My son worked all summer to save up to have his truck waxed and buffed and they did not disappoint! We surprised our son and took it here while he was away at summer camp and the smile on his face when he saw his truck when he got home was priceless. They took so much extra care and detail and went above and beyond. Couldn't be happier with the job they did! read more

I can't say enough how pleased my husband and I were with the service at Buffmaster! I called and was able to get my husband's car in the next day for interior detailing. Price was right, car went from a dirty mess to a spotless, brand-new looking vehicle! We were so impressed that we left my car for him to do a full exterior and interior job. Again, astonishing results in one day! We could not believe all the stains he got out of the interior of both cars. I didn't even expect it but my exterior inexpensive detailing even included him making the entire engine look fantastic too! The owner is also super friendly and so fun to be around. If you want to get your car looking and smelling great again, run to Buffmaster! read more

Rob îs amazing. I took my Silverado to him and he said it was gonna look brand new when he was done. Boy he was right. I am very particular and he checked all of the boxes for me. I mean he even got things I forgot to mention to him! I am taking all of my vehicles to him! read more

I unfortunately had my car stolen and it was a complete mess inside!!! It was very uncomfortable to drive and also to take my young daughter to school due to all the glass from the back window that was shattered. And Buffmaster's took GREAT care when detailing my now drivable Kia! The owner is very professional, flexible, friendly, and understanding. My car looks brand new and I'm highly satisfied with the service! I can honestly say I have found a gem and will go back for their amazing service(s). read more

I swear I felt like My car was new from the lot . So clean and shiney from the in and out ! Also it's not expensive it's was about 165$, I took my car to another place before cost me about 350. This guy did it so well I'm so appreciative of his hard work ! I had to come and do a review ! Shout out to him ! Also the dude very funny and nice! Thank you for your great customer service! read more

Very dissatisfied, met Rob last year during all the Ash and smoke, nice guy, very sharp, and convinced me he would do everything I needed on my truck $145.00. Went back this year on June 6th and had him do everything we discussed. Horrible Job! Last year when visiting him he had scratched my hood applying solvent to test removal of something on the hood... When taking it in talked about all the areas of focus and he reassured me everything would be done. My truck is immaculate and only minor concerns that I thought I could trust his expertise but left me having to redo the areas myself by hand and didn't even fix the scratches he did, and had wax on my trim after I asked him that wouldn't happen, and wanted cash and gave no receipt... Sad, never going back there, cheaper to do it myself and get it right! read more

We recently had our 2016 KIA detailed both inside and out for return to the dealer at Buffmaster. We own two large Labradors, so dog hair was a huge challenge for this job. We also had a few bumps and scrapes I was concerned about being charged for by the dealership. When we picked up the car, it looked just like new! All and I mean ALL dog hair was GONE and the body scrapes had been buffed out. If your car is in rough shape like mine was, You can't go wrong with Buffmaster. read more

The owner is amazing. Picked up my care and it looked better than it did when I brought it to them. I highly recommend this detail shop if you are in need . read more

I took the day off from work to get my car detailed. Had a 9am appointment, and when I got there, Rob said he wouldn't be able to do it that day. I told him my wife and I both used vacation days to make this happen, and he couldn't even say sorry. I asked how good of a deal he can give me for the major inconvenience he caused, and he took $20 off my total. So it would be $300 instead of $320 for interior/exterior detail. I never did take my car back in, and several family friends will no longer be going there anymore. I fully understand employees call out and you might not be able to get to all cars that day, but a phone call telling me to not drive down, a reasonable discount, and an apology are necessary. read more

We have a 9-year-old 17' fiberglass travel trailer that was becoming somewhat dull from oxidation, as all fiberglass will do. Buffmaster restored it to better-than-new luster and sparkle with outstanding attention to detail; everything that shouldn't be stripped and polished was masked off properly, even the wheels and tires look new. Highest recommendation! read more

I was desperate to get a food spill shampooed out of my carpet. Every place I called was booked up. Robert was able to squeeze me in, so thankful! They did a great job and everyone I spoke to there was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks Buffmaster team! read more

This is the first time I had my Chevy HHR detailed inside and out. Robert did a wonderful job and I highly recommend him. I will definitely return in the future. My car is almost like new and smells great. If you see this 3 times its because YELP keeps kicking me out. read more

Robert and his staff are amazing. I have a brand new black Mustang that even coming off the lot had some swirls and paint issues. Once I got the car back, I simply couldn't believe how the finish looked amazing. Black is certainly the toughest color to work with when it comes to cars, and his work will not leave you dissatisfied. I'll be coming back here for all of my Detailing needs. He also took the time to show me how to dry my car properly after washing, and how to keep the car glistening as long as possible. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Was given a short deadline to have my car quickly detailed (military vehicle processing center). Encountered Rob and explained the situation. He not only had my car ready within an hour, it definitely exceeded expectations given the short time suspense. Thank you Rob and your team for dropping everything you guys were working on to help me out. - Daniel read more

Very thorough. I bought a used car that was filthy inside and outside. Buff Master only charged me $225 for an interior and exterior detail and now my car looks like a brand new car. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because they forgot to put everything back that was in the car and I had to make another trip to retrieve my items (no bid deal) but it did cost me time and gas. I will use them again. read more

Worst detail shop I've ever been too. Crazy prices told me one price then switched it multiple times then confronting said he could do anything he wanted but he's "hooking me up" asked cash no receipt I'm assuming to dodge the tax man. Vehicle turned out terrible after having my vehicles for multiple days. Tried to talk to him civilly but saw multiple eye sores where he missed or just didn't care about. Scratched my wheels buffing them. When I asked to lower the price bc he had my Vehicle for 5 days, and all the flaws that where instantly noticeable he began to become hostile and started raising his voice which I thought was going to become a fight if I wouldn't had turned around and walked away. Terrible customer service terrible person, terrible business GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY. They lied to me about my vehicle. This is my first ever yelp review and felt like it was necessary to download the app just to write this review read more

Last week, I discover scratches running the length of my car. I immediately had the damaged appraised. at a body repair shop. The estimate to fix the damage was over $2500 (which included a rental for a week). I then went to another body shop for another estimate. They looked at the damage and suggested that I try an auto detail shop down the road. I did, and the auto detail shop said the scratches were too deep for them to do the work, but suggested I talk to Buffmaster. Luckily I did. I spent about half an hour with the owner, Robert. He assessed the damage, gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix, an explanation of what he would do and the results I could expect. Picked up the car today. You couldn't tell that the car had been scratched from front to back. It looked as good as new. They buffed out the scratches, removed water marks from the body/windshield and even detailed the tires. I was very pleased. Great job, Robert and Joe. You're the best. read more

I've used many detail shops and these guys are the best.. I have several cars, 2 are black metallic, the most difficult color to wax and my cars come back looking like black mirrors.. Robert, THE BuffMaster, transformed my car! I was embarrassed at how gross and dirty it got, but the inside looks brand new!

Rob was great! Super friendly and had my 2008 Volkswagen Jetta looking as good as she possibly could! Not to mention he was reasonably priced for the area and squeezed me in on a Saturday! I definitely recommend his services and will be back! read more

Buffmaster did a fantastic job cleaning the interior (VERY dirty) and exterior of our 2003 MiniCooper that had been used sort of like a construction vehicle for years. It now looks brand new, and all for the quoted price of $225. Robert and Joe run a great business and I would recommend them unequivocally. read more

My Silverado pickup had more pollen than paint when I dropped it off with Robert. When I picked it up the next day, I couldn't believe it was the same truck. It looked better than the day I bought it. The crew at BuffMaster cleaned, clayed and polished off twelve years of dog hair, horse hair and general field crud. I went for the whole nine yards, and BuffMaster also detailed the engine compartment and even the bedliner. Robert even gave me tips for keeping the shine looking great. I'm still amazed to look at my "new" pickup, and I'll be back for regular touchups. read more

I don't know, because I was told one thing and I was quite surprised by the bill once they were done. He gave me a price of $325.00 which for me seemed kind of high for detailing compared to others in the area but because they did such a nice job on another car that we took them I figured they would do a good job this time. He told me that he could buff out the back bumper which was included in the $325.00 price but when it was all said and done the bill came out to $985.00. Yeah a big difference from $325.00 and they never contacted me, the owner of the car to tell me the other things that needed to be done, but instead took it upon themselves to do the work without getting my prior approval. Now I am supposed to pay $985.00 for work I didn't really need done. For that price I could have had the whole car painted and still detailed. I was told that he would only need the car for a day which turned into the entire week. Plus it did not look as good as the other car we took them. My windows do not even look like they were cleaned. Feeling like I was taken an advantage of and extremely disappointed. I just bought the car and if I had known it was going to cost me $985.00 I would of just added that to the price I was going to spend on a car and I would of bought one that was newer and in better shape instead of spending another $1000.00 on work that really didn't need to be done. $500.00 to buff out a bumper and touch up paint???? Really???? $400.00 for detailing???? what happened to the $325.00 I was originally told it would cost????? NOT RIGHT!! read more
