We used the trailer for a week and it fit our needs perfectly for potty trips and of course all the hand washing to keep us all healthy. First, we were never offered a rig for handicapp, once we started down the road, we got as far as Mt before we broke down. Tire blow out, a stop at the Butte, Mt dealership resulted in major repairs. We couldn't get the door opened from inside the trailer, no windshield fluid, changed out wipes, put In fuses, replaced gas cap that was stripped, tacked up wall in bathroom. I asked if I could replace our rig for one that worked from their lot, and I could, but I would need to rerent another rig. Subsequently as we went on our trip, we had 3 blown tires, due to dry rot, replaced air filter in engine-due to bugs, dirt, dust and grime. Last blow resulted in getting stuck on the drivers side of freeway, for 4hrs, at least, with 18 wheelers barreling down rode, leaving us swaying inside the trailer. C.A. refused to call a tow off road, until the person to change tire came and told them we needed to get off the road, that took another 2 hrs. We had to extend our trip due to these and many other issues. The Everett, Wa manager could cate less. All this occured in 2019. I have since been connected by C.A., they will reimburse $275., we paid almost $5000. to rent a rig that was suppose to work and safely carry passengers. I have come to find out, if you read your contract, C.A. is not responsible. We are, because we rented it. Beware, there are good places and not so good places to rent C.A., but, read the fine print, you inspect vehicle on lot, request test drive- for front end alignment issues. Don' t believe everything that's told to you. And you will not get good service out of Everett, Wa.

Corporate office phone were overwhelmed that day but Shannon was always available and helpful. So was the corporate manager when we were able to get through. This was our first experience with renting an RV and so far it has been a somewhat mixed bag. However I appreciated that CruiseAmerica made it right and we are immediately renting a 17' in Vancouver BC so I expect that will be fine.

He was prompt in returning the security deposit, was very accommodating, and not too far from the SeaTac airport. We immediately called five star and reported the damage and they said they would note it and take care of it. We now just got our security deposit back with $250 less because of awning damage. I would rent an rv from somewhere else, Justin the service manager cursed at me on the phone and hung up after I asked him for the protocol for damage transactions. There are many different places to rent RVs from and I would highly advise that you choose a different place. This is some of the worst customer service and disrespect I have ever received.

I…read morerefuse to write a long diatribe of a Yelp review as I am a small business owner myself, but trust me when I say that I have had an out of the box horrible experience with this company; and I am usually beyond patient with these types of things -Broken down RV including busted kitchen extenders (that you had to physically push out and pull in), light fixtures falling out, broken power steering, water pump not being set correctly, charging plug out, radio didn't work, mattress was too long for bed, so rear hatch wouldn't shut correctly, on and on and on (I'm sure I'm forgetting things). All of this was after being told that we had a "premium" RV. -Super shady up front costs on initial rental (went from $1500 to almost $3000) - Guy tried run an insurance claim on a flat tire. Guy also tried to run an $8000 claim on light damage to rear bumper from a motorist that tagged the back while we were away from vehicle. I'm not a body guy, but I've done enough car repair to know that this was clearly fraudulent. -When I tried to call to see where my refund was for $300 deductible on claim, I had to leave three separate messages with the guy who could barely speak English at the front desk, before finally had to call and demand to speak with the owner. This was over three weeks time. Again, I do not write Yelp reviews lightly and being a fellow business owner it took me a lot to get pushed over the edge enough to write this, but seriously an all around awful experience. Run
