Booked a ride about 2 weeks prior to our flight into SeaTac for 5 adults, one child, 6 check-in bags, 3 rolling carryon bags, and a few backpacks. At home, putting all the bags in one place, I estimated all our bags would likely not fit and I would have to order a separate Uber to our hotel in South Lake Union. Got on our flight and as soon as we landed at 7:30pm on a 5/25/24 (Memorial Weekend), I took phone off airplane mode and immediately got a text from our driver, Francisco. I told him he was very early because we had just landed. He reassured me, it was no problem and that he would be at our baggage claim carousel. We arrived and he stood out as he was very well dressed. I approached him and told him we have a lot of bags and I may need a separate ride. We then gathered all the bags and he asked, "Is this all of it?", then, "This is no problem?" And help us roll away a few bags and led us to the parking lot. We approached a large Cadillac Escalade. Francisco opened the trunk and methodically took each bag and placed it in the trunk. When I thought he couldn't place anymore, he continued on to put in the rolling carryons. Did some repositioning of bags and closed the trunk. I was amazed everything fit back there! Francisco was very friendly, approachable, and nonchalant. Put me at ease as I am an anxious type. He kept conversation with us the entire trip to the hotel, which took about 20-25 mins. He unloaded all our luggage and graciously offered to help us into the hotel. I reserved a ride via their website, from Vancouver to Bellingham, months in advance. I received multiple confirmation emails afterwards which quoted the initial price. Two days before my ride, they called me telling me the price had gone up $100 due to 'border fees', and told me it was my fault for not calling to confirm the price. The ride itself was totally comfortable and professional, but beware of last minute price changes and shady dealings. read more

Scheduled a booking on the phone gave me a quote of $190 for a round trip to the airport about 48 hours before the flight, so I booked the service and confirmed the reservation. Next day, says that he would have some changes because of the weather and he QUADRUPLED the price on me after I had already made the reservation and had agreed on the price. And he said I have just over 90 minutes to confirm that I pay the higher rate. Now it's the evening and I have the flight the next morning and have to scramble. Bait and switch when you have an agreement, hoping I would be I a desperate bind and pay them $770 for a ride to the airport and back is clearly taking advantage of customers after they have an agreement. Terrible driving. The driver was driving 70mph in a 35mph zone. He was late for the pick up.

Wonderful service provided by our chauffeur David. He was waiting for us at our baggage claim and took our bags for us to the car. The car was clean and pleasant inside. David offered us some first time Seattle must sees and do's and we appreciated that! It was an international flight and I scheduled pickup 1.5 hrs after flight arrival, based on past international travel experience. I arrived on time and was out in half an hour. Recently we had to have a new car alarm installed. The company had said they would give my husband a ride home but that morning there was not enough staff to do that. We had already contracted with Seaview to pick us up to go and get the car when it was done so I put in a panic call to them. The manager, Satnam was so nice and sent someone out immediately to bring my husband back home. They returned in the evening to take us to pick up the car. The driver arrived right on time, was friendly and pleasant to talk with. It was a very nice, clean luxury car and a pleasure to ride in with a good driver on a busy Friday night in bumper to bumper traffic. We have taken Seaview many times and each one is a great experience at a reasonable price. read more

We used Seaview Airport Services for a Grad Night party (26 students) in June, 2022. Although the bus was supposed to seat 30, there was not enough room for the students and three chaperones (total 29). The chaperones ended up seated on the floor of the bus on both the outbound and return trips (90 minutes each way). The driver was rude and difficult to work with and asked us to leave our venue earlier than our contracted time, which we did not agree to. Failure to close the rear door of the bus on our return trip resulted in irreparable damage to our belongings which were stored there. Working with the lead person who booked our reservation was adequate, but our driver left much to be desired. We will not use this service again, nor will we recommend them. read more

They never showed up. I called customer service for a half hour but no one ever picked up. I received a confirmation text at the pickup time, but no one showed. I was travelling with oversized luggage and managed to find another service at 5am to take me to the airport. A no-show is one thing, but not staffing the customer service phones or calling the customer is unacceptable. I've asked for a refund but have yet to receive a response. If you want to get somewhere, use a service that's professional, not this clown show. read more
