This review is in regards specifically to the Garage location. First of all, it pains me to leave a…read morenegative review as we have, literally, used MasterPark (primarily Lot B) for the past 15 years as frequent travelers. For this last trip, we reserved ahead of time for the Garage - AS WE ALWAYS DO. Upon arrival to pick up our car, we followed the standard procedure of calling to request a pick up at the airport. After 20 minutes of not seeing a Garage shuttle (but 3 shuttles for Lot B), we called to say we were still waiting (in the January cold, mind you) and the person who answered the phone (male) abruptly responded with, "I'll send a shuttle." and then proceeded to HANG UP on my husband. Five minutes later, a shuttle FINALLY shows up at the pickup location before ours. So we haul our bags down to get on when the shuttle driver says, "I'm full. Wait for the next shuttle." We exclaim we have been waiting for 25 minutes and he relents after loading up another party and finds room for our baggage, as well. And when we board, we find three available seats for two of us to use. Plenty of room for two travelers. When we arrive to pay for our parking, my husband is met with a very rude and curt cashier (notable tattoos on his arm) - we highly suspect it is the same male who answered the phone and hung up on my husband - who, literally, slams our receipt on the counter after we pay. Unbelievable. We have NEVER been treated so rudely at MasterPark as we have today. Parking rates at MasterPark have only increased significantly in a short period of time - especially since the pandemic, but we continued to use their services because of the courtesy and convenience. In addition to price, both of those qualities have degraded greatly. Looks like it may be time to explore other options for airport parking and getting to and from SEA!

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY. **See the photos I have uploaded** We hired a party bus…read moreto transport a large group of teens to the prom from Auburn to Seattle. The bus that showed up that evening was not what was represented on the website. It had a paint job that looked like a hand painted mural. I was skeptical, but could not cancel on the spot as there were 20 teens waiting to go to prom. I chose to charge the cost of the bus knowing that I could dispute the cost if anything should go sideways with the graffiti bus. On the way home from Seattle the driver had to pull the bus over three separate times (several times on the freeway) to allow a sensor to cool off before starting the bus back up and driving on. When my son arrived home with the story about the bus having engine problems I decided to contact William, the representative with whom I had arranged the bus. He said he knew the bus had a malfunctioning sensor and that was why he drove the vehicle that night. He refused to discount the cost of the bus because he did his best to safely deliver the teens. I chose to dispute part of the cost of the bus through my credit card company, taking the 20% gratuity I had included off and giving the ride a 10% discount. When contacted by my CC company Lady in a Limo denied having record of the bus being broken down in any way and said that they had no contact being made of dissatisfaction. Totally lied. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!!!

We had book the bus last minute due to not being able to get the final number of girls that were coming. The person we worked with was Will, he was great and totally understanding of our situation. He took our last minute bus reservation and at a decent price. Will was on time and took care of us 15 party girls. He took the long way to bars so we had a chance to party it up in the bus. The bus had a great sound system and I was able to hook up my phone and play dj for night. All the girls were loving it too.. definitely set the mood and got us ready to go out to the bars. Some of the girls had to leave early and with just a phone call he came back to bar right away and shuttled the girls back. Oh and did I mention they have a stripper pole on the bus? Great for the girls celebrating a bach party for sure! At the end of the night he drove us to a view point and took our pictures. For us girls that love to post pics on IG or FB that is a definitely a plus! I would recommend the bus for parties. Don't have to look for parking and don't have to worry about anyone drinking and driving.

Yes, it was a pricy ride, but so well worth it for more than the obvious (no quarantine) reason. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and newly disinfected since the previous use. The driver was pleasant, an excellent driver, careful to let me know where he'd be waiting for me, giving me his personal cell ph # to call when I was done, and up for conversation on the long ride over and back. I went in for my prenatal appointment, handed my keys to a tall guy named Jed Kamiya. After my appointment, my car was returned to me by Derek Kuhn. I tried to move my seat forward as I'm only 5'3 and couldn't even reach the pedals when I sat down - as it was fully extended - and it wouldn't move. It now only moves to the left, and not forward. I looked under my seat and saw that my 64oz insulated stainless steel water bottle was completely stuck underneath the seat. After maneuvering the seat and pulling in 4 different directions - I was able to pull it out. I have included a picture of it so you can see the large dent in this heavy duty water bottle. I thought maybe this would fix the situation - but it didn't. It still only moved to the left and I was starting to smell burning. I called the manager down to come see the damage that was done by his valet, and Alex Niederstadt, the operations manager told me - and I quote "You shouldn't have had junk in your backseat, my guys have to be able to move the seat back". What absolute terrible customer service from this manager! They should have enough common sense to check behind the seat when they have done this much damage to a heavily insulated and large water bottle - or not move the seat. There is no way the seat could have been moved WITHOUT knowing they were running into something. There was never any apology, ownership over the situation, or even an offer to help in any way. I'm pregnant and alone this weekend with no way to drive my car in it's current condition and while I was on the phone with my husband Alex brings me his card and without another word goes back to his podium.
