I was concerned that once we got to signing off on paperwork at their offices, they would find all kinds of reasons to reduce the amount they agreed to for my trade in. Didn't happen! Their integrity is second to none. Leo was our salesman who even had our new RV detailed for us without our asking and gave me a used hitch to tow it with! As if that wasn't impressive enough, Rob the mechanic came in on his day off (Sunday) to install my new hitch on my truck and show me the ins and outs for maintaining our new RV. As if that wasn't impressive enough... Leo spent extra time with me to be sure I understood the operation of the new hitch and took extra time to make final adjustments to the hitch. Turns out our neighbors across the street purchased a new Lance 25 foot trailer from Clearview RV three days after our purchase and they were equally blown away by Clearview RV's concern for the customer. I've had my lil' travel trailer serviced for winterizing, de-winterizing and systems checks and repairs for a couple years now. They do a great job at fixing broken components - and spot maintenance before it becomes a problem. They're patient too explaining how to use things yearly to me :) as I am a seasonal Rv'er and forget the whole order of operations with propane, water,etc... They are realistic with their scheduling and always seem to do a little extra if I need something while I'm there. I used to drive an hour one way to see them. I moved even further away and I just drove 2 hours one way just to get my service done by them. Feel confident trusting your pride and joy with them - they'll get it done, get it done right and for a fair price. This is how business should be run! On August 12, 2024, I contacted Via RV and requested a quote to replace an oil pump. At which…read moretime, they advised that they did not have the correct tools. On April 14, 2025, I followed up with Via RV to see if they would now be able to replace my oil pump. On April 30, 2025, I have my Motorhome towed into Via RV to replace the Oil Pump. Per David at Via RV, after a diagnoses of my motorhome, David advised that it did not need an oil pump and there was just an electrical issue, which he stated he fixed. We drove home approximately 2 miles and all was fine. On May 24, my husband attempted to go out of town and while on the freeway, the same thing happened the motorhome lost all oil pressure and the engine stopped. Due to this being a holiday weekend, on May 27, 2025, I reached out to David at Via RV to advise what happened and we scheduled a mobile mechanic service to come out on 6/13. David states that the charge for the mobile mechanic would be $150.00 unless it fell under the 90-day warranty. Unfortunately, Via RV missed this appointment, with no notice to me and after I reached out to them, they scheduled a mechanic to come out on 6/14. After the mechanic did a diagnosis of our motorhome, he advised that the engine seized, the mechanic contacted David and told us that he would reach out to us on Monday 6/16. Furthermore, it must have fallen under the 90-day warranty as they did not charge me for the appointment. After not hearing from David on 6/16, I followed up via text asking for an update. Davis responded on 6/17 advising I needed to check with other shops as they fix "starting issues" not anything to do with the oil issues that the RV was having. I have my receipt from 4/30 which stating they did replace the oil pump but text messages advising that oil pump did not need to be replaced and it was just an "electrical issue" and they were unable/unwilling to help.

We had a project that involved my replacing our old lead acid system with a much more capable and lighter LiFePo4 system. Now we are experiencing issues with the battery not getting fully charged and so I reached out. When the phone rang and the gentlemen picked up the phone, all he said was hello. I introduced myself, explained what I was looking for and asked if I called the right place. He said yep. I asked him his name and that's when it felt like it was going down hill. I should have excused myself and called elsewhere. Who sounds exasperated to have to say their own name at their own business? Anyway, I went on to explain my issue in detail, what I had done on my own to try and solve the issue and his reply was, do I want to fix it or him to do it. Again I'm thinking, sir, I came to you for help, what's with the attitude? So again, trying to be as sweet as pie so as to not upset Capt Cranky, I further explained that my vehicle, a brand new vehicle that he assumed I bought used and told me as much may not be putting out enough amps to activate an onboard charger and if this could be examined as well. His answer after learning it was a new vehicle was to take my truck back to the dealership and make them fix it. BUT! This was after asking condescending questions about why I didn't consider this variable and mitigate that. I told him that I just didn't know anymore. I've reached the end of my ability to problem solve and I wanted an expert to help at this point and that's why I was calling him. That's when he tells me that I need to bring my RV to his shop in Marysville (not Redmond), and that he needs actual time to solve the issue in its entirety and to make sure I allow for that at $160/hr. I'm thinking, ok, steep, but probably worth it....until he said this....and if you have a budget of about $300 which it sounds like you do, I'm not gonna look at it. At this point I told the gentlemen I'm done being berated and talked down to and this was a huuuge mistake calling his shop much less staying on the phone with this jacka$$. He hung up the phone and then texted me saying the call got dropped. Ok buddy. Save your money folks. There are other shops willing to make you feel like you called the right place. They did refund us part of the money, but I strongly suggest you think twice before renting from them.
