We had such a great experience buying our travel trailer at Baydo's. We had been searching for our…read morefirst RV for a couple months and had been to most dealerships in the Portland, Tacoma, and Eugene areas. We encountered many sleazy salesmen and felt like a number at many of the dealerships. Luckily, we found the model we wanted at Baydo's. We met with salesman, Casey Loreth who was honest and up-front and addressed all of our concerns. Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain financing for the model we wanted but Casey said he had a used model he wanted us to check out. It had all the amenities we were looking for and we went for it. Casey called me within 2 hours after leaving the dealership to let us know we had been approved. He let me know he was with another customer and would call me back with the details but wanted to let me know as soon as he heard. Between approval and delivery we exchanged texts and he always responded quickly. He never made us feel like we were a burden. He was helpful and went above and beyond repeatedly. When we went to pick up our trailer we met with finance manager Kim Smith. He was also very warm and made us feel at home. He made us laugh repeatedly. He said his job was to make this process fun since RVing is supposed to be enjoyable. He did not want it to be a painful process and he could tell he really enjoyed what he did. Baydo's has a customer for life and I will definitely refer my friends and family there.

DO NOT RENT AN RV FROM APOLLO…read more If I could give them negative stars I would. We arrived on schedule to pickup our RV to find a disorganized and frankly rude experience. The company tried to give us a shorter RV than what we rented, we declined that one and they pulled an RV from "Off Fleet". We took it and quickly discovered that the refrigerator did not work and could not be repaired. We wound up having to store our food in coolers for the duration of our two week trip. They did try to resolve the issue but it was not fixable. Additionally, our toilet in the RV clogged. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. We asked for a discount when we dropped off the RV and were told we had to wait to hear from the corporate office, specifically Victoria. Since we returned two weeks ago, we haven't heard a single thing from the company. Its a really disappointing experience. DO NOT RENT FROM APOLLO.

We rented a Coachman 22C from Apollo RV from 8/1/2019 to 8/10/2019…read more The unit was trouble free and was very near new. The service was good, quick, easy and wasted no time. The techs were friendly and to the point. We met the owner, a Mr. O'Neil who was happy to discuss the units specs with me. I am an automotive enthusiast and like to know what's under the hood, he answered all of my questions. Stephanie, the person handling our contract was very good too. Thank all of you! The rental outlet relocated since the time we made the reservation to the time of us picking up the unit. FYI, the current location is: 140 134th Street South, Parkland, Tacoma, Washington, 98444 The place is nothing to look at but it is very efficient and convenient to get to. I don't want to pay for the overhead of a fancy showroom anyway. Bottom line, would I rent from Apollo again? Yes, absolutely.

We decided to upgrade our pop-up camper to something a little more iconic, good looking,…read moreeye-catching and all American. So Airstream it is then! Unsurprisingly, there's no Airstream dealers in Alaska - go figure. So we planned a trip down to WA & OR as soon as the hub could get a few days off. We went to a dealership in OR, but I was left feeling unsatisfied, and with many unanswered questions after leaving. We saw one other trailer from a private seller, and then decided to drive up to Airstream Adventures, Milton. I gave them a call in case we needed an appointment. I spoke to a most delightful young lady on the phone - yes, I'm talking about you Amanda Cook, who said we didn't need an appointment. We got to the dealership and found Amanda, and she's very professional, very knowledgeable, funny, pretty, and just fun to spend time with. She was super welcoming, extremely professional, she answered all of our myriad questions, and I just love her to bits. Anyway, needless to say, we now have our new trailer. This process was as easy as it was because of Amanda Cook, but i've also got to give honorable mentions to Carrie and Kelsey. The whole place is wonderful. Full access to all the trailers, which were all connected to power, so you could see the features. Not so in the Oregon showroom, which was more like a warehouse. Cold, dark and the trailers were locked. The staff lacked knowledge of the specs I was asking about and I left there feeling frustrated. The Milton showroom however - just beautiful, a nice coffee bar with a Keurig, and a good coffee selection, a fridge with bottled water, nice bathrooms, warm and well lit, very organized showroom. It was an absolute pleasure to spend our afternoon there. And we've had occasion to have to call back a few times, and you might think that after the sale is done, the customer service might be "less than" but that hasn't been the case. Amanda Cook is epic. She never seems like she's sick of taking my calls, and I've needed to call a few times. I have no hesitation in recommending this business. They fully earned their 5 stars.

02-26-26 Shout out to Bryan and Matt in parts/service…read more Appreciate the over the top help on our back up camera issues. The stock rear mounted back up cam got water in it on yr 3. Last spring/2025 we bought off the shelf a stock "cam only" replacement from the Portland store. It was supposed to pair up with our old monitor no prob, :( the counter fella was unaware the wireless-frequencies, cam-monitor, had changed from 2019-2025. Bryan at the Milton location got us into a new superior back up cam system. Matt in their service sector took the time to walk over and give us some helpful tips for install. May not seem worthy of a review but,, after this many years/experiences with Airstream,,, I'm gonna tell you that it's the little things that matter most sometimes. We had a lot of probs in past with long waits on service/repairs when the dealership was under a different ownership at the Auburn location. Because of that I had to learn to fix things myself,, which is usually about a 50/50 lol. Especially electrical. Customer service like that/ boosted confidence for future repairs or upgrades at the Milton location. PS Pic quality/features Brand-motion Cam system are "awesome". Also to note, the people at the sales desks are professional, non abrasive, respectful. From 28 years of a commission-only living myself I really appreciate that :) Thanks Again Jay and Victoria

She took us out to the lot, showed us the trailer we thought would be a good candidate answering all our questions. When the unit did not quite meet everything on our list, she took the time to explore the west coast for alternatives. The choices were limited, but it did not keep her from putting in the time and effort to help us find our perfect match. So if you are planning a trip to this dealership, strongly suggest you try to make Brittany your salesperson to help find the perfect RV for you.

This was about being lied to, strung along for days, and treated like our time meant absolutely nothing. We came in on Monday, and Betsy was very pleasant. She processed our information and confidently told us we'd be picking up our camper the next day. To say that is too good to be true is an understatement, Betsy was complicit in the delayed information, false expectations and neglect. The following morning, we even received a text telling us to come in and sign paperwork, only to then be told everything had to be pushed back a few days. After multiple text messages and four phone calls before I could finally get anyone on the phone, I was told the finance manager wasn't in, our paperwork simply hadn't been completed yet, and that everything would be finished by Wednesday around noon or 1:00 p.m. We were told to come in, and Betsy would meet us there. When we arrived on Wednesday, Chris, the manager, informed us that our financing had actually been declined on the 28th--the day before we ever stepped foot into Camping World. So while employees were telling us our paperwork was still being worked on, scheduling us to come back, and asking us to wait for the finance manager, they either had no idea what was going on or simply couldn't be bothered to tell us the truth. When I asked what our options were, Chris responded with, "I don't know, I'm not the finance manager." When I explained how frustrating and disappointing this was, he literally shrugged his shoulders and said, "Okay, nothing I can do." That level of customer service from someone calling themselves a manager is unacceptable. No apology. No accountability. No attempt to help. Just complete indifference after wasting several days of our time. It amazes me that Corporate would be ok with this mentality, not even including the excessive amount of bad reviews. Thankfully, we left and went to Tacoma RV Center. The difference was night and day. Their staff treated us like customers instead of inconveniences. They got everything approved and completed within a couple of hours. Even more impressive, when they learned we were hoping to have a camper for the Fourth of July weekend, they rearranged their delivery schedule and moved our walkthrough and delivery date up so we wouldn't miss out on our holiday plans. That's what real customer service looks like. Camping World lost a sale because of poor communication, disorganization, and management that couldn't care less. Tacoma RV Center earned our business because they actually value their customers and were willing to go the extra mile. Save yourself the frustration. Skip Camping World and go Tacoma RV Center. Just down the road and turn right (I think)
