I had to pay twice because the first time it did not do the wash cycle for some reason it did not have any water. It did the tri-coat and even after the wash there wasn't any spot free rinse either. After my first wash was done I moved to a different washbay and just did the cheap basic wash to rinse off the tri coat foam that was left on my car. There was no attendant present to get a refund or get my second wash done so I had to pay twice. I will definitely not come here again. read more

after paying the works car wash the car wash seemed to be squirting everything the way it was supposed to but somehow my car came out still dirty and the rinse did not have enough water to finish so it was very covered in soap as well. 100% completely done with this place. The last 2 times I've gone through the water doesn't spray correctly and the "tri colour" has been one colour short, or 2 at this last and final time. This is my go to place. I like it that it is brushless so it doesn't scratch my paint job like the others. Kinda of pricey, but they have opinions since they have 4 packages $8, $10, $12 & $15. Depending on what service you want included. I always get the $15 because I want it all. But it depends on which Bay you pick. Some bays have higher PSI than others so it cleans better. When u go to car wash I expect my car to be clean and not spotty. Talk to couple of the workers there and they would recommend the best Bay which I'm not disclosing since I don't want a long line for that Bay. Lol read more

I've taken both of my cars here several times. Every time, I've been very disappointed and won't be wasting my money here anymore. The touch free machines are worn out or not working at all and sometimes they don't even dispense all that much of the soaps that you pay good money for (eg the pre soak or the tri color). The rinse is not thorough and the air dryer has an extremely short time limit on it so after you drive away, the soap dries up on your paint and leaves streaks on top of the dirt that didn't get cleaned off. Wheels? Forget it, they hardly get cleaned at all. I would not recommend this wash if you want your car to be clean. read more

This is your basic touchless car wash. It's convenient when you don't have the time to hand wash your own car. You have four options of wash, which you pay before you get into one of the bays. This place does get quite busy so I recommend coming by early in the mornings. This place get a lot of business because there are no other close options nearby. I used to come here quite often and it does a decent job of getting my car clean until recently. I noticed there was still quite a bit of soap on my car that didn't get washed off. I'm glad I always bring a chamois with me to dry my car with. I initially attributed the leftover soap to a possible issue with one of their bays. I come back again and have the same issue. I doubt I'll be bringing my car back here again. Their were many times I fought to voice the customers' concerns at monthly meeting to no avail. Finally last meeting I attained. I inform the G.M. of the loss of customers and services. The prices keep increasing and the car wash is still unable to clean a vehicle. I paid $17 for the best car wash that they sell and my car came out dirty. Another issue that I had was that none of the tri foam sprayed. Every time I try this car wash I become more frustrated because the machines always have issues. Gets really busy at times. There is never a person around when something happens, like not getting the right amount of change back or having the coin machine eat the $10 bill like it's nothing. Half the times hoses are leaking and not giving that pressure wash that it should. It's a 50/50 either it will be great or it will horrible like some kid washed it. read more
