Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. The second driver contacted us curbside as scheduled and that's when the problem began. He mediately began driving at excessive speed, weaving in and out of traffic and tail gating in the HOV lane. We were not in any particular hurry, but he seemed to be as he followed several cars at unsafe distances. In one instance we were so close to the rear of an SUV he couldn't possibly see any of the traffic ahead and would never have been able to avoid a collision in an emergency. Very dangerous!! My shuttle arrived, the driver, Ahmad, hopped right out, put bag my bag in the back, opened the door to a very clean van and off we went! It was just me and him! Just like being in an over sized Uber or Lyft! (that would have cost a lot more!) And fortunately for me they go to 5 Hotels in Bellevue and the first one is the Hilton Bellevue, where I was staying!
