I've had a full detail before with my sedan and the end result was heavenly! That's how good the detail was. Since then I never had any luck finding someone who can detail like that especially here in Washington State. Spending hundreds of dollars for mediocre work and shitty attitude was frustrating and exhausting. So I did a little shopping around, read reviews, visit websites, received quotes and I was very apprehensive because the cost of a detail is no chump change. It's hard earned money. So reading the reviews (ALL of them from each company) didn't really sit well with me bc I know the feeling of receiving shitty service. I reached out to Eugene (after receiving all these quotes from different businesses), I saw he just opened business March 2019, only had 3 reviews and he was an LLC, so I thought ok, not much to go off of, other than he's a small business and sounds like a one man team. I'm all about support small local businesses and he responded late in the evening with a quote for 2015 Chevy Traverse (3 rows). The quote was reasonable seeing it's only him working and he is just starting off...yeah it was reasonable. Not the most affordable around town but justifiable. He had 6am Saturday morning available and I took it. Got damn!!!!! I got my soccer mom car back at 2pm that day and man I almost cried! The attention to detail and the patience he had to deep clean my car like it was brand new, made my heart skip a beat. It was just so beautiful. My car is not just a vehicle for my family of 4 but for my extended family as well (us Islanders love to stay together). I always have my nieces and nephews riding in my car. So the amount of tracks it had accumulated was embarrassing and shameful. It definitely exceeded my expectations and then some. I know for sure we are repeat customers and I'm so glad I took the chance with Eugene. Oh in addition to the beautiful work he had already done, he also cleaned my sons car seat. It was such a nice thoughtful touch. I appreciate the care and hard work he had into detailing my soccer mom car.

I had you detail my Volvo C30 a number of years ago and thought you did an excellent job and was impressed by your professionalism, so much so that I referred you to a neighbor who needed her car done. At the time you did my car we talked about having you work on my El Camino and you seemed quite eager to detail that car as well, and it was the car I had scheduled for you to do Friday. As I'm trying to get it ready for sale, time is of the essence, and I first reached out to Signature Detailing in Renton about it around the 1st of the month but they told me that they were all booked up until 8/21 which didn't work for me. I then turned to you, first with two phone calls last week, the first on Monday 8/4 and the second on Wednesday 8/6 as I wanted to know what you would charge for the El Camino as it didn't really seem to fit into any of your categories listed on your website. Having left messages both times I called but never receiving a return call, I went ahead and booked online for an appointment this Friday the 15th, only to be surprised by your cancellation today 5 days after the booking was made and a full 10 days since I first tried to contact you. You state the reason as you've had " recurring issues with past appointments that have impacted our ability to deliver consistent and reliable service." So a few questions. Have I ever caused you any issues concerning appointments with you? Have I ever ghosted you regarding an appointment? Have I ever failed to pay for services rendered? Did I not look out after your business by making referrals on your behalf? If none of these apply, why should I be penalized for issues that you may have had with other clients? I don't know but it seems like a strange way to run a business by penalizing your good, and I thought valued past customers by refusing their repeat business and abruptly cancelling. Unfortunately, I find your communication extremely poor, definitely not consistent nor reliable, and your reason to cancel given the nature of our past dealings, suspect. Let me start by saying I am not Syl's friend and did not know him before using his service, so this…read moreis an honest review. After having one group not follow up on a request for service and another guy completely flake and not show up for his appointment at 9AM, I called Syl and yes, he could work on his phone skills, but get over it! lol In person he is a good communicator and pleasant to work with. I was not expecting him to be able to come out the same day, but he had an opening and the weather was nice, so he was able to come out about 2 hours later and cleaned our first of 2 cars; a four door sedan that had never really been detailed or thoroughly cleaned in about 6 years. By the time he finished about 6 or 7 hours later, it looked 100% better. There are some stubborn scuffs and stains that he couldn't get out, but we didn't request a 'restoration' but as a quality detail job, this one was excellent. He's working on our mid-size SUV as I type this and again, he is not in the restoration business, my wheels on the truck haven't been cleaned well in years so there is some pitting that he is not able to correct. Some shops charge hundreds and hundreds (or thousands) for restoration work, all we wanted was a thorough detailing and Syl has and is doing a great job. Wish I had before photos - they were dirtay!
