Last night was our third booking with First Class Town Cars. Each time Mike and his drivers took extra special care of us. Each of the 3 pick-ups happened without any drama. Last night however, after my wife's flight was delayed almost 2 hours, the pick-up went smoothly and with literally minutes to spare, Mike and First Class got my wife to the ferry terminal (about 90 miles from the pick-up at SeaTac). We ordered service from the airport to our hotel on the pier during a recent visit to Seattle. It was a simple process, the car was spacious, and the driver courteous. My only complaint is that we had requested, and been guaranteed in our reservation confirmation, that there would be a baby seat provided for my 1 yr old daughter. I've used a few car services to get travel between the airport and Redmond. First Class Towncar was the best amongst them, so o now use them exclusively for both work and personal travel. As a frequent traveler, I need quick, convenient and easy. This service fits the bill. I text my travel orders, and don't have to worry about anything else. Services like Uber are convenient also. But I do the same trip weekly, and wanted a more personal experience. The owner, Mike, is absolutely great. He even keeps my kids entertained if he's driving is, which works out well for me. read more

I called them at pretty much the last minute for a pick up in Magnolia and a drop off at The Cheesecake Factory downtown. I spoke to Victor, he was very nice and said they would have a car there for us at 5:30pm (driver was a 'tad' late...but no big deal). I went ahead and paid for a round trip ($90) as we had to get home after the show at the Paramount. I thought I would need to call the driver (we weren't sure how long the show would last) to pick us up, but he was waiting for us when we walked out of the theater!! I don't recommend riding in the front seat though, unless you are very brave, as they drive aggressively BUT SAFELY (city driving...which I don't like to do...LOL). All-in-all...Excellent Service, polite driver and I didn't have to drive and park downtown ;-) read more

Sea-Tac (Seattle Airport) to Pier 91 (Carnival Cruise) for $65 and $13 standard gratuity. Excellent service! Once you arrive, you can call them and they will be ready in less than 5 minutes. The airline lost one of our bags so they waited 30 minutes while we sorted out the situation. They picked us up in a newer Cadillac Escalade ESV for 5 adults and 1 toddler. They will charge $10 to make any stops where we were able to pick up bottles of wine for the cruise and lunch (in case the check-in line was long). This was much cheaper than using the cruise transport ($27/pp). They only complaint is that one person who pick up the phone doesn't really understand English so be sure to call back to confirm the type of car. They originally had a Lincoln Towncar which would have been too small because of miscommunication. read more

Got a ride to the airport with First Class Town cars and I would not recommend this to anyone. The driver of the car: - took 3 phone calls while driving - answered a phone call from a customer - checked email 3 times - was distracted so much that he unintentionally drove away from our lane into shoulder causing the safely markers to trigger. read more

Simply a good, reliable towncar service that is competitively priced and never lets you down. Have used them 6 times now with no problems or issues whatsoever. They even have a van and SUV for those times where you need to haul a larger group to the airport and back. Their system is easy to follow in terms of communication and logistics. I had to catch an early flight which meant these guys had to pick me up early (4am) for a ride to Seatac. The day of service, my driver showed up early which worked out because I was already ready to go. Friendly service in a nice whip AND it's cheaper than a regular cab! Victor and staff are tremendous. They are always on time, friendly and very outgoing. I have used them a great deal and would and have recommended them on many occasions. During the snow storm of 2008 that shut SeaTac down for a couple of days Victor trudged through the snow to where we were staying after my father's funeral and got us to the airport so that we could get home and spend Christmas at home instead of a motel. read more
