This has been by far one of my greatest experiences with a limo/town car company. I rarely write reviews about my experiences but found Luxury Limo's professionalism and white glove treatment incredibly note worthy. Our driver arrived early, the limo was beautiful, clean and smelled really nice. We were a little bit of a difficult group as the evening wasn't the most organized but the driver remained patient and helpful throughout the entire evening. It could have been very easy for the driver to show his annoyance however he was extremely kind. We ended up running over our scheduled time as well and the driver was happy to stay later as we just adjusted our overall total accordingly. Our experience with Luxury Limousine was the best. It is a family run business with a level of service and flexibility that doesn't seem to exist anymore. We were visiting from out of town and needed to get two last minute limo trips on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. It was hard to get any limo service to even answer the phone and they wanted to charge crazy high rates because of the holiday if they did respond. In contrast, Sonny, the owner, was right on top of our call and moved things around to make it work for us on this busy holiday. No complaining about how busy it was and difficult to squeeze things in. No holiday "surcharges". Just great service. Their cars are beautiful. Definitely will be using this company again! We took a party bus around Capitol Hill and South Lake Union to various dance clubs. Sona was our driver (the owner). He was excellent to work with. He was understanding, polite, professional, and friendly while simultaneously respecting our need to interact but not be best friends with him. Sona accommodated our needs to change the itinerary from the very beginning of our trip and patiently waited as we made changes. He even picked us up within 5 minutes when we had an unpleasant experience with a guy at a nightclub- i had told him 10 minutes earlier that it was our last stop of the night. We used this service for a point to point ride for a groom and bride to leave a reception and travel to their hotel in downtown Seattle. The owner of the vintage Mercedes had a little difficulty responding to my email and call, although it took a few requests before he responded, he was quick, informative, friendly and efficient from that point on. The ride arrived exactly on time at 10:15 at night. Both the bride and groom noted how clean and well cared for the car was. I would trust this service to arrive and depart on time with clean vehicles. I would mention that their website is not secure and it is therefore a risk to leave your credit card information. This is by far my favorite party bus I've been on ! I got a party bus for my boyfriend's birthday and the owner was well beyond helpful ! He answered all my questions , provided me with pictures of the bus and even allowed me to go earlier to decorate the bus before it came and picked us up . He worked with me no matter if I had any last min changes and was open to anything . During my whole night our driver was amazing ! He was also quick to be around every time we needed to pick us up . Celebrated my birthday on one of their party buses. First time ever doing something like that! The company was generous with us. We had an amazing time! The bus was very clean and it was lovely that they had cups, water, and ice. The driver was very friendly and accommodating. He was prompt picking us up when we were ready to move on and showed up early to pick us up. The bus itself was so fun! There were two poles which were endlessly entertaining to use and the lights and design of the bus is super fun! You can connect to the speaker system via Bluetooth which was very convenient. I rented a limo as a surprise for my husband on his 50th birthday and it was a success. We were 11 people and had their white Hummer, it was super cool and nice. Clean, comfortable and luxurious. The driver was five minutes late for the pickup but he called and let us know which I think was great and shows that they want to do an excellent job, which they did.
