I could understand if I was the one to cancel but they canceled and I'm out almost $800 with absolutely no services rendered. That's a lot of money to a guy like me! This is a terrible business policy and I can only imagine which other anti-customer policies they have. I'd rather be stranded on a desert island with my proctologist than ever consider doing business with them again. At least he's polite when he violates me. I'm glad I use them for their skills because 2 weeks ago there was a major accident on the 5 freeway (tons of chicken feathers spilled) and Jon knew when to exit and take me to SeaTac another way which was only about 20 minutes longer. I would have missed my plane otherwise. I live 60 miles south of SeaTac and the cost is well worth it but it is reasonable considering the superb service.

That is my exact experience here. No show and no call. Upon US calling dispatch 15 min after the drivers expected arrival time we spent 15 more minutes to find out what is happening. Can you guess? 'They don't know'. He was hopeful to get us to the airport, during morning rush hour mind you, an hour before our flight to Hawaii. How can I trust that when they don't yet have a driver on the way? Notice that? Our reserved driver wasn't even on the way. End result; driving ourselves, paying for 10 days of airport parking, and zero satisfaction. The only bright spot is this may help someone else avoid a similar fate.
