They performed a wash, decontam and polish prior to applying the 5 year Duraslic HG coating. They buffed out a few scratches that accumulated since the vehicle purchase as well. Since then, V's high level of service has been consistent. He regularly follows up with me to see how my car is doing and accommodates my schedule. Once when I was sick, he made an extra trip to my home because I couldn't get through the appointment in one day, which I really appreciated because it was difficult to even stand at the time. I can tell that V loves what he does. He's always so enthusiastic, even when he's working in the freezing cold.
