Try to talk to them about refunding/ cancellation all the sudden they don't know english and just "no no no refund thank you" than hangs up the phone. Had to get the bank to dispute it. Dear potential client, After scrolling through various Yelp reviews and a number of conversations with customer reps at different agencies my wife and I decided to settle with 1st class limousine for our "Big Day" which recently passed (Aug. 3rd and 4th). It pains me to report back how dissatisfied we were with our overall experience! But first, I would like to callout our driver Riley, whom made every attempt to make our day special! His services were beyond professional and hospitable. Riley did his best to ensue the day was memorable, and we really appreciate you for that! Now that is where the customer service ends. The management team, specifically Alex is rather dishonest and will spare no expense to charge you an unauthorized fee. First let me layout the experience, our limo did not have a working Air Conditioning system! Imagine a bridal group of 12 driving in the middle of the summer (86°F) seafair weekend stuck in traffic. Alex informed us there would be issues morning of but didn't go into detail nor make any special accommodations. Also the sound system consisted of radio because there bluetooth speakers were having "issues." As for the unauthorized charge, we arranged a dropoff Sunday which we agreed upon. However to be honest we ran 30 minutes behind schedule (all while sharing the update with Alex and the driver) and upon arrival the driver took off unannounced leaving behind medicine and various belongings in his vehicle. If I could give a zero star I would. We waited for 30 minutes after our scheduled pick up time of 10:30! Driver never showed we had to find other means of transportation! What a terrible way to finish a nice vacation. This was after coming off the ship at 9:30 requesting an early pickup. Apparently there were no other drivers available. Which seems ridiculous for a large limo company. I called the office over and over and asked for the driver to call me so we could get an idea of how much longer we had to wait. The driver wouldn't call me. What kind of customer service is this? For a $90 airport transfer?!! Terrible experience. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I am currently in a credit card dispute with them for having overcharged me for a "gratuity" of $224 I specifically did not authorize. When I completed their contract, I did not check the gratuity box (instead preferring that a gratuity act as a gratuity and be paid after the services are rendered and directly to the provider). They have deliberately taken advantage of me the entire way -- even going so far as providing a copy of the contract to my credit card company where they conveniently blocked out the portion where I did NOT authorize them to charge the gratuity with the rest of the fees. Do NOT use this company. I can't say that strongly enough. (Oh, and BTW, the driver told me that they are not given the gratuity -- the company keeps it for themselves, that's not a gratuity so don't charge me for it). read more

I use Alex at 1st Class Limo USA for all of my trips. His car is always immaculate. Alex is very smart and funny. He's a very safe driver. His rates are lower than the other limo services. I highly recommend Alex. read more

I really hate writing these reviews. It does not please me to give people bad ratings. That being said, I was extremely disappointed with my overall experience. I had pre-arranged a pick up from the cruise terminal in Seattle to go 40 minutes east. I ended up changing my reservations five hours before the pick up, but the person who took the reservation screwed up the order. Since it was the end of a three year anniversary trip, I had arranged for a limousine to pick up me and my girlfriend. Little did I know that they would send a 14 person limousine when I asked for a six person limousine. When it pulled up, I was in shock to see its condition was in disrepair. Some of the chrome trim was literally dragging on the ground when the chauffeur pulled up to the terminal. Since I had changed my reservation last minute, I didn't want to be picky. My urge to be nice and smile went out the door when I opened the limo door. The interior of the limousine was scratched, old, and the leather had tears in it. What was even worse was the repulsive smell that I can only compare to that of an Indian restaurant after everyone has farted in it. I would not use such an extreme description if it did not match the smell perfectly. It was very unromantic. That being said, we eventually arrived at the destination I had asked for. I am a frequent limousine renter. And I never, never, never, plan to use this company again. From the customer service - to the limousine itself - I felt overcharged and got a product that was sub-par. Do yourself a favor and take a cab or find a better company. The best commercial transportation for my money in Seattle. Always on time, the car is gorgeous and clean, and Den is a fabulous driver. i use this company in lieu of any Seattle taxi company. It's woman owned too , a big plus for women passengers, because there are never any weird vibes or intrusive questions as is so common for women using taxis in Seattle. The taxi situation in Portland, OR, by comparison is totally different, very mystifying. Taxis there are characteristically safe and friendly. Women drivers are common. i called Portland Taxi for several rides in Portland recently. All were good, but my best ride was a very nice, very good driver, a Russian woman who spoke perfect English. We talked about Seattle versus Portland as she knows both places. She said she could not as a woman get hired in Seattle, and wouldn't want to drive here anyhow because of how dangerous and aggressive the men drivers are, usually middle Eastern guys who haven't much experience. Portland has a Muslim owned cab company-great- but it's not every company, as seems to be the case here. Seattle cabs are subpar..just read the reviews. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! They called me and quoted me $460 total on the phone and asked for my credit card number. Then I got an email with a receipt for $552. When I contacted them, they said that there were 20% in additional fees. It wasn't what we agreed to and I asked them to cancel my reservation. This was 4 days before the limo was supposed to pick us up, and only hours after they called me. The refused to refund the charge and said it would be $150 to cancel!! I reluctantly agreed to pay the cancellation fee even though it was unfair. Then, I get my credit card statement, and they charged me the full amount!!! Now I'm in the process of disputing it with my CC company and they are saying since I did it over the phone, I have no proof and that 1st Class Limo can charge me the FULL AMOUNT for never even using their service, and trying to cancel 4 days in advance, just hours after I made the 'reservation'. This company is SHADY and will charge you without your consent and will misrepresent their pricing to lure you in and take your money. USE SOMEONE ELSE! May 19, 2013 Call someone else! We reserved an Escalade for 2 and a limo for 8-10, to be picked up at 12:30 a.m. (after son's wedding reception). My son said the Escalade and driver were great. However, the limo was trashed when we were picked up, it had half empty beer and champagne bottles left in it, the seats were wet, the floor wet, the car stunk, one of the back windows would not roll up. The driver had no idea how to get us to our destination. I suspect he followed the Escalade to our pick up site as he didn't seem to know how to return to the highway. He couldn't keep the car steady, it was all over the place. My dress and purse were soaked with beer that spilled from the open bottles as the car swerved. I suspected he had been partying with the previous occupants, but he said the front suspension was out of line and the GPS was not working. It was a terrifying ride. My husband had to sit behind the driver to direct him and try to keep him between the lines. I have requested a partial reimbursement, and have yet to receive a phone call since my original complaint. We don't mind paying for the Escalade, or for gas for the limo, but certainly don't expect to pay full price for this terrible end to a beautiful day.
