We use Sabra limo for airport rides as well as in town. Professional and courteous drivers, clean vehicles is a minimal standards. They go above and beyond to provide the best experience you can possibly have. Making a reservation is fast and as easy as it can be. Rates are comparable to many public park/shuttle lots in which my vehicle would be subject to door dings and bumper scrapes in many over-crowded lots. We used Sabra to shuttle us from Wallingford to the airport. The website and the reservation process was great as was our driver Albert. We will definitely use their services again. I like that, I normally tip 20% anyway, and if I were to receive subpar service, I truly believe these guys would make it up to me. Comfortable, clean Towncars. Can't ask for much more. We got off our cruise ship about 20 minutes early to find our driver was already there! Thank God! He wasn't much of a talker but that's OK he was very sweet. The only problem we had was that we were told to go to a certain spot to wait and he was not there and there was confusion at the cruise terminal because he was parked somewhere other than the place we were told to find them. What a wonderful experience! Having spent the week prior to traveling fighting with Yellow Cab, I was not looking forward to using their services to get to the airport in the morning. I searched for a town car service, and Sabra Limo Service/ Seattle Town Car came up with the highest customer service ratings. I was pleased to learn their service fee was only $5 more than Yellow Cab's. The operator gave me a pick-up time that I thought was too early, until I arrived at the airport-- spot on; I had plenty of time to get through security and get a cup of tea on the other side. The car was clean and on time, the driver was courteous and identified himself right off the bat, AND he let me listen to the baseball scores from the night prior. I had my sister use Sabra when she came to visit, and she was equally pleased. Don't tell my mom, but I'd rather have these guys take me to the airport any day! read more

Amazing company! Used them previously and had a good experience... then I used them tonight and had a beyond excellent experience. My daughter wanted to go downtown to a play (she's 18 but has minimal life experience). Not wanting her to take an Uber and was concerned about her taking a taxi, I emailed Sabra and discussed with them what she wanted to do and her stops. For a very reasonable price they took excellent care of my daughter and her friend and got them back to her destination safe and sound.. they were friendly, helpful, and made my girl feel pretty amazing too! We decided to hire a town car service to take us to Seatac (and back) rather than drive and park. I'm so glad we did! They were prompt and both drivers were very professional and courteous. Both drivers went above and beyond in helping us cart our extremely heavy luggage to and from the town car. I should also mention that the car was very nice, very clean and smelled good. I was not happy at all with the service. I assume it was the mgr or owner, but anyway after having this reservation set up for my group for months, the day before he changed the time to 45 mins later. When I called to inquire and let him know this was unacceptable, he proceeded to tell me that I had plenty time to board the cruise ship. I told him that wasn't the point, I want the time that was confirmed. He never apologized nor explained why the time was changed. In additional, He was unprofessional, talked over me and just outright rude! HOWEVER, the driver was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I will never use nor recommend this company again and if you are not flexible with your time or require professionalism. I suggest you don't use them either. I'd give zero stars if I could. They advertise their rates as $60/hr but when you get your quote it suddenly jumps to $90/hr. Plus the one hr free for over 6 hrs isn't honored either. We first used Sabra back in September to take us to the airport. The phone booking and credit card payment over the phone went perfectly and the driver arrived 10 minutes early. He had a very pleasant personality, got our luggage loaded and on the way. I used their service again on 11/14 when we returned to Seattle for the holidays. This time I had 3 large heavy bags, 3 carry ons, a cat and dog, and my wife and sister in law, along with a plane that was late due to a mechanical. The driver called me 10 minutes after we landed and asked which baggage carousel we were at and informed me he would park close to there. We got all of our bags, and proceeded to the curb and he was waiting on us. Got everything loaded, pleasant conversation on the way home, then helped unload from the car into the underground parking garage. Service above and beyond what I expected. I will be calling them again to transport us to the airport when we return to Scottsdale in January. First class service from a first class company. jdw read more

So far, so good. They aren't the cheapest car service, but the online booking works reliably and the service has been good to date. We've used these guys for one date-night roundtrip from the 'burbs to downtown Seattle and one roundtrip airport. Both trips went off perfectly--car arrived as planned and the driver was polished & professional (and so was the car). On the return trip from the airport, they really went above & beyond, since our flight was so delayed (and the bags took so long to be delivered) that we weren't ready to be picked up until 3am (after a set time of 11:30pm). We were certainly glad to see our driver, curbside, rather than schlepping up & over to the taxi stand, especially since we had a lot of luggage. Tip: They definitely use the GPS suggested routes, so if you know a shorter route, you'll have to speak up. read more

Reservation was very easy and they were able to accommodate an earlier flight in. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for my car. I was also charged twice, once by the driver and once by the company the next day. I have called twice to fix the mistake and both times have been assured it would be fixed and it has been almost a month now with no credit. Well, we booked a Limo (10am/3people/Sightseeing) - @ 10:15am nothing, @10:30 a guy approached us saying he was our driver - He was driving a 10/12 seater Van.. after lots of to & fro phone calls a Limo finally arrived @ 10:45am.. When I emailed and asked for an amended bill:- No Response, Then I made a phone call to the Company and was told it would be sorted after 4pm that day.. What a wonderful human being he is; very personable and knowledgeable about the history and specifics of the city of Seattle. We had a horrible experience with this car company. When the vehicle arrived, although we had booked a 15-passenger van, there was not enough room to accommodate for even 10 passengers. A few of our company executives were forced to find their own transportation to the destination. When I spoke with Albert the "manager" at Sabra Limo Service, he deemed the situation a "miscommunication", although our quote and confirmation was crystal clear. Albert was completely unprofessional, yelling at us (the client) and was outrageously unaccommodating for their error. The customer service here is beyond poor; in fact it is absolutely unacceptable and pathetic. Do not use this company!!! They quoted me $111 round trip point-to-point on 9/19. I specifically asked them, if that was a total round trip price and the employee on the phone said yes. Because they were an hour late picking up my mom (79) and step-dad who uses a cane (87 who was outside waiting)they said they would give me a 20% refund after, I made a complaint. I receive the paperwork via computer and it all good correct $111.00 for the whole trip. I just received my Visa statement and they ended up charging me $85 for 9/19 and $111.00 for the next day! we only used this company on Wed for a total of 2 hours point-to-point. My husband just called them to try and reason with them, but they said no it was $111.00 for each way. They are liars, very disrespectful and disreputable.....BEWARE! I was so disgusted by this company, that I created this account to give this review. People must be warned. My experience with this company was horrible. Do not use this company if you want a guarantee that the car you ordered is what actually arrives at your front door. Do not use this company if you need a guarantee that you will not be left with the choice of either being stranded or taking the substandard vehicle they send. I placed an order for a Luxury Suburban SUV! We were celebrating my birthday. I hired this company because I did not want to drive as we would be drinking. I also ordered a Luxury SUV because I care what I look like when I pull up in front on an upscale fine-dining restaurant. They sent a white ford van, for which they wanted to charge me the same price. I spoke with a man named Albert. He was quite rude. His response when I told him that there was a white van in front of my house and where is the Luxury SUV I paid for, his response was, "Isn't the van new?" He then stated, "Well...the SUV probably isn't' available." Then why take the reservation? This is a limo company that clearly doesn't understand the business of why people contract with a limousine company to begin with. Our a dinner reservation was for 6:00PM and they showed up at 5:20PM with the wrong car. Which means I ended up having to drive from Auburn to Pier 70 in Seattle because of their unprofessional and unreliable service. What irritates me the most is my own mistake in hiring this company. I use Metropolitan Towncar quite regularly, they are my go to company for my airport transfers and I've never had a problem. I decided to use this company because they were $20 less.
