To start, the driver was late. It was super hot in Seattle, and the air conditioning only halfway works in their stretched hummer, so we were all hot the whole night.. Then, on our way home the driver got lost causing us to be 18 minutes late. When I asked the driver if I was going to be charged extra for these 18 minutes, he said no so I reluctantly gave him an additional $100 cash tip. To my surprise, three days later my credit card was charged an additional $312. I am obviously *not* a happy customer. I will be disputing the additional charge and never use this service again!

Been using LX for years...doesn't matter how much my flights have been delayed or how early I need…read morethem, they are always on time and waiting for me. (I even had a flight arrive something like 7 hours delayed at 4am once and they were there as promised. They simply followed the flight info and got someone there in the wee hours of the morning.) They don't have a mobile app like Uber but we don't live in an Uber friendly area (rural Eastside) but someone is always available on the phone. I keep my card on file so the only thing I need to do is send an email with dates, times and number of people and they pick out the right car for me.

The bus that showed up that evening was not what was represented on the website. It had a paint job that looked like a hand painted mural. I was skeptical, but could not cancel on the spot as there were 20 teens waiting to go to prom. I chose to charge the cost of the bus knowing that I could dispute the cost if anything should go sideways with the graffiti bus. On the way home from Seattle the driver had to pull the bus over three separate times (several times on the freeway) to allow a sensor to cool off before starting the bus back up and driving on. When my son arrived home with the story about the bus having engine problems I decided to contact William, the representative with whom I had arranged the bus. He said he knew the bus had a malfunctioning sensor and that was why he drove the vehicle that night. He refused to discount the cost of the bus because he did his best to safely deliver the teens. I chose to dispute part of the cost of the bus through my credit card company, taking the 20% gratuity I had included off and giving the ride a 10% discount. When contacted by my CC company Lady in a Limo denied having record of the bus being broken down in any way and said that they had no contact being made of dissatisfaction. Totally lied. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!!!

We had book the bus last minute due to not being able to get the final number of girls that were coming. The person we worked with was Will, he was great and totally understanding of our situation. He took our last minute bus reservation and at a decent price. Will was on time and took care of us 15 party girls. He took the long way to bars so we had a chance to party it up in the bus. The bus had a great sound system and I was able to hook up my phone and play dj for night. All the girls were loving it too.. definitely set the mood and got us ready to go out to the bars. Some of the girls had to leave early and with just a phone call he came back to bar right away and shuttled the girls back. Oh and did I mention they have a stripper pole on the bus? Great for the girls celebrating a bach party for sure! At the end of the night he drove us to a view point and took our pictures. For us girls that love to post pics on IG or FB that is a definitely a plus! I would recommend the bus for parties. Don't have to look for parking and don't have to worry about anyone drinking and driving.

I found Magnum Car Service online and emailed them for a quote. Their system was very user friendly…read moreand easy and I got a reasonable quote in return very quickly. I set up a reservation a couple days in advance of my family landing at SeaTac and staying at a hotel in Bellevue. I called and went over a couple questions about luggage and vehicle type and had a pleasant conversation. I was told to pay the driver when he came. I was a little nervous as other companies all required a credit card to make a reservation but figured there's plenty of other ride share options if we didn't get picked up as scheduled. Well, everything went smoothly. Our driver, Albert, even called me to check we made it off the flight and were en route to meet him (de-boarding the plane took a lot longer than normal for some reason). We grabbed our luggage and went out the door and called Albert to let him know which door to find us. He came to us in a Suburban and gathered our luggage and stowed it nicely for us. The car was clean and comfortable. He drove us to Bellevue with no issue and was quite friendly and very professional. We only needed him for a one-way since our family split up for the return flights home, but we easily would use him again. We paid him cash and gratuity but they do accept cards.

There are many other options out there from companies that are looking to earn your business and treat you with respect. Surprised this company is still in business. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Wow, after 5 years of using Topsy Turvy rentals, this was the last straw…read more Background, we have 6 kids and we started renting from Topsy Turvy before Covid at first for just our kids and eventually for their birthday parties. They've always been great with communication and prompt with drop off/pick up. Usually within an hour of our reserved start and end time. This rental experience was very different. We rented a bouncy house from 4-8pm. It was dropped off at 3pm and the delivery person confirmed our end time and said they'd be back then. 8pm came and went. By 11:30pm, my husband and 4 neighbors had to deflate it and rolled it into our garage since we couldn't just leave it out all night on our driveway - HOA rules and all that. I called at 7am the next morning to find out when they would be picking up - left a message since no one answered. Called again at 11am since I wasn't able to just hang around at home the whole day waiting on this pickup and I wanted to confirm some sort of pickup time - mind you the company communicated ZERO with us up to this point aside from saying they'd be back around 8pm the day of our reservation to pick up. This time someone answered and said they were really busy the night before with X # of pickups and only pick up until midnight. He said they'll get there when they get there. 10 minutes later the same person who dropped off our rental was there to pick up. He apologized and said he was told someone else was picking up our rental last night so sorry it was missed. (He was very nice about it - this was a different person than who I communicated with on the phone) When it was time to pay, I asked if there could be any type of discount since nothing about pickup was communicated to us (aside from "I'll be back around 8pm tonight") and we were left just waiting all night for the pickup. He called the owner, Tyler, and the owner called me back immediately. To say Tyler was RUDE would be the understatement of the century. He asked why I would want a discount and I just mentioned I was wondering if it was a possibility given we had to deflate and move the bounce house on our own last night and were waiting hours for them to show up - and they didn't communicate with us and we've just been waiting in limbo. He said I clearly didn't read the contract (he was demeaning to me about it). I asked what I missed in the contract and he said they have 24 hours and they'll get there when they get there. In their contract it says "delivery and pickup may occur up to 24 hours before and 24 hours after event start time and end time. LESSOR WILL NOTIFY THE LESSEE OF ESTIMATED TIME OF DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP PRIOR TO EVENT START TIME." I told him I was told 8pm pickup time at drop off and he didn't care. I was left in shock. If I'm at fault for missing that section in the contract, then so be it - he could have kindly or even matter-of-factly told me this. Instead, he was so short and rude and borderline aggressive. I mentioned we've been renting from them for years and this was the first time we've ever had any issues but if this was how they (he as the owner) reacted I don't think we'd be able to rent from them in the future. He loudly said "Thank GOD" and hung up on me. So, there's that. Bounce house was fun for my kids, but in my opinion not worth the non-communication and subsequent aggressive communication from the owner, Tyler. Will NOT ever be renting from again. Would NOT recommend to others. Owner should rethink his business if he can get so riled up and aggressive over a simple question and not handle customer service.
