My wife and I used SRTC to go to a Seahawks game and we loved it. They were on-time (5 minutes early) and they were super reliable. The drivers were kind, communicative, and understood the balance between talking to their passengers, and letting us enjoy the ride with each other. It was perfect. I booked service to the airport and a pick up specifically because I needed a car seat for my one year old son. Booked the service via phone call and confirmed on the reservation that an infant car seat was there. Driver shows up day of on time with no car seat. He was confused about the booking and thought the note meant we were bringing our own car seat. After some quick problem solving we agreed to load our own car seat in the car and then Royal would store it for a week and have it in the car when they picked us up from the airport. I called the morning of our return to confirm they did in fact have OUR car seat and have it loaded into the car. Assured yes, no worries. Driver shows up to the airport and proudly shows us that she has a booster seat for us to use! Not ours, not age appropriate, and infuriating when you have a tired one year old in tow that you can't transport anywhere. Everyone is calling the office trying to figure out what's happening. She leaves and assures is she'll be back with the car seat. 20 minutes later she returns with...not our car seat. At this point I'm furious and tell her to drive us to wherever our car seat is so we can assure we get our fricken property back. We retrieve our seat and it has obviously been reconfigured from when we used it (switched to forward facing when we have it rear facing). Gurj has tried to assure me that the seat has not been used by anyone else, but based off the rest of my experience with him...you can say I have my doubts. After trying to come up with some sort of equitable solution to all this, Gurj offered me a $20 discount off of my next booking. Would have been better off booking an Uber. read more

Wow this service is fantastic, wasn't sure because I had never used them before so I checked them out on Yelp and that had great reviews so I booked an airport pickup for vacation and it was such a treat , they called me when I cot off plain and told them what fate I was at and the car was there within 3 minutes. This is for my experience with the company, family vacation to WA in 2018. My apologies this is overdue! Still, 1 year later my extended family recollects a great vacation. We were a big group and picked up in their big van. After a long plane trip, the little ones of the family were hungry. The driver called HQ to ask if they can delineate from their scheduled drive to buy food for the kids. Mind you, the van they used for us was one of their newest of the fleet. HQ calls me to confirm its okay, and jokingly asks to be extra careful with spills since it is new. I hope the oddball story gives you a sense of company character. Putting their customers over while sacrificing McDs smell of their new van. I had driver services be assholes about this kind of thing, even with older cars, so the accommodation plus the friendly phone call is deeply appreciated. I look forward to returning to Seattle. Granted I'm a public transportation guy, but I will go to this company again as my first choice. read more

I've used Seattle Royal a couple times and have some trips coming up and will use them again. Guri is my favorite and he has a great personality, very professionally dressed, kind and a great driver & business owner. I feel they are very communicative and have outstanding service. Most importantly I feel safe when I'm riding in their vehicles. I deal with anxiety on the road sometimes, and to be in a car with someone who drives safely is worth the money in itself. I've already told everybody at work about them and I'm looking forward to sharing their information with clients of mine that are in town traveling. I think it's important to show support for a company that's great, by sharing positive experiences via word of mouth. My mother actually discovered them when visiting me over the summer. She was raving about Guri. So when we flew to Portland a few months later we made sure to book with them. We travel frequently, so I'm looking forward to our next trip next month! 100% recommend. Our driver, who picked us up at 3am, Brooke, was professional, courteous and got us to Sea-Tac Airport on time and made the experience pleasant. On our return trip, our driver, Francisco, was patient, as the flight was delayed, made my wife feel like she was the only important person in the terminal. I will never recommend using this service. Everything was far from "luxurious" as described on the website. As someone who's been in the customer service business for a long time, it is lacking from this company. I had no confirmation or instruction on where to meet the driver or a phone number to reach him. When I've dealt with car services in the past, the driver will meet me at Baggage Claim with a sign and my name written on it. And when I called the main line to inquiry where my driver was, the gentleman on the other line initially couldn't find my reservation and asked if I even booked with Seattle Royal. I waited an extra 20 minutes and was I missed an importantly networking event. Along with this, the driver showed up wearing a workout shirt, shorts, and sandals. If I wanted to see that, I would have used an Uber. Then his "luxury" car smelled of awful body odor. I don't qualify this as a luxurious experience. read more

I travel frequently. I've been using either Uber or cabs between my home and the Sea-Tac Airport. I've tried some limousine companies in the past but none of them provided a good enough service for the price. Two weeks ago, my flight back to Sea-Tac was scheduled to arrive at midnight and I was not sure if there were many cabs/Uber available at midnight during the COVID-19 pandemic, so I tried Royal Town Car and Limonsine. From the time I made the reservation, they communicated with me so closely, by email, text, and/or phone. Being the first time user, I had a few questions such as where to be picked up, how to pay, etc. They always replied to me within a few minutes if not sooner. The driver was very well dressed, polite, helpful, and they also represented their company well explaining what kind of services are available. One week later, I used them again to go back to the airport. Again, the service was prompt, reliable, and impeccable. They even texted me as the driver was pulling into our driveway. It is well worth the price and I 100% recommend Royal Town Car and Limousine to anyone. read more

I used Seattle Royal Town Dec/Jan for a return trip to airport. When booking from Australia I clearly asked cost (see photo) and like others received a speedy response. I clarified the quote of $65 was for a return trip to which I received a "Yes". On my return when checking my credit card statement I saw my account had been debited not $65 US but $78 US on the 09/12 and another $78 on 08/01. Charges NOT as per email. I contacted Seattle Royal and as per previous interaction I received a speedy response, "sorry you feel that way." I asked for a refund to be escalated for amount of $91 (difference from clarified quote to charge) and have now being completely ignored, no response. Disappointing. I have attached email correspondence to assist others in their review/decision to use this company. As per other poor reviews I believe the owner will respond in an unprofessional manner to this via this forum.
