We love to use them for a trip to a Cheney Stadium ballgame, we have also used their services for our wedding and a retirement party. It takes all the stress of driving out of your outing and you can relax and enjoy the day. I love to use them to go to the airport. It is nice to come home knowing you do not have to deal with traffic on the home. With the exorbitant cost of parking at the airport, why not be dropped off and picked up in style right at your airline doors?

Not sure customer feedback is taken seriously. We have been regularly using another transportation company in Kitsap with personal door-to-door service. We thought we would give this business an opportunity. We booked and paid for a Cadillac Escalade for 2 with 4 large luggage pieces and 2 backpacks as we were headed out of the country for a few weeks. 15-minutes before pickup we received a call from the owner of the company telling us the Escalade was being repaired and a transit van was picking us up. At the time the driver was supposed to be at our doorstep, they called and told us they were running late because they had to fill up the vehicle with gas. They were 15 minutes late arriving. When we opened the front door to haul our own luggage out with barely any help, noticed it was a panel/passenger van that had the most unprofessional and ugly Space / Cosmic wrap around it. Definitely not the beginning we thought we paid for to start our luxury vacation. The driver nonstop talked the entire drive to the airport. I am not kidding when I say they barely stopped to take a breath. We got to hear a lot of personal life stories which certainly don't mind a personable experience, but it was definitely TMI. Then there was the jumping off the offramp to skirt ahead of slower traffic only to jump back on the on-ramp after the overpass, speeding with a near miss. We took our own luggage out of the van ourselves with the driver joking, with gratuity in hand, that they have learned to not rush to the luggage because most male customers would pull the luggage out themselves. Nice. A few weeks later, it was the night before our international flight home. We are nine hours ahead in London at our hotel, in bed, getting ready to sleep. We receive an E-MAIL (not text or call) from this company, office receptionist, that they are unable to pick us up the following day. We are literally overseas the night before our morning departure without a lot of time to find another service. The office clerk who emailed wanted to know if we wanted a refund or to leave a credit with Semperfi for future use?! They also indicated that they had "tried to find a driver" but were unsuccessful. If anyone has been stuck overseas in a different time zone, hours before their flight back home without a service to pick them up, they will understand the complete frustration and unprofessional service by this organization. At a very minimum Semper Fi, should've contracted with Uber to send us home from the airport. Stay away from this company, for us they were unprofessional, unreliable and did not deliver. Oh, one final concern is that the driver bad mouthed our other transportation service and gloated how great they were. Truthfully, and in the future, we would rather use Uber Black, or another personal chauffeur service. That night, when we thought we were stranded in London, we contacted our former transportation, chauffeur service, and without hesitation, they agreed to pick us up the following morning, thank goodness!

He and his lovely wife Gail have kindly picked me up and and dropped me off at the Gig Harbor Inn each time. On 3/17/25, I took the Bremerton-Kitsap Airporter for the third time. It worked like a dream! The pick up/drop off location for those who live on Fox Island is the Gig Harbor Inn. Pick up is every hour, on the hour, from 3 AM to 11 PM. Drop is every hour, on the hour, from 4 AM to 12 AM. They drop you off as close as possible to your airline. Adult Fare each way is $26. Child Fare each way is $14. If you're a frequent flyer, they offer a 10 ride adult commuter fare book for $235, which is almost 10% off. Fo comparisons sake, a one-way Uber this time of day costs $140 - $176. If you're looking for a great, no hassle, dependable ride to and from SeaTac to Gig Harbor, the Bremerton-Kitsap Airporter is a great option. I've also been very impressed by how friendly and customer service oriented the drivers are. Last night, our driver serenaded us to a great rendition of an old Bing Crosby tune, "Swinging on a Star." Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I will be advising others to avoid them as well.

Brandon and Allen were our drivers and were both friendly and prompt. Because they used a large van they could accommodate a large mountain bike shipping box as well as lots of luggage. It wasn't fancy but it was exactly what we needed. The Seattle Shuttle rates were the best we found and it all came together to make the experience really good. What a fantastic service! For the past four years, I've been flying into SeaTac with Coupeville on…read moreWhidbey Island as my destination, and I don't think this service can be beat. Taking external factors out of the equation--like late airline flights, heavy traffic on the I-5 and 405, or the possibility of only one ferry running between Mukilteo and Clinton--the shuttle has been consistently on time or early almost every trip. The drivers are knowledgeable and friendly, with the exception of one who suggested I sit in the back because I was traveling with a cat. The service is incredibly convenient from both SeaTac and Paine Field. For those flying Alaska Airlines, the walk to the shuttle stop might be a bit longer, but with a little planning, the wait is minimal. I do wish Paine Field was easier to fly into, as it would save time compared to the shuttle ride from SeaTac to Coupeville. For $50 one way (plus an optional tip), the service is worth every penny. The shuttle is always the first vehicle to board the ferry, and the quick 15-minute ferry ride is seamless. The shuttles are comfortable, and I noticed they added a new vehicle during the 2024 holiday season. As long as I continue visiting Coupeville monthly, the Whidbey-SeaTac Shuttle will remain my go-to service.
