Enterprise rent-a-car on Everett mall Way was excellent. Just can't say more. I would definitely use them for my rental needs.

I would give Enterprise 4 stars at this location but they did not have an economy priced car when I needed it - so they pitched me on a Lincoln and charged me $39.99 a day. The guys working there were great about picking me up and dropping me off, but a bit too aggressive in up selling me on insurance I don't need. read more

This is the BEST car rental place in Snohomish County. They have the absolute best service, I could ask for. Please understand that this place is a busy place, due to the surrounding car dealership demand, however - they consistently put in the time to insure that they take care of me, the customer. My cars dealership has a contract with them or something therefore I was a renter there. They were out of cars, giving me a truck when I had infant with me, when that didn't work out the car I got wasn't even cleaned from the previous renter! And they didn't even apologize! Thank God my car got fixed the same day and I was able to be in a luxury car comparing to a house wagon! read more

We fly a lot to the Everett area and use Enterprise when we need to rent a car. This Enterprise is very convenient to get to and the Manager and the female that checked me in were very helpful. My only complaint was the car I used. It was Hyundai that was more like a kitty car. I am only 5'1" and hit my head every time getting in and out unless I remembered to duck To move the seat forward or back because it had a manual was difficult. Never learned. Anyway, this was more my husband's fault in ordering one of the cheapest cars. . I will still use this Everett Enterprise, but I will be making my own reservations One more thing, I asked them to take me back to the place I was staying when dropping off the car. Since it was a Saturday, I had to drop it off at another Everett Enterprise not too far. I have high praises for the gentleman that drove me back. What a terrible business. They had one vehicle - a pick up - when I needed a rental when our SUV was in the shop. Long story short - another party's insurance was to pic up the tab but they wanted a credit card from me to ensure they would get "paid". They charged my credit card almost $250 extra even though the other insurance company told me they sent enterprise a check a week before - then I had to call these people back literally 6 times to get the money refunded as they wouldn't return my calls when they said they would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ENTERPRISE. read more

Dirty cars. I rented cars at this location a few times. The cars were dirty every single time. I finally complained about it and was offered another car, the Enterprise representative said that they could give a me a little bit cleaner car! How about a clean one? Instead of a little bit cleaner! The other car they offered was even worse than the last one, it was not only dirty, it also had a very bad smell! At that point, I was told by a very annoyed Enterprise representative that they don't detail cars, they just clean them! Their cars are just nasty dirty! And also, one other time when I returned a full size truck that I rented for 7 days, I was treated very poorly on my way out, I was told that I was done when I turned in the keys, that's it! The guy also gave a me a funny look, they didn't even say stuff like "have a good day" or anything close to it. This place sucks! Customer service sucks and their cars are nasty. Take your business to a different Enterprise location, it's not like they're giving you a free car to drive around in, you pay for it! You deserve a clean car and better customer service. read more

All I can say is STAY AWAY from Enterprise. The Insurance company sent me here for rental until my car was fixed. When I returned the rental to Enterprise they told me there were 3 small scratches by the driver door handle. Lesson here- note every scratch even tho they say don't worry about little scratches and dings. The problem was they put thru a $500 charge against my credit card. The rep at this location told me it would probably be about $100 because these get repaired all the time and that's usually the charge. When I got the charge on my credit card I called this Everett office. They referred me to their "Damage Team" in the SW (Arizona?). I asked them for a copy of Cascade Collision Repair's invoice (their repair company) showing the actual repair charges. Craig, the representative at the "DamageTeam" said he'd email me the invoice. What I received was their in house repair estimate that ... surprise comes to just over $600. But they had already written off the amount over $500. My Insurance Company then called Craig and asked for the Cascade Invoice and the amount of their payment to Cascade. Craig told them that they don't have to provide that information. "It's their car" and that's it. So what you'll later find out is that not only is the Evergreen Way rental location a profit center, but that their "Damage Team" looks like it is also a profit center. What do I do next? I have no idea at this time because I just can not understand their refusal to provide the actual paid repair invoice unless there is a Corporate dishonesty order to hide overcharges because - that is just the way they do business. read more

My boyfriend had to rent a truck due to an accident. When I went to go pick-up the rental truck, the Enterprise representative told me I needed to have a card on file. (Made sense) He proceeded to tell me that I also was going to be charged for insurance every day we had the truck. I asked if I would be reimbursed for the insurance coverage, by the lady who hit the truck, insurance company. He proceeded to tell me that that was something Geico would cover. But first, in order for me to get the rental I HAD to have insurance on the rented vehicle. I was charged over $100, and now the company is saying that it was only an option and I won't be reimbursed. I am REALLY disappointed in customer service and the training given to their representatives after talking to them to clear things up. I wonder if this was some type of scam for the representative to hit a quota. I clearly asked if it was "a must have." I would not recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car. read more

I like Enterprise Rental cars. I usually get up to 2-4 rentals a yr. I rented a car from San Diego,Ca and drove to Seattle, Wash. Right as I entered the State of Wash. got hit by a rock in traffic at the windshield. I called around to 6 locations and no one had a car to exchange with me, within the 6 calls one was to a employee named Brian. He said he had a lot full of cars and as soon as I told him what had happened he changed his tune. "oh, we don't have anymore cars on our lot, except for a Rogue", which I said I'd take since I was driving a SUV, then he said" oh no, it has a few recalls cant give that one to you". So I ended up hanging up, called Corporate talked to a nice lady named" Jenisha"(probably spelled wrong,sorry) she ended up making some calls, just as I did. She told me to go to this one location between 4-5 to pick up a car and ask for Brian. This happened to be the location that they told me that they had cars. Got there, sure enough no cars and he didn't know anything about me coming to exchange a car or the phone call. He tells me to just drive back to San Diego and I should be fine. I should of just stayed there and refused to leave without a new replacement. I have put in a formal complaint a week ago, and still haven't heard anything. There slogan is we treat you like family. The location is horribly hidden and customer service is terrible. I had to wait around for almost 10 min while a guy in the office was heating his lunch and checking his phone. he just stood there trying his hardest to ignore me with no explanation of why he couldn't help me, it was unbelievably rude. read more

After using Enterprise for over 10 years and only having small issues here or there I can tell you that from now on I will go out of my way to avoid dealing with the Evergreen Way location and possibly the company as a whole. After first completing a walk around in the dirt because apparently the car lot was not big enough to pull forward in at all, and then getting in a vehicle that had obviously been smoked in, when calling to request another vehicle being told they tell people to not smoke in their vehicles and they are busy so if I wanted another car I would have to take time off work, after calling the dealership I was able to have someone bring a car down and then they charged my account without authorization. When calling for the car to be picked up but not wanting contact with the same location I was hung up on and never received a call back. So the car has been sitting for a day waiting for a pick up. read more

Service was great until they start coming up with all this hidden charges. I was a regular costumer almost every week I got a rental car from them. But suddenly they start charging my account for a full tank of gas even the level of gas in the rental was a 1/4 or half a tank I never complain about it. But after that on my last rental they charge me 120 dollars extra because I was late 1 hour after they close even the rate is 18 or something for extra hour ,basically I got charge for a extra day plus 6 gallons of gas even the tank was marked half at the time of the rental. I did talk to the manager he was nice and told me it was a mistake that I will be reimbursed for that amount ... but it never happen I think that they have to be more serious about their business because great service and happy costumers is always good for them ...
