Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. We have used these folks for years and they are GREAT!…read more Completely reliable (always on time if not early), the drivers are helpful and polite, they usually have bottled water for us waiting in the car, the cars are clean and well maintained, and they are always accommodating, even on short notice. We use them regularly for airport transfers and have also used them when departing on a cruise. They do the driving and drop you right at the curb; SO much more convenient and less stressful than driving yourself, cruising the parking lot for an empty space, then schlepping your suitcases through the garage, down an elevator, across the Sky Bridge.... Well, you get the idea. Travel is stressful enough. The rates are easily more economical than parking your own car in some random garage for several days (especially at the airport), and you have the security of knowing your vehicle is safe at home. I was coming in for my Alaskan cruise and I was referred to this company by my Facebook NCL group. After browsing the website to figure out how to get the process on booking, (which was very easy navigation) I decided to call and speak with someone to just confirm and ask questions since I was coming from out of town . Customer service was stellar. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed at all. I was even informed to save monies to return to the website and book online. Absolutely amazing. Before my flight I had received a follow up call of confirmation which I was very grateful for to just let me know I was not forgotten.
