I made the reservation over the phone and they messed up my email - but everything was sorted out in the end. The limo came right on time. Our driver, Sergey, was courteous and helpful. We made multiple stops and Sergey was very accommodating. He was also quick to pick us up when we were ready to go. The limo was clean and had free water. There was a Bluetooth music sound system that allowed us to play our own music. Overall, I had a great experience with this company and would recommend to anyone.

I reserved a Mercedes sprinter van including the works(bar, tv, refrigerator, neon lights) for my father's 80th birthday. I prepaid the rental and tip as requested by the company (maybe this was my first mistake). Upon the day of the service, I was contacted by the driver that he would be late because the van had a flat tire. That was fine, things happen. However, when the driver finally arrived, he brought a standard white ford van with no extras. It was not what I paid for. As we had our family all waiting to take my dad on his birthday trip, I did not make a fuss and we made the best of it (including stopping at Walmart for a cooler and ice). The next day, I politely emailed the company and asked for a refund of the difference between the rental costs of the two vans (a reasonable ask and good business). No response. I emailed again, no response. I called and the person on the phone acknowledged getting the emails and the manager would call me. This is not a company you want to do business with. I question now if the vehicles pictured on their website even exist. You only get one 80th birthday (many won't even get that). Everett limo ruined it.

This company is so good it makes decisions a no brainer. After dealing with the so called "other…read moregood companiies" I found them lacking in decisions and knowledge of the seating laws in Washington State. After speaking with Alex on the phone he was knowledgeable, firm and very professional. We booked a SEATAC to hotel for our family of 14. The yoing man who picked us up was texting us from 1 hour our of appointment all the way till he picked us up. It was like having family. The Mercedes Sprinter was clean and roomy. And it looked so Limo-ish. Then we had 2 Sprinters take us to the dock. They were on time. The 2nd van needed a few more minutes but the driver was hilariously fun for my kids. We had 16 of us! After the cruise we were contacted 1 hour from pickup all the way through to "I see you!" They were like family again. Loved this service and will use them as they are family owned and operated!
