Hello!!!!!!!! All good. Ordinarily I don't reply to these email requests but in this instance I felt it was appropriate. I will comment on 2 aspects: The telephone on line request - I tried several companies as you would expect, but yours was the only one whereby the person answering provided me with a responsible quote without any fuss or bartering. The 2 other companies I contacted initially quoted considerably more (in fact outlandish), and when I said no they then proceeded to try and barter which I am not interested in. Your person (David) didn't engage in that manner which I truly appreciated. The drivers provided were on both occasions great. Both a credit to the company in terms of service. They were there waiting when I finished my meeting. They were true service professionals which I find is not always the case in service industries. Observation for consideration - I did call several companies and most didnt take the call before 9 a.m. As a business person who starts the day considerably earlier I would have thought the call centre should be open after 7:30 or 8 latest. I cannot recall if your office did or did not open the telelphone lines before 9 but if so, I believe that is worth considering. Hope it helps. read more

I recently have friends and family visiting Seattle and wanted to take them to all of the known tourist destinations in the city, especially downtown area. As most people know the parking in the city could be a hassle so I really wanted to avoid it. I decided to book an SUV to take us around. Our driver on this trip, Joseph, was very prompt and dressed in a nice clean suit. Our car was in pristine condition. It was stocked with water bottle which was nice because it was quite hot during the day. We ended up going to Space Needle, Pike Place Market and etc. Joseph was always a phone call away when we were ready to go to the next stop on our tour. Everything was very easy from making the reservation to the trip itself. I wanted my friends and family to have a great experience on their first visit to the city and they were very happy. I would like to compliment LX Limo for terrific service that they provided on out outing for the Seahawks game recently. We were looking to get car service so none of us had to drive at any point. We wanted to do a bit of bar hopping before heading to the game. Our driver Joseph was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, very professional. He gave us a courtesy call to let us know that he has arrived and ready whenever we are. We went to few places downtown before Joseph dropped us off at Century Link. Car that was available to us was spotless. Just super clean inside and out. Joseph was very accommodating and very patient with us while on our trip. Once game was over he was there on time to pick us up and take everyone back home. Overall, terrific service. Everything was very hassle free. We booked a vehicle with LX Limo for our 4th of July celebration earlier this month. We were looking for car service to take us to few places around the city and then take us for firework show. With parking being nightmare we thought this is the way to go. Our driver Joseph arrived on time and despite very hot weather he was still wearing nice clean black suit. Very professional. We went to few stops on the way to Gas Works for the firework show. After it was over and we left the park Joseph was right there waiting for us to board and be on the way back. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend LX Limo if you are looking for car service in Seattle area. It was very easy to reserve the call. I've used this company during my travel in other states, but last weekend when it was my son's prom, I figured I'd give them a chance here as well and I don't regret it a bit. They are not a company with the cheapest rates, but I have a philosophy: you get what you paid for it! Do read your agreement, so there are no miscommunication before you sign it, I always do. Anyhow, to the services itself: Great and Wonderful! Clean newer Hummer limo arrived on time, driver was very well dressed and polite (with a bunch of teenagers). Whooho - I got very nice ride tot he airport! I reserved sedan to take me to the SeTac, and this is what I got - free upgrade to sparkling SUV suburban. Very nice ride. Joseph - driver, was amazzzing, very professional, helped with all the bags, opened the door, water and newspaper was ready for me, the whole nine yards. Even had umbrella open for me even though it was very light sprinkle outside. I have tried groupon ride before and this is so much better, yes you pay more, but you get way more from these guys! STAY AWAY!! I couldn't even write a review from where I'm located because it doesn't show up. There are a lot of hidden fees! Asked the driver if we had to be dropped off right at our ended time or if we could be on our way since we were close to our last destination. He said, "yeah that should be fine." I asked if there was a difference in price and he stated that there wasn't as long as we aren't an hour past. Get my bill the next week and it's $150 more than what they said in the beginning because it's not just from the last place but until its back in the garage!! Terrible service. Great company with low rates. I was gong to Kenmore Air at Kenmore and not to Lake union and was getting quotes from several companies. It's surprised me that most of companies had no idea about Kenmore location and every one was referring to Lake union. LX limo had the best rate, even better than Uber. Got a really good, clean SUV with driver been on time, waiting for me at the airport with sign. Drive to airport took a bit longer than I expected because of the traffic but we got there before airplane departed :) I would recommend LX limo because of the price and A+ service that they provide. read more

Needed a limo for my wife s 30th birthday which also happened to be on homecoming night I called around and received around 10 quotes. Inventory was very low at most places since it was homecoming night. For the Hummer limo, Seattle LX Limo provided the best price and with the great yelp reviews it was a no brainer to go with them. They also seemed to have the largest vehicle selection available even on a busy night. Their selections of limos also are top notch. I've been using them exclusively for few year now after trying nearly a dozen competitors over the past 5 years. They are professional, well-priced, and -- most importantly -- extremely dependable. Drivers always show up 10 to 15 minutes early and don't insist on small talk if I'm trying to work during the ride. Vehicles always clean and stock with cold water. They have great email and text complication, let me know my driver's name cell phone in advance, and track my flight to be there right on time. I couldn't ask for more. read more

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received today from Joseph. He was early, courteous, helpful, and had a fabulous clean car. He even scooted the passenger seat way up so I could stretch out my legs. Add to that the fact that I had my own butt warmers, and you've sealed the deal. Great service. Driver Joseph was exceptional and very professional. Car was clean with bottled water and magazines/newspaper up to date. That was great because drive to Olimpia thru Tacoma was very slow. On the way back to Seattle I noticed that he actually washed outside and cleaned inside his car and also restocked bottled water while waiting. Car looked like it was new.
