I've had a full detail before with my sedan and the end result was heavenly! That's how good the detail was. Since then I never had any luck finding someone who can detail like that especially here in Washington State. Spending hundreds of dollars for mediocre work and shitty attitude was frustrating and exhausting. So I did a little shopping around, read reviews, visit websites, received quotes and I was very apprehensive because the cost of a detail is no chump change. It's hard earned money. So reading the reviews (ALL of them from each company) didn't really sit well with me bc I know the feeling of receiving shitty service. I reached out to Eugene (after receiving all these quotes from different businesses), I saw he just opened business March 2019, only had 3 reviews and he was an LLC, so I thought ok, not much to go off of, other than he's a small business and sounds like a one man team. I'm all about support small local businesses and he responded late in the evening with a quote for 2015 Chevy Traverse (3 rows). The quote was reasonable seeing it's only him working and he is just starting off...yeah it was reasonable. Not the most affordable around town but justifiable. He had 6am Saturday morning available and I took it. Got damn!!!!! I got my soccer mom car back at 2pm that day and man I almost cried! The attention to detail and the patience he had to deep clean my car like it was brand new, made my heart skip a beat. It was just so beautiful. My car is not just a vehicle for my family of 4 but for my extended family as well (us Islanders love to stay together). I always have my nieces and nephews riding in my car. So the amount of tracks it had accumulated was embarrassing and shameful. It definitely exceeded my expectations and then some. I know for sure we are repeat customers and I'm so glad I took the chance with Eugene. Oh in addition to the beautiful work he had already done, he also cleaned my sons car seat. It was such a nice thoughtful touch. I appreciate the care and hard work he had into detailing my soccer mom car.
