You will never look back after using Travel Services. I am so glad i found them and have never looked back. The staff is great and friendly. Mark was excellent to work with. He always responded to phone calls/emails promptly and was extremely clear and thorough with expectations. I was given great prices and a lot of great suggestions, I have wondered why I haven't gone to a travel agent before. If you are doing any complicated trip at all, go to this travel agent. Do yourself a favor: relax with a cold beverage while they search through the airline flight schedules and find you the best deals. They always find great rates (even better than Expedia at times). I highly recommend Travel Services by Mark and will definitely use his services in the future!

I wanted someplace close to the building my kid was attending a camp at. The College Inn was it…read more A literal 2-3 min walk. Its location to so many things is convenient. There aren't many amenities, like you can't buy a soda or snack. In fact there is no food options. The only drink option is water which can be used to tea or coffee. There is a small centralized kitchen, should you bring food or drink. The digital door codes is helpful and probably the most advanced thing going on here. The people who work there are very kind and helpful. Probably the best part of it. Those are the pros. The cons... 1. No AC. It's Summer time and the rooms get sweltering. I showered at least 4 times a day. 2. It's noisy! You can't sleep with the Windows open because the bus, people, cars Etc. are right there outside your window. 3. Getting a bathroom in you room is a "Premium" upgrade you pay extra for. 4. Room service (changing of sheets and new towels is a "Premium" upgrade you pay extra for. 5. There is no elevator. You are carrying everything up stairs. 6. There is a loft on the 4th floor that is roomy however during Summer the other guest referred to it as the sauna. 7. The shower you do pay extra for is tiny, I mean one person at a time and there is literally no room to turn around or in my case (6'4") you can't even stand all the way up. 8. The TV works sometimes. Some channels work, some do not. Roll the dice and good luck. 9. There is no ice machine. There are 3 ice trays in the freezer. And if someone doesn't fill them back up, you might not get but a couple cubes. 10. The room are quaint (tiny). I have a bigger closet at home. The rooms should not be more than $119, with the one bed, no bathrooms being no more than $99. The cost of one week here with parking was just under $1,500. I found that Stay Pineapple, University was only $86 more for a week with AC, pool, and all the aforementioned amenities + gym, included and only 6 mins away. Dear potential client,…read more After scrolling through various Yelp reviews and a number of conversations with customer reps at different agencies my wife and I decided to settle with 1st class limousine for our "Big Day" which recently passed (Aug. 3rd and 4th). It pains me to report back how dissatisfied we were with our overall experience! But first, I would like to callout our driver Riley, whom made every attempt to make our day special! His services were beyond professional and hospitable. Riley did his best to ensue the day was memorable, and we really appreciate you for that! Now that is where the customer service ends. The management team, specifically Alex is rather dishonest and will spare no expense to charge you an unauthorized fee. First let me layout the experience, our limo did not have a working Air Conditioning system! Imagine a bridal group of 12 driving in the middle of the summer (86°F) seafair weekend stuck in traffic. Alex informed us there would be issues morning of but didn't go into detail nor make any special accommodations. Also the sound system consisted of radio because there bluetooth speakers were having "issues." As for the unauthorized charge, we arranged a dropoff Sunday which we agreed upon. However to be honest we ran 30 minutes behind schedule (all while sharing the update with Alex and the driver) and upon arrival the driver took off unannounced leaving behind medicine and various belongings in his vehicle. After a lengthy back and forth the driver decided to return for an undisclosed fee. I'm highly disappointed with the overall experience but not unregrettably write this review. Best, Robel
