One of the addresses was wrong. - Emailed back asking that it be updated and reconfirmed. Never heard back. - driver picking us up was 18 minutes late. I get that traffic happens, but isn't it the responsibility of the driver and company to compensate by re-routing or leaving sooner? - car we took to the destination smelled of old cigarette smoke. - car back was 5 minutes late.
