I called several times and was sent to voice mail. At 5:10, we loaded into our car, drove to the airport and found last minute, expensive parking. I would not recommend this company as we were left stranded at 5:00 in the morning. We never received a call of any sort from them.

Tried a second time and again, was sent to voicemail. This is the first time I have used their service but the second time a local taxi company has failed to show for a confirmed fare. Now I am stuck paying $140 for parking my vehicle at the airport. Thanks! Moving forward I will just stick to Uber.

Why do cab services have personality-challenged people answering the phone? After slogging…read morethrough a call to arrange a Yellow Cab, I've cancelled because the dispatcher-lady had the personality of a rock, but with less humanity. That made me worry about whether or not the rest of the ride would be similarly devoid of the milk of human kindness. So, I made arrangements with another service, and that dispatcher was only slightly better, but I figured maybe this is just the "industry standard." Why they couldn't have friendly, more-civil people answering the phones is beyond me.
