Communication was spot on with emails the day before and then multiple texts on the pickup days so I was always informed on ETA. On both occasions the van was at the pickup spot on time. This was the night before Thanksgiving, two hours before the flight arrived. They were able to get a driver, waived the holiday fee and still gave 5% off for military. My SIL is blind, and he and his wife were whisked away and arrived safely and efficiently to have time with their dad. I've used Sabra 4 times. Two times from my home and two times from the airport. I would say that I've had mixed results. Both rides from my house were exceptional. They arrived 10 minutes early and got us to the airport in a timely fashion and safely. The first ride from the airport back to my house. There was a flight delay and they did an exceptional job of changing drivers so that we didn't have to wait at the airport more than about 10 minutes before getting it safe ride home. Unfortunately, today's ride home from the airport was subpar. Unlike the previous three times, there was no contact from the driver when we arrived on time to the airport. I had to call and wake up the owner to figure out where the driver was. Ultimately we did finally make contact, and get a ride home, but it involved standing outside and waiting for more than 30 minutes after getting our luggage, along with a total of four calls to the owner to find our driver. If I were to recommend a service, I think rides to the airport are good and next time I will be taking an Uber home from the airport. read more

I'd give them a zero if I could. I booked a car to the airport and received a second email confirmation 24 hours before departure. When the car was 20 minutes late to pick me up, I called Sabra. The person who answered the phone was completely unprofessional. After five minutes trying to locate my driver, he came back on the line and said, "your driver is no where near you." Didn't offer an explanation and barely offered an apology. I had to scramble to get an Uber. The next day they had the audacity to charge my credit card! When I called, I talked to the same person as the day before. He offered an insincere apology and said the charge would be reversed. I pointed out that, thanks to them, I nearly missed my flight. Just returned from a lovely cruise to Alaska with a group of friends. About six months before leaving, we started researching ways to get to port and one of the websites had a referral for Sabra Limousine service. We did some research and our friend reached out to reserve our transport. She called the day before and morning of and was confirmed for 10:30am. 11am rolls around and the rest of our group was getting on the bus that was organized through the hotel and she calls to find out where the transport is and was told that something came up and they could be there in 30min. Already 30min late and now telling us another 30 min which puts us well after our check in time. No apologies, no real explanation just an "oh well." The whole reason we opted for this was we had a tight return flight and being on the short end for a return bus ride before, we wanted a dedicated service to get us to the airport. Thankfully they had room on the bus and we were able to make it to the airport for our return flight on time. Cost more than what sabra quoted us, but at least they showed up. read more

Please review their contract. They can change vehicles, cancel your reservation due to weather and not give you a refund. They have good google reviews but not so good on yelp. We reserved a stretch Escalade for a company Christmas party and I had to negotiate the contract as there were too many loop holes for them to give my less than what I paid for or charge way more than they agreed to. After going back and forth and redlining a third of their contract we came to terms. I now know why they write these one sided terms. They called the day of the scheduled pick up to ask if I was still interested to which I responded "of course". They tried to tell me that they never received my signed contract and wanted me to sign a new one "without my redline". Informed them I already signed and sent it back and have proof it was sent. They then informed me that the Escalade was broken down but would send the Hummer instead. At this point it was too late to try and find another service so I reluctantly agreed. I will say the driver was on time, pleasant and a good driver. However, the Hummer smelled like a dog kennel and the heat didn't work which was very disappointing as several of the passengers were ladies in dresses. Once everyone was back to their destination and my wife and I were dropped off I confirmed with the driver that the gratuity was included in the charge. I specifically confirmed this on the contract. He told me that it wasn't so I felt obligated to give him a separate tip. I would not recommend these guys. I'm guessing the majority of their high ratings on Google are for standard town car rides to and from the airport. I can tell you from personal experience that they're not good on the luxury limo service side. read more

This was my first time using this service, which I got for peace of mind as I went to and from a stressful doctor's visit. It was absolutely wonderful. I rode with Lawrence who was outstanding. Fantastic service and best pricing! We needed a ride from WAY out of town (Sultan, WA) to Sea-Tac airport. Usually we have family or friends that can take us, or use a rental car. But for a variety of reasons we couldn't do our usual plan and needed a paid-ride. Uber is great most of the time. Taxis too. But our pick-up point is so far off the grid, no ride services go that far. I called around for quotes and after a half-dozen calls, Sabra was the best price and well-reviewed. So we booked a 5:30am pick up. The driver showed up 10 minutes early. Didn't complain when *we* were running 5 minutes late. Smooth ride. Clean car. Really nice driver. Top notch service. Just one note when reviewing quotes: some companies disclose on the phone all the taxes, fees & gratuities. Sabra does not. They quote the base fare and there was a little sticker shock when I got the contract with the total. It was still cheaper than the rest, but I would definitely give 5 stars if the initial quote was more transparent. That's my only complaint/advice, otherwise they're fantastic. He only wants to surprise customers with surcharges and extra fees. If he would do that to a customer who gave him thousands of dollars, what will he do to you? I rented a 14 passenger Lincoln Navigator Luxury Stretched SUV and expected this to arrive and be a luxury limo. They had a 22 person stretched Hummer and in that you would generally think I'd be giving 5 stars for getting something bigger for the same cost. Sadly this one was ran down and smelled of mildew. The side glass was shattered and there was rust all over the bottom. The A/C didn't work and the step bars to get in were bent. Normally I'd give this a one star but the driver was nice and the got us to our hotel without a hitch. I NEVER write reviews, but the service was so HORRIBLE that I have to write one. First off, we needed a town car last minute to pick us up from a private airport so we could attend a concert. ONLY needing a driver for the hours of arrival to the time we needed to fly back (Literally 5 hours). The dispatcher didn't even have proper communication skills, nor did he sound very educated or thrilled with his job. The guy overall sounded like he hated his job. Now, the driver was even worse. Not only did he look like he walked out of a club after staying up for 24 hours, but he was a HORRIBLE driver. He talked on his phone WHILE driving, and he didn't follow the instructions we were giving him. The unfortunate thing is there is NOT ONE GOOD THING to say about this company. I want you guys to know, you really need to step up your game. A complete 360 from how you're running your business now. The way you dispatch, the way your driver looks and acts, drives, and not to mention town car etiquette. You drove 3 very important people. A senator, a governor, and a civil rights activist. I told them I payed through Expedia the driver gets the dispatch on the phone and the dispatch tells me Expedia never paid them so I need to pay they were at my hotel lobby demanding me to pay on Christmas Day to top it off! Do not use their service unless you are willing to have your bill be twice what you anticipated. I did an online search, got a quote, set up confirmation for use, got the email reservation listing the cost due at $0.00, I foolishly assumed because it meant the total was due at the time of service, used the service, and got billed for more than twice the quote. When I called in to ask, the guy was very argumentative, telling me I would have never gotten a quote for that price, "You would never get a car for that rate." Well I'm sorry, I've never booked a car or limo before, I did not know what to expect when booking, so forgive me for not questioning the rates. The same day I wrote the initial review I also contacted the limo company and wasn't too happy with the response I got: " I just would like to know why you guys didn't call us that week or wrote to us . A phone call would have been appreciated . Anyway i will investigate the matter and i will get back to you . Thank You Best Regards Sabra Limo,LLC" I had to express that I was gone two weeks following our wedding on our honeymoon...therefore was unable to contact/write/call. After about two weeks and some discussion back and fourth over the email they agreed to refund me $100 to my account. Working with Geno was easier than the employee I had initial communication with and he was willing to make it right. Overall I am not 100% happy with how the situation was resolved, but am content. One pickup was over an hour late and the other was 30 min late. When I called to cancel reservations for the next day due to the lack of service, I was still charged for not providing 24 hours notice. We did not have a good experience with Sabra on New Year's Eve. Read below for more details but at the end of the day when you book a car, the primary thing you want is for that car to turn up on-time - sadly in Sabra's case they did not deliver on that and it took multiple phone calls from us to understand when we would be picked up because of poor coordination between the driver (who was great once we *finally* got picked up) and the office. It was New Year's eve and we were stranded by the side of a closed venue, miles from home for 45 minutes because of Sabra's incompetence. Totally unacceptable. My friend booked them at the last minute after we got nervous about the uncertainty and expense of finding a taxi/Uber back from Georgetown Ballroom to Cap Hill. This way we figured we would know exactly how much the service would cost and what time we'd be picked up which would be great. There's nothing worse on NYE than being stranded. Sadly the signs were there ahead of time that all might not go to plan. My friend asked them the day before if we could upgrade from a sedan to a SUV as we had an extra person. They said sure no problem, but never got back to her via email as promised. After she followed up multiple times, they said sorry all our SUVs are booked but we'll let you squeeze into a sedan. Bad communication, but nice of them to make it right and only charge us the sedan rate. On NYE itself, we were given a pick up window of 1-1:15am. We had heard nothing by 1:15am so we called them and were told the driver would be 15 mins late because of traffic. Would have been nice for them to proactively inform us, but OK, 15 mins wasn't the end of the world. We all tramped outside at 1:30am - no car - it took us multiple phone calls where we were given the runaround, and finally (after the venue had been closed and everyone gone for 30 mins), we got picked up. My wife and I recently used Sabra Limo Service in Seattle: from Seatac airport to a downtown hotel and from the cruise ship terminal back to the airport. I found the price quote and reservation processes smooth and easy. In fact, since I had recently used their service, only a simple phone call was required for the return reservation. In both cases the drivers contacted me well in advance of the pickup, were on time, and made the transitions into and out of the vehicles easy even with the surrounding chaos. They even helped with the luggage. I don't know when I will return to Seattle but, when I do, I will use Sabra. read more

I'm giving a rating of 2 instead of 1 because the driver/owner was very friendly and the drive from Pier 91 to the airport was nice. However, we were supposed to be picked up at 9:30am and he arrived at 10:20am (our flight boarded at 11:40am). We called and called, always told he was a few minutes away. We would have preferred to be told the truth instead of waiting and watching for so long. He told us he had a driver call in sick which is why he picked us up himself. However, we were with my 80 year old grandparents at a pick up line by the cruise terminal. There were no restrooms close by and due to his telling us he was "almost there" for 50 minutes they did not leave to use the restroom which made for an uncomfortable 30 minute drive to the airport. On a positive note, we also used this service to be picked up from the airport upon our arrival in Seattle and this was a 5 star experience. I hate to leave negative review, but just to help other consumers like me. They deceptively charge my credit card by sending email invoice for the service which we didn't request/order at all. We only booked one-way from hotel to Pier# 66 for Alaska cruise ship. I made very clear that we will call them if we need them pick up later. After we came back from Alaska, they tried to fool us by first texting me saying the driver were waiting, and then called asking where we were. I answered we didn't make reservation to use their service. The driver said OK and quickly hangup. They sent email invoice and charged my credit card right away. Obviously they intentionally made it like we booked the return trip. After we came back home, I called them for refund. The guy wouldn't help. He said he could prove that I booked the return trip because he recorded phone conversation, I knew he was lying because he couldn't show me evidence other than bogus texting/emails notice. Fortunately credit card acted swiftly to refund $149 to my account. He lied about the cruise ship boarding time too. We wanted to get Pier#66 early before noon, so we need to be picked up from hotel at 10:00 am. I guess for their own scheduling problem, he told us cruise ship won't start boarding until afternoon. I said I would look other service company and ended phone conversation. After a while, he called me back said that driver was available based on our schedule. When we got there around 11:00 am, half of cruise ship guests were already on board. I hope this review service the purpose of helping other consumers. read more

DON'T USE SABRA - THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND LIE. Our travel agent arranged them. We took sabra from SEATAC to the hotel then the next day from the hotel to the port with a group of 29 including 4 kids. The trip from the airport to the hotel was only moderately irritating - the first 2 vans met travelers on time. The 3rd van was delayed. Once we got to the curb, they told us it would be 15-20 minutes and it was about an hour. The trip from the port back to SEATAC was a complete mess. They told us the 3 reserved vans were in the waiting lot at the port. The first van was. The other two were not. The second van took about 45-60 minutes to "get into the port." And the third one took 2 hours. We kept calling the dispatch and they kept telling us the driver was at the port although the name of the 'driver' changed after about 1.5 hours. There were vans from other companies and independents that would park at the pick up and sit for 10-30 minutes looking for their passengers. Once the 3rd driver arrived he almost got pushed out by security as soon as he pulled up. Our driver was nice enough once he got there, but con men usually are pretty nice face to face. The company ended up discounting the $480 charge down to $400 hence 1 star instead of the zero people wish was an option. But it would have been faster and cheaper to just take 6 van taxis or Uber. ( I asked a yellow taxi mini van about the cost and vehicle capacity to the airport. 6 people for $45) so 6 taxi vans would have been over $250 less than dealing with the lies and delays of sabra. Again, Sabra gave us an $80 discount and declined the tip but said the drivers would be tipped out of the company fee (not sure why my wife even offered a tip) which reduced the insult to $170 more that we paid to deal with the lies and delays! I typically use UBER or LYFT which are far more reliable. You can see where the vehicle is via gps on the app and you know the drivers name and vehicle type as soon as they are on their way - which has never been more than 10 minutes for me. Once the UBER driver accepts your request, they get your photo and name, so pick up is easy and efficient. And you can ask for anything from an inexpensive economy car to a luxury vehicle to an SUV if you need lots of seats and luggage. Plus UBER DOES NOT REQUIRE A TIP - you register your Credit Card when you sign up. So when you do the trip there's no cash no tip no hassle. So take my advice - USE UBER NOT SABRA read more

Driver was more than 20 minutes late for an airport run... it was a mini SUV of some sort... the brakes sounded like the metal was just grinding... he took the long way there and then wanted to drop me in arrivals with 2 bags and a laptop case and a purse... not worthy of stars... A winner for three years in a row!! We have used Sabra Limo Service to pick up friends from their homes, bring them to the Metropolitan Grill and return them home again after an evening of celebration. These couples are from the greatest generation and driving at night is problematic. Sabra takes that worry off our hands. I highly recommend them. I will start with the positive - the car was clean and the driver was pleasant (though unmasked). Now the rest of my experience... My family (me, my wife, our 7yo) were set to fly out of Seattle on early Sunday morning, 7/31. I called the day before to schedule an early AM pickup from our house to the airport. That evening, we were notified that our flight had been cancelled and that we had all been re-booked on different flights (me through Denver, my wife through Houston, our 7yo through LA, but that's an issue for my United review). After some time on the phone with the airline, my wife was able to get us booked on a flight out of Seattle that night rather than the next morning, and we had to get to the airport ASAP. My wife paged a Lyft since we could get one within five minutes. I called Sabra from the car to cancel the next morning's pickup and got an earful from Albert about their 24-hour cancellation policy, that no refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service (nevermind that I had made the reservation within that 24-hour window). That's their policy, and I hadn't thought to review it (as advised in an earlier Yelp review), so that was on me. I then asked if the service could be rescheduled for pickup at the airport upon my return, and was told that it could be done. I thought that everything was resolved then, and went on my trip. I was set to arrive back in Seattle on the night of August 5. I didn't have my exact arrival time when I had spoken to Albert, but was able to give him the date and the flight number. He assured me that they would be tracking the flight. Before my flight back on the 5th, I called to confirm the scheduled pickup, which is something my wife has gotten me in the habit of doing. Albert seemed in a major rush to get me off the phone and questioned why I would even feel the need to call and confirm. I gave him the confirmation number I had as well as my flight number and just asked him to confirm that he had the right flight number and arrival time. He sounded really inconvenienced, dismissive, and rude throughout the call. A few minutes later, he called back, because once we got off the phone he must have actually checked and saw that the confirmation number I gave him was for the pickup originally scheduled for 7/31, and he didn't have any of the info for my flight back in to Seattle. He tried to tell me that I had cancelled the service and denied ever moving the reservation to 8/5. As I tried to explain while reading from notes I took on my phone during that conversation, he continued to interrupt and cut me off, dismissing everything I was telling him. He actually told me he remembered everything from our conversation because he has a "photostatic mind" (this isn't a real thing), and continued to interrupt me as I recalled our discussion. He ended up scheduling the pickup that night and sent me a confirmation, but also charged me an addition $20 on top of what he was already charging. The cherry on top of this whole situation was that the driver didn't have the updated arrival time and took about 40 minutes to get to the airport, but I wouldn't be writing a review if that was my only complaint. This Albert, who may be the owner of this company, should not be talking to customers, because he's absolutely terrible at communication. read more

The pickup was fine. The booster I asked for was accommodated and the driver was on time. However when we were supposed to be picked up to leave for the airport the driver showed up and asked where our booster was and suggested they were not doing boosters because of COVID which is crap because we had one days prior. He simply forgot it and pretended that was the reason. If that were the reason someone would have called me. Then the owner had the audacity to suggest that I strap my 6 yo child into a regular car with no booster and he said "oh my god" when I suggested how unsafe it was. He said it wasn't illegal in WA state to not have a booster. I was late and because of it we had no opportunity to eat and me, my 6 yo son and husband went 7 hours without eating because airlines are not feeding people on the flights. read more
