Outstanding town car service in every way ! ALWAYS on time…read more-- both at airport and @ home. Clean and courteous but most importantly reliable which is not common with SEA area town car services. have been thru them all. I fly early (with many early pick up's before 5AM) and often and always accommodating with changes, flight delays (never have to call they got it) and never -ever had an issue. Best of SEA area for sure.

Mentioned that I had the "First Ride" coupon for 10% as shown on their website and on Google - the guy said "no no, $50 is a good rate" Can't speak to their service or reliablity - but their approach to business stinks. $5.00 not a big deal, probably just should have taken the ride and just not tipped - but just couldn't support that type of business attitude. Told them to forget it - I'd take a taxi

What a great experience being picked up at our north Seattle home, and driven to a restaurant in West Seattle during the busy World Cup time. We arrived all relaxed to meet our friends and for the return trip home, there were no worries about driving after enjoying drinks with dinner. As an added bonus, Abe planned ahead by bringing a step stool, making it a snap for me to get in and out of his comfy Chevy Suburban. Thanks Abe! We look forward to using this in-town service again!

Their drivers were professional and their vehicles were spotless, they even had little waters for us. Our tour group of almost 50 used them for motor coach service and we liked them so much we even booked a private day tour out to Mt. Rainier. My mother-in-law, has mobility issues, so the driver would pull as close as possible and even arranged wheelchair service for her when we arrived at Crystal Mountain! They had full knowledge of all the local Seattle neighborhoods, history and the flora and fauna. It was super interesting and the driver was friendly and so nice. One of the best parts was knowing that Quality Town Car can arrange our ground transportation around the world through their affiliate program. One phone call, email or website visit sets you up in style. Plus, it turns out it is a female veteran owned business! We had such an overall fantastic experience with QTC that we wanted to share it with our online friends and community.

We have used these folks for years and they are GREAT!…read more Completely reliable (always on time if not early), the drivers are helpful and polite, they usually have bottled water for us waiting in the car, the cars are clean and well maintained, and they are always accommodating, even on short notice. We use them regularly for airport transfers and have also used them when departing on a cruise. They do the driving and drop you right at the curb; SO much more convenient and less stressful than driving yourself, cruising the parking lot for an empty space, then schlepping your suitcases through the garage, down an elevator, across the Sky Bridge.... Well, you get the idea. Travel is stressful enough. The rates are easily more economical than parking your own car in some random garage for several days (especially at the airport), and you have the security of knowing your vehicle is safe at home. Highly, highly recommended!

I was so impressed with this Eagle Shuttle Service (Bellevue Airport Shuttle)…read more I was planning a trip to Bellevue and the fare to take an Uber from the airport to the Hilton Bellevue was over $100! That was more than my airfare to get from Orange County! So the bargain shopper in me decided to look for a Shuttle and I immediately found Eagle Shuttle Service! $30 Flat Rate! No luggage restriction (I only had a carry on) and so with tip ($6) and tax I saved over $70 and You should too!!! I called them prior to my flight to ask which one they one they thought I should get on, 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM, according to my flight schedule. And the lady that answered, Helen, was so nice she even offered to call me back with an answer after speaking with a driver. She was so helpful that I did not hesitate to book the shuttle! They give you Very detailed instructions on how to find the pick up area and I found that very easy to do. I had never been to the SEA-TAC airport and I found my way quite easily. I then called just to make sure that I was in the right spot. The man was very nice. My shuttle arrived, the driver, Ahmad, hopped right out, put bag my bag in the back, opened the door to a very clean van and off we went! It was just me and him! Just like being in an over sized Uber or Lyft! (that would have cost a lot more!) And fortunately for me they go to 5 Hotels in Bellevue and the first one is the Hilton Bellevue, where I was staying! SCORE!!! The ride was pleasant, my driver friendly and informative! I HIGHLY recommend Eagle Shuttle Service, if you are staying in the Bellevue area at any of the 5 hotels they service! I picked them because of their yelp rating, and it was spot on! We booked 3 different rides with them in September for our Alaska cruise out of Seattle. Communication was prompt and clear, all done through yelp message. Booking confirmations were sent immediately via email, and I had requested to add 20% tip. My friend and I were traveling from different part of the country, they tracked our flights and luckily we arrived pretty much around the same time. Roman, who ended up being our driver for all 3 rides, was in touch via text while we waited for luggage. Pick up was prompt, car was clean, everything is so smooth. On the last day at Port, pick up was just as easy and painless as the other two rides. So glad we have picked STS to handle all our transportation needs for this trip. I will definitely use STS service again whenever I find myself traveling to Seattle!
