lane with a huge motor home towing a car behind it. read more

Used this service somewhere between 5 and 10 times in the two years I've lived here. Excellent for pickups to the airport. I've never had a bad driver, they've always been prompt if not early and ready to assist with luggage. Great drivers all around, never had issues with fearing for my safety. Cooperative with an additional pickup and knows all the possible routes to/from the airport. Went 4 stars because I'm not that satisfied with their pickup, It's always been really spotty and trying to hunt down the driver, but hard to tell what is their fault versus what is caused by the traffic "fun" at Sea-Tac Airport. Additionally, if there's ever been a delay with my plane, the driver has seemed somewhat frustrated on multiple occassions about me not being ready for pickup immediately after I've landed, even though they've had my flight details. read more

I signed up for their service because I didn't feel comfortable getting to pier 66 from the airport by taxi. With the taxi, you never know how much you'll pay so upon recommendation I used A plus. They're prompt, courteous and always on time. When I needed them to pick me up earlier than previously asked, they did it without a hitch. These guys are fantastic. We had 10 staff members in town this past week and weekend, coming and going at all different times. I booked cars based on a whim and am so glad we did. We have used car services all over the country and this is the best one we've used anywhere. Very easy, very prompt service, very pleasant and professional drivers (I had Paul both ways and was excellent!). The cars were late model and very clean. Best part is they cost the same as a taxi to book a town car! Crazy but true. Don't hestitate to use these guys. read more

I scheduled these guys to pick me up from SeaTac. I gave them the time my flight landed, my airline, my flight number, and where I was flying in from. But get this: the first two of those facts were *wrong*. (Don't ask me how I managed that...!) They told me later that when they went to check flight status, they discovered the flight I gave them didn't exist. So what did they do? They checked with a bunch of airlines, looking for flights landing around that time coming from my departure city. When they found a likely candidate with the same flight number, they (correctly) figured that was it and proceeded from there. What could have been a debacle actually went totally smoothly. I've used this service for trips to and from the airport for the last 3 years. They've always been on time and pleasant. My favorite driver is Paul ;) I have had small problems with one of their drivers who has picked me up from the airport 2 or 3 times. He gets every confused about where he's going and once even went the wrong way down a one way street with downtown traffic coming at us. I always have to give him detailed directions though my place is at the intersection of two arterials at the top of Queen Anne. Wish I could just sit back and relax instead of navigating for him. One other note. Several drivers take personal phone calls/use their phones (texting?) while driving. Not using hands free devices. Cars are clean and truly no complaints other than the ones mentioned. read more
