Red Carpet Valet - Contact info

We recently retained Red Carpet Valet to provide valet services for an Anniversary Party we were…read morehosting. From the first moment we contacted Red Carpet Valet for a proposal the service was attentive and professional. Our event was quite large with over 240 guests in attendance. The logistics of parking were a challenge from the start; however, the venue had sentimental value to the guest of honor and we put our trust in Red Carpet Valet to ease our concerns. The valet manager / lead "Gene" arrived early to our event, introduced himself, surveyed the parking area and had his team all set-up and in place well before any guests arrived. The team in place was careful with our guests vehicles, showed great attention to detail, provided an exceptional service and overall could not have provided a better service. I will certain hire Red Carpet Valet again for any valet needs that may arise.

Everything was done very well - from the start of the quote process to the event Rex and his team were awesome! Our home is in a very tricky steep location and they made it all look so easy and comfortable for all our guests. Not only did they handle the parking they went the extra mile to help some of our guests. If someone wanted something from their car they did not hesitate to go and bring it. They also took great care of our wheel chair guest. They were very polite and courteous. Rex is amazing! Thank you Rex!

Not so fast! Don't count on these guys - while they say that they have changed the process, you aren't sure - and you certainly won't have your car replaced any time within a reasonable timeframe. While the owner of the company has been great to work with - his insurance company is the pits - and in the end, you are still out a car. Be careful and use caution if you park here, you could be next. Note: Just found this 3 years later. It took 12 weeks, and after no settlement my insurance company settled, and then went after their insurance company. I would say the owner was great to work with, but everything else was a nightmare. I no longer valet my car, despite the ease of access, especially at the holidays. I still see cars running and empty at pick up, car keys laying around, and the little room where they store the keys left open for anyone to walk in.

This parking lot is in the heart of the shopping areas in downtown Bellevue. If you've decided to…read moredrive here, and you want some convenient parking while not minding the price, then this is the place to go. I've been able to find street parking in the past, but it usually took several laps. If someone else is paying the bill, don't even waste your time and just park here. If you want convenience and just have to have something in Bellevue, look no further than parking here.

When I pull up the plug share app I or chargepoint app ahead of my arrival, they will show chargers available. When I arrive, the spots are taken by vehicles not plugged in. I rely on public charging to keep my car charged. I have called and spoken to security and valets several times. They all say the same thing, it's out of their hands, it falls under the jurisdiction of the authorities, like handicapped parking. Ok, that's mostly true, however, they have a right to put warning stickers on the vehicles that are in violation. I've seen it done. I finally talked to the ladies at the information desk in Bellevue Square, they gave me a biz card with an email and phone number. I sent an email, a man named Eric Pohle or Polke responded, he attached the law and a warning card in his response. He told me that security puts these warnings on the vehicles in violation and then they call the authorities. Well, that has not been my experience at all. It happened again last weekend. I stopped security, same story, they can't and don't do anything in this situation. I read him the email from Eric and showed him the warning. He said he's never seen that warning and called a supervisor over. 20 minutes later a young man who goes by "T" showed up. I read him the email and showed him the warning. He said yes, those cards are all way over on the other side of the Bellevue Collection and he doesn't have time to get them. In other words, he doesn't have time to do his job. Well, this woman will be spending her money elsewhere. Establishments that take my complaint seriously.

However, we got back to our car after attending a show next door and we started up the Prius to hear it roaring. Long story short, our catalytic converter was stolen and they left the evidence which we spotted after looking around for a bit. We spent an hour making a police report and connecting with insurance. As we were leaving we spotted the attendant and let him know what happened. He pretty much shrugged and was just like "yeah, sometimes there's break ins". We get it wasn't his fault or anything, but some fake sympathy would have been nice. He let us forgo paying which was a plus. All in all, we will not be parking here again. It's not worth the risk.

THE SEATTLE POLICE DEPARTMENT ADVISES YOU TO NEVER PARK AT THIS GARAGE…read more "By far, the parking garage with the highest car prowl incidents in Seattle...on average, 10-14 reported acts of car vandalism a WEEK. The owner of the garage is completely apethetic."--Seattle Police Department ...a direct quote from the officer who took my police report after four cars were vandalized on a Tuesday evening. He said the SPD has spoken with the owner of the garage and "security" service (a non-entity that only patrols the minimum rounds required by law...if that). They've offered advice on ways to monitor and secure the garage and practically begged and pleaded to secure the stairwell and elevators...every time, the owner was apethetic. The officer's advice? NEVER PARK HERE. EVER. You are placing your car and personal belongings at very high risk. Even nearby lots with minimal security measures are a tonload safer than this car trap. The owner of this garage deserves a class-action lawsuit.
